Walked in to a very clean and well stocked store. The young lady came right out to assist me. I go to yogurt places for the hot fudge with a little bit of the other stuff and the hot fudge here was perfect. I have had bad experiences with other places where the fudge was burnt or not warm enough making it too thick. Not here. Everything was fresh and delicious.

This place is excellent! It has amazing customer service, super clean, excellent desserts! The workers make sure everything is spotless constantly and are always available. They have self serving toppings that are always organized and nicely presented. Their flavor options are endless and are worth it everytime! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Had an amazing selection and even better employees. They’re very helpful if it’s your first time and make sure to explain how to self serve. I always come here and get something new each time, perfect for a hot day or a date. I had the strawberry mango smoothie and it was da bomb. The froyo even more delectable and it’s perfect to experiment with new flavors each time. Recommend to anyone coming to the hill.

This place is absolutely amazing!! The Strawberry Dubai Chocolate is soooo good! The service is amazing!! These workers are awesome!

I usually go there but this time I went in and the place was dirty. I got the flavors I normally get after paying I started to taste the ice cream and it tastes like rust and smelled like a rusty machine I couldn’t even take another bite. I tried to go up to the worker and tell her about it and she said I can try it and let u know if it tastes bad I’ll exchange it for you. She went to taste the flavor and got and told me it tastes fine to her but I can clearly taste how bad it was. She said she will ask her manager and the manger was telling me they cannot even do exchange for me and kept arguing making me sound like a liar even though I wasn’t alone when I went who had that bad experience . She kept telling me everything is fresh but that’s further from the truth. After so long of a conversation she let me exchange it for ice cream that’s been frozen not from the machine she gave me a small cup and I needed two to get my money worth and the amount that I payed because I was not alone so I bough two. After that the manager told the worker to only give me one even though she already scooped the other cup which will probably get thrown away. How awful of a customer service and disrespect. If I wanna pay for something I want to get a good experience even if it’s expensive but this place is not even worth a penny to me. A place you don’t feel welcome or fulfilled.

Incredibly good frozen yogurt. It's super clean too, better than any I've ever been to. It's the only place I'll get my frozen yogurt. They also have really fresh Dubai strawberries for cheap! The employees are so nice and helpful and I've never had a bad experience. They have so many different toppins and flavors. They even have Boba tea!! Will always be my number one frozen yogurt hang out!!!

Just came here for the first time as its the closest location to my house. Ice cream for the most part was good except for the vanilla being a bit frozen. The staff were friendly, clean shop, seats clean and they have a public bathroom. Aside from the frozen vanilla ice cream the music was way too loud inside but everything else was solid. They have outdoor swating but limited to first come. Overall nice shop but turn that music down ladies lol

Set price or option to weigh your cup if you think that’ll be cheaper, you pick. 8oz cup set price was $6, and they go up from there. Did not like the ordering line/topping process. The design of the location is as such: come in, yogurt is in the back with the cups, and toppings are at the counter, rather than at their own station. It was busy when we came in, so we had to rush to pick a flavor as the machines are in the middle of a long line. Then we stood and waited for everyone to pass by and get toppings and check out before we could top ours. Other froyo spots have toppings separate so once you get your toppings, you go check out. This is more seamless. Overall, the yogurt was good but the place felt veryy crowded and loud, even with just 12 or so people in the store, because of the layout.

so I got a younger cup and I got chocolate and vanilla swirl, let me just say the place was definitely clean buttt.. I don't know after I got past d my hot fudge the yogurt tasted spoiled... it was just really sour and after eating maybe half were the hot fudge was my stomach started killing me!! I ended up throwing up, so proceed with cautious! The workers were also just very rude like no hello or a how are you just the price.

I went in a while ago and decided to get an acai bowl but when I sat down to eat it I realized it had the texture of a milkshake and the toppings were sinking. I asked to get it remade since I wasn't going to eat it and the worker told me they didn't offer refunds or exchanges meaning I wasted 10$ and they weren't even willing to make it right.

