Google
Most mid and overpriced poke you will ever have. It was genuinely just okay on all fronts. Service was also surprisingly slow, considering there were only three customers in the entire fast casual establishment.

Lebrob J.

Google
One of the employees here is extremely rude, racist, and uses harassing language toward customers. It is unacceptable that someone like this is allowed to interact with customers. Management needs to take immediate action regarding this matter.

Ordered on the app through toast. Poke bowl was ready shortly after. The portion is a good size and they do not shy in filling the bowl up! I unfortunately didn’t take a pic before I started mixing everything, but presentation was nice as well! Will definitely be back when I get the chance!

What I ordered: Lobster Rangoon Small Plate- Walnut Shrimp & Fried Rice Bowl- White Rice, Premium Ahi, Salmon, Corn, Seaweed Salad, Avocado, Mixed Green, Sriracha Mayo and Sweet Soy Sauce, Edamame, Tobiko, Bonito Seaweed Furikake, Crispy Flakes ⭐️ Burrito- White Rice, Salmon, Tuna, Mixed Green, Avocado, Carrot, Cucumber, Wasabi Mayo, Creamy Sesame Sauce, Edamame, Tobiko, Jalapeño Peppers, Bonito Seaweed Furikake ⭐️ = highly recommend The food is alright but the poke bowl is worth definitely worth it. It's a quick grab and go in you're in a rush or just need something quick. I personally don't like the burrito as much just cause it does fall apart from both ends.

Google
Express is right! Fast and quality service here. Love that you can build your own bowl or burrito but also offer great combo ideas. Also, love that brown rice is always an option. Great for pick up or dine in over your lunch break.

Google
We were trying sushi for the first time and it just wasn’t our thing, but the other food was pretty good. We got it delivered and I tried communicating with the delivery driver who never responded to my question.

Google
This was my first time having a sushi burrito and they didn’t disappoint. I got the sriracha salmon one - it was spicy, fresh and delicious. The location is easily accessible and the service was fast - kind of like a chipotle but with fish. The interior was clean and white, new-agey. Prices were decent but on the high side. Overall good experience.

Google
If you haven’t tried sushi burritos yet, you’re missing out. It's like a gigantic hand roll but customized chipotle style! I personally love salmon, so I combined raw salmon and grilled salmon for the protein in my burrito. The raw salmon was creamy and not too fishy, and I’d definitely get double portions of it next time rather than the grilled salmon. The rice to protein to veggie (you get a choice of up to 4 types) ratio was on point. They have a wide variety of sauces and veggie sides, which all looked fresh and clean. I also really liked the flavor of their seaweed salad; it paired well with the raw fish! Finally their milk tea was very impressive. It’s so rare that you can find high quality milk tea at a shop that doesn’t specialize in it, and Yoki Express was that exception. The brown sugar syrup they used was so good, and the boba was molten and chewy.

Yelp
I just ordered the beef pho and was pretty please with it. Decent amount of meat, the noodles were good, and the broth was pretty good too. If I'm craving soup while working in seaport I would definitely come here. You get all the fixins too, the lime, mint, bean sprouts and sauce for 16$ total. I reviewed this place before and I still probably wouldn't order the poke, but I saw some new items on the menu that I'm interested in trying!

Yelp
Great poke bowls and small asian plates in the Seaport area. We had 2 poke bowls and one orange chicken small plate. Poke bar was super fresh and had salmon on one and spicy salmon on the other. Poke was tasty and flavorful and as great as any in LA or Hawaii. Our poke bowls looked better than the small plates, though I will admit the Lo Mein noodles looked tempting. The orange chicken was tasty and as great as any Panda in all the many airports I've been through and in West LA.

Yelp
Convenient and small location in Seaport. I ordered via the app and the pick up was actually very easy. I was taking advantage of the buy one get one medium plate combo. As some reviews have mentioned, the flavors are fairly bland and a bit greasy it was filling, but nothing to write home about. The cabbage was overcooked the Thai basil chicken was OK but not spicy enough in my book. The spicy tofu, brussels sprouts was also a bit lacking in terms of spiciness and somewhat off putting flavors. Overall, the value sort of balances out with the underwhelming flavors of the meal.
google avatar

Maya K.

Yelp
Previous review for poke was good. Loved it. Decided to get the Chinese food and was so disappointed. Beef and broccoli I only got 2 pieces of beef not even exaggerating. Orange chicken has a very weird fried oily flavor. Chow mein is super oily with like 0 flavor. Like seriously waste of $$

Yelp
Had a craving for a sushi burrito and decided to try Yoki Express in Seaport. I have not tried their bowls yet, so this review is solely regarding my experience with their sushi burritos. I ordered a custom build your own burrito with: white rice, salmon & crab for protein, corn, seaweed salad, pineapple, jalapeño, mixed greens, tobiko, crispy flakes, furikake, with sweet soy sauce + spicy mayo. I wish that they provided more sushi rice but am happy that they packed my burrito with all the good stuff. My burrito was too wet & the seaweed wrapping the burrito did not hold up well. The burrito fell apart and had to eat it with a fork. When I unwrapped the paper from the burrito to eat, I noticed that there was not much seaweed holding everything & was extremely messy. Not the best experience for the burrito, 4/10. Most likely would not come back.