I been going to this place for about 2 years everything was great up until today, for years I always get my favorite is butter pecan with topping, my daughter is chocolate, my yogurt was spoiled I mean it was so bitter that I couldn't eat it and return to the store, the two young ladies said no refund or they wouldn't give me something else, ill have to repay again, ill never go back again

What a cool place in a strip mall. We were there to go to the Decorator store near by and stumbled upon this little place. it is not cheap, hence the 4 stars, but it is clean and had a very good selection.

Service is great. Love the variety of toppings. Yogurt is very good. The place is nice clean.

Clean place that had a cool vibe. They have froyo, froyo smoothies, gelato shakes, crepes, fudge, acai bowls, vegan drinks and coffee. The froyo toppings selection was huge. Both inside and outside seating option available. Ordered Chocolate Froyo Smoothie and Strawberry Banana Crepe. Smoothie was okayish but Crepe tasted fantastic with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. They have No weigh Wednesday, best day to pick froyos and can have unlimited toppings.

Wow this place is awesome! I do not live very close but Id come down just to have a treat. They have everything such as coffee, frappes, refreshers, boba and froyo smoothies, frolatos, gelato shakes, crepes, gelato, acai bowls, build your own froyo, and fudge. The fudge is $9 buy two get one free. The froyo to go quarts are $10 each buy two get one free. The Froyo is $0.63 per ounce and there are so many toppings to choose from. The service is amazing. When you walk in they ask if you have visited before, and they assist you. You must wear gloves they provide if you build your own froyo. They keep everything really clean and neat. The interior design is amazing. They have live edge booths and plenty of space to sit. If you have not tried this place yet, stop in and enjoy some delicious froyo!

In a very large strip mall complex in the Dearborn/Allen Park area. There is a small outside seating area. Inside seating is not currently allowed. Inside is a wall of froyo machines in various flavors, a toping bar, a small case of frozen geltinos for dishes or milkshakes, some fudge, and a crepes machine. Bubble tea is also availble. The toppings looked great. I had the crepes and they were very good. The staff were polite and friendly. There were a lot of flies and some food waste around at places.

Upon pulling up 30 minutes before close the one lady working was literally laying down, the other sitting down! When walking in the one laying down seemed very annoyed we were there, the other seemed very inviting and explained everything us! They operate like any froyo place, help yourself (right now they are requiring you wear gloves). 3 different froyo cup sizes, then add your froyo, toppings, sauces then weigh to pay! But they also offer crepes, bubble tea, gelato, and coffee! Also have a candy station so there is something for everyone's taste!

I have been to a Yogurtown in the past. This time I decided to try one of my favorite sweet treats and that's Taro Bubble Tea. Only this time, a huge surprise, it's yogurt based bubble tea! I was afraid this would be too sweet for me but oh my the consistency was on point very decadent. I highly recommend trying the bubble tea here! Taro, with black tea base and no boba (bubbles) iced. I am not a huge fan of the bubbles so bubble free for me but so many flavors to choose from and you can get it frozen too. I also got a free reusable straw! Great experience, very nice lady at the front.

Good news and bad news... more good though ( Review for those lactose intolerant but still want a sweet treat!) Ambiance: 4.5/5 This place is so cute and clean. Definitely gives off "the place to hang" kinda vibes. Sugar and sweets everywhere you turn. I appreciated the requirement to wear gloves for those using the frozen yogurt wall with applicable toppings. Menu: 3.5/5 If this review was PURELY off the strength of the frozen yogurt I think I would have scored higher. They have two non-dairy options for frozen yogurt/sorbet: mango and mixed berry or the two swirled together. Delicious. The topping station was clean, lots of options, and fully stocked. Great experience. HOWEVER, I had the great misfortune of trying their boba. This is not a boba tea shop which I am aware. My standards were already lower just based on that. But if you offer boba, make it good. This was not the case here. You will not get the option of customizing your sweetness level which is fine to me. What's not ok was the traditional tapioca boba pearls and the flavor of the tea. They use the syrup or base of the frozen yogurts to flavor the drink. I tried this mixed berry. This resulted in a sickening sweet drink that was not enjoyable. The boba was not fresh, felt wrinkly, soggy, and without flavor. I had to toss is as soon as I got home. For those who like the jellies or popping boba you should be ok, but the flavor was just too artificial and overly sweet for me. Customer Service: 5/5 No complaints. Staff was attentive to the needs of each customer ( at the time of arrival there were 2 staff members and 5 customers). Friendly and helped clarify any lingering questions Overall: 4.3/5

Updating; adding a picture. I always get gelato, and it's delicious, but pricey. I would recommend. Theirs a variety of topping you can choose from for your yogurt, and Wednesday they have one set price for the yogurt. Worth trying.

I really wanted to like this place. Now granted I didn't go in for what I'm assuming is there main specialty, which is froyo, but my bubble tea craving got the best of me and so I tried that out. It was slightly on the pricey side for what you get, but not horrible. My biggest issue was just the taste itself. And maybe this was on me for trying to be adventurous and trying a unique flavor, but it did not taste good at all. I got the pomegranate. Not only did it not taste like pomegranate, but whatever it did taste like was just not good at all. And then there were the tapioca balls. Not good at all. Very mushy and just did not have a good taste. I may keep them in mind for future froyo visits, although there are a lot of other places I also want to try first, but definitely would not be coming back here for bubble tea.

We went with friends on Friday, June 9th. We arrived at the location at 8:10 PM. Shortly after we arrived, the staff started cleaning the machines and putting them away for the night. A customer arrived at 8:40 PM and wanted one of the flavors out of the machine she already cleaned. She stated she already cleaned it and that flavor was no longer available. She was rude and irritated that customers was there an hour before closing. It seem like she wanted to go home right at 9 PM when they closed. Yogurt itself was ok.

This place is so clean! They have gloves and hand sanitizer and the workers are cleaning after people all the time. They have dairy free options and lots of healthy toppings if you're into that. They also sell specialty candy and Mexican candy. Staff was friendly. I'll be coming back.

Confident the staff was high. The only daily free option was "frozen" the girls behind the counter looked to me to fix the issue. I reminded them I don't work there and have no idea how to fix the problem. Their solution was to turn the sign around and told me to try and wait for 10 mins to see what happens. No critical thinking skills and zero ability to interact with customers. 2 girls at 5:30pm on august 16 2023. Please get people who know how to work with people and your machines.

Hmmmm we were on this side of town and the urge for frozen dessert hit, so we tried out this place. The Price was fairly normal Id say for a DQ style dish... but the quality and the service? The first window which held all the sprinkles and boba and jelly fruits was superb but the one which housed the frozen desserts was so warm that everything looked melted and gooey, in a bad way. I've attached pics. Oh, and right in the middle of my window shot of the frozen stuff, the employee sets down her own dish and begins to eat, right over the open containers!! Awwwww !! AND ITS STILL PANDEMIC TIME!

I love Yogurtown and my kids are obsessed with this place as well. They have so many froyo options to choose from and I love their new boba tea. So many flavors to choose from and it's so smooth! They are also a kid friendly place to take your little ones. My boys always enjoy coming here!

The customer service was fantastic, the workers are so friendly and patient with me and explained what ingredients had in each product if i could give it a 10/10 i would but they're isn't a option for it would come again thanks you yogurtown!!!!!

Love going here for their crepes and frozen yogurt. The owner is super friendly and focus on fresh products. Also, they offer vegan drinks and frozen yogurt!

My wife went to the Allen Park location on Tuesday night and both she bought the kids some frozen yogurt and got us a couple of bubble teas. My wife was ing it on the way home and said there was hard pieces in the drink. When she got home, both of our bubble teas had a bunch of broken plastic pieces in it. The pieces were the same color as their blue spoons. We called the store and we asked for a manger. The manager only states, "We don't give refunds" and we can get another drink. I would think that a shattered plastic spoon on the drinks would warrant a refund at minimum! Why would we want to drive back up there for another drink....one that most likely has pieces of plastic on it still!

I love good frozen yogurt! Especially when pistachio is involved Great selections of flavors and toppings. Very clean and excellent customer service! Definitely recommend

Suggestions- get paper and pen in the suggestion box, get wooden spoons and cardboard bowls, a tiny scale so customers can prepare food without being surprised at the register. A+ vegan options. Wouldn't have spent my money there if they didn't have the mango and mixed berry

Froyo had no cream. Freezer burned and very icy. The cake batter tasted like mango and we bought 7 cups. The employees did not let us exchange only one of the cups. Froyo was watered down, very icy, did not taste anything like the flavor. Very dirty topping counter. 3/7 Froyo cups were thrown away and if you go on no weigh Wednesday, you'll probably pay more than if you just weighed It. Terrible taste terrible service - will never go back there.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I recommend the GIANT ice cream sandwiches! They are super tasty and melt in your mouth.

This is such a cool place located right by a bunch of shops such as Target and TJ Maxx. I left feeling quite satisfied with the quality of my frozen yogurt. They have a great selection of flavours and toppings for you to choose from, and I was also very impressed with how clean they kept the place. When serving yourself frozen yogurt, you need to wear gloves that are provided by the store. A+ for safety and cleanliness, I wish more businesses followed this place's lead! Service is also quick and friendly. Although I don't live in the Metro Detroit area, I'll certainly be back when I make another cross border shopping trip.

This place may offer a variety of flavors, including my personal favorite original tart, and they have a good amount of toppings, but the quality and taste of the yogurt was just downright disgusting. The young lady working there, although not the friendliest, was very generous with the sample cups. I came with a few other people and we tried out different flavors. I will ALWAYS recommend trying out a flavor before actually getting them, even if you've already had it many times before. You never know how the same familiar flavor is about to taste at a different place and a different time. Just take two seconds to test it out before committing to a bowl. The plain tart was bland. The only obvious taste is the sourness of the yogurt that I hope isn't from going bad. The chocolate was absolutely horrendous. It was very bitter and offputting. Now I'm a fan of dark chocolate. But if you think this is what I mean by bitter, then you too will be in for a surprise. The best way to describe it is an old chocolate pudding that has turned. Aside from this, the consistency of all their yogurt are watery. To avoid getting the worse of it, dispense some out before actually putting it in your cup. Their topping bar was okay. They offer a variety of fruits and chocolate goods amongst other things (like granola that tasted like cardboard). I was very disappointed to see that the candy options were very limited. They did not have any gummy options available, and that is something I'm used to having at every other yogurt shop.

I almost never post negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with the service here. I came on a Wednesday to get their deal where they have flat pricing per cup. It was my first time here, and I was very excited to try it. I got the cake batter yogurt and so did my friend. We both tried it, and it was clearly mixed with another flavor and tasted horrible. We had all of our other friends try a small spoon and they confirmed that it did not taste right. My friend and I asked the girls at the counter if we would be able to switch out our cups, and they said they were going to try the cake batter themselves. After trying it from the machine, they said it tasted fine. One of my other friends got the cake batter as well after a few people did, and his tasted completely different (and much better). I assume it was from the machine filtering out the terrible taste we had. We asked if we could get a new cup, but they refused and said no refunds or exchanges. We both threw away a cup full of yogurt and were very sad for the rest of the night. Next time, we will be going to Menchies or another place. It does not hurt to be a decent person/company.

Today I went here for the first time and I loved it really nice store and a lot of things to pick also have the best ice cream. Apart from that I got attended but a beautiful girl she was nice and helped me with everything I needed I gave her a good tippp

Brianna was super helpful and greeted me with the warmed welcome and made delight conversation with me. Truly a sweet girl definitely coming to this location again.

I was here once before a couple years ago and thought the frozen yogurt could be creamier. I used a coupon for my recent visit, to fill up a cup as much as I want for $5. I was given the smaller cup---that should have been my first clue. At the register, I asked to see how much I saved. It was a whopping 19 cents. Needless to say I felt tricked into coming into the store. And their yogurt still needs to be creamier. i do recommend TGBY and so i probably should go give them kudos.

The worker Ahmad is a very polite and respectful man he welcomed me into the store with a big smile and answered any and all questions I had this was my first time in and I'm be sure I will be coming back many more times. Also the place was spotless it was so clean and it looked as if someone scrubbed it down for hours.

I literally just watched an employee restocking yogurt cups drop a ton of cups on the ground many of them landing where the brim of the inside is on the ground. She restocked them in with the other cups and walked away all while I was standing there!!! This is absolutely disgusting!!!!

Filled my cup about a third of the way up and added some light toppings, all of it was still below the top of the cup. Came out to $10!! Sneaky business!

Very clean and many flavor choices. 14 kinds of yogurt and another 14 of gelato! Also 60 toppings, smoothies and Gevalia coffee. There are 2 vegan sorbet flavors and they are on the same unit so you can mix them. Unfortunately only 1 yogurt was fat free, the rest were just low fat. They are the first place I have seen in Detroit using Belly for rewards which is great. We will probably drive the extra 10 minutes to Yogurtopia; they have less flavors but more fat free options plus espresso, crepes, and baked treats.

Terrible service I was there Aug 27 there was a blonde girl with glasses and I ordered and wanted to use the restroom and she said someone was in it. I patiently wait for an hour with a friend and No one came out and the light for the restroom was off. Another customer came in and asked as well and said someone is in there. I'm pretty sure she didn't want to open the door because she didn't want to clean. This is terrible service. This person needs to get fired

Best frozen yogurt around! Very little light on ur stomach and not every pricey either. I'd definitely coming here for desert especially because of their wide variety of things besides their frozen yogurt like they're crepes and gelato they provide.

Definitely my go to place! The yogurt is phenomenal and the service is just great. Yogurtown offers various desserts such as smoothies, crepes, gelato, açaí bowls and much more!! When you come by, you will be nothing short of impressed. Had a great experience my first time here and I just kept coming back and it seems to g better every time!

I don't really understand why everyone I know has told me to come here. We went on Saturday night - it was crowded, but there were a few tables empty. The place was clean, so there's one star. I saw a worker with a hand vac cleaning up the counter...seriously. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and when we said we had never been there, she showed us where the gelato was, the soft serve, and explained the process to us. I was excited because, well, great service for a joint like this. We got cookies and creme...whatever the standard size is (medium-ish, probably = to two-three scoops at an ice cream place because we thought sharing = cheap, right?). They have tons of toppings you can throw in, but we just went with two small scoops of classic crumbled oreos. This thing was almost $7. SEVEN dollars. I cannot even imagine how much the parents in front of us were shelling out for their child's dessert, loaded with at least ten toppings (it's priced by weight). As for the yogurt itself, it wasn't mind-blowing. It was mediocre, wasn't sweet enough, and the flavor was kind of weak. We won't go again....because, well, SEVEN DOLLARS.

Great selection and friendly staff. The gelato is great too. I was kindly offered samples. Very kid and family friendly.

I simply gave this one star due to the fact that I had to. I would have to say it is fairly clean. Staff of the other hand awful. Who hires these crabby miserable people. Second time I have had an awful experience. Won't be going back to this location.

I was pleased. There was only one dairy-free option but it was a good one - mango. I got it with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and mango. It was delicious and the prices were decent. 5 stars if you get a couple more dairy-free options.

Used to go here weekly, until my last visit I pointed out to the guy that there was a molded raspberry. Yogurt wasn't frozen it was half melted. Horrible last experience. The place is clean and I like the belly points.