Yelp
Amazing amazing amazing. Always great portion sizes! One of my fav poke spots in the city. I also love their Rangoons which is so random but it's true. The ramen was nothing special but was good. The sushi burrito was HUGE

Yelp
There's nothing super outstanding about the lunch plates at Yoki express, but it's a really solid and good value meal. I can't speak for their poke, which it looks like a lot of people enjoy, but I ordered a Chinese/Polynesian plate which ended up giving me 2 full meals. Lunch plate ($11.50) - This is a really great deal. The lo mein isn't the tastiest, but they give you a lot of volume, and the chicken teriyaki also was a large portion. The orange chicken was probably a normal amount, but the total amount of food for $11.50 is a really great deal. The lo mein is just veggies and noodles, and while the flavor wasn't too deep, it was filling and not too oily. The chicken teriyaki was quite good, however, and it was very juicy and a little smoky. It had the nice sweet and tangy flavor that food court chicken teriyaki has, so no complaints here. The orange chicken was also still crispy despite it being delivery which was a nice surprise. Spring rolls ($3.00) - Not sure this was entirely worth it since the spring rolls were a bit small. The sauce was also a bit strange - instead of sweet chili or duck sauce, it tasted a little like sweet chili mixed with tabasco. The actual spring roll was nice and crispy, but I'd rather have 3 rolls for $4.00 or 4 for $5. 2 for $3 just felt like it wasn't enough food. All in all, there was nothing wrong with this meal, but it wasn't mindblowing. It's a great value, and I'd absolutely get it again - 4/5! After ordering, it does look like this place is more popular for their poke, so I'd definitely give that a try sometime too!

Yelp
Ordered take out with super greens, chicken string beans. Oh my gosh, I got 1 piece of broccoli, lots of cabbage, 4 pieces of chicken and 5 strings of beans. It is pretty sad when you can count the pieces. This is absolutely not worth my take out order. I would have been better off getting a sandwich.

Yelp
Yoki Express is a solid spot if you're looking to grab a quick meal, but it's nothing out of this world. The restaurant itself is very standard for fast casual and the service is what you'd expect for a spot like this. I haven't tried their poké, which they are more so known for, but I have tried their warm bowls, which I think might be newer. They were running a BOGO free special on their warm bowls during Snowport, so that was a pretty nice incentive to try them out. The chicken and vegetables tasted relatively healthy and not too greasy, but not overly flavorful. In other words, the food got the job done, but I won't be dreaming about it.

Yelp
Think Subway for Poke. Lol. You choose your base (white or brown rice or salad greens), then choose your protein(they have both raw and cooked options) then finish off with toppings and sauces. They also offer ramen and grilled bowls. Affordable prices. Friendly service. Casual atmosphere.
google avatar

Shumrith V.

Yelp
Good spot for a quick poke bowl, decent amount of indoor seating, as well as some outdoor seating nearby. They have a lot of options to choose, from regular stir fry noodles and chicken, to burrito poke bowls. I went with the standard rice bowl and got double salmon. They ingredients were fresh and the salmon tasted good. I do think the bowl was a bit pricey for the quality and quantity, but that also may be expected in this area of Boston. 4/5

John R.

Yelp
Tried kung Pao chicken with lo mein and curry chicken with fried rice. Everything was fine. Not good, not bad just fine. The food is incredibly bland and mild, which I suppose could be good or bad depending on your preference. Would have given 2 stars but the BOGO deal on the app that rhymes with Goober bumps it up to 3.

Yelp
First time ordering from Yoki Express and I was so pleasantly surprised! The "thank you" note made my day!

Yelp
10/10 - Love Yoki Express :D I haven't been in the restaurant yet, I just usually order food at this restaurant on Uber Eats, I will try to get there one day. Honestly, I am not a person who likes to write a review after having the service, but for this restaurant, I would love to do so as not just the foods was good, but the service is great as well. I recently ordered on Uber Eat and even got an extra dish with a note "Thank you" on it. It might be not worth a lot of money for that extra food, but it was extremely meaningful to me. Also, it showed how thoughtful they are. I give all credits for what they have been doing to serve the community. Again, my sincere thanks.

Yelp
Fresh wrapped sushi burritos and more LA-esque options here at this Subway sandwich style sushi bar. Food is prepared to order and you can add all your favorite sushi classics to burritos from shrimp to salmon and tofu.

Yelp
I was craving Poke so decided to give this place a try. I ordered the Mambo Combo which came with Salmon and Tuna. It only comes in one size but you do get a good amount of fish and rice. The spicy mayo, which was not spicy, had a great flavor and combined with the soy sauce everything was seasoned well. The biggest disappointment was the fish. The fish did not taste fresh. It tasted as though it had not been washed and was getting spoiled. It had the same kind of smell when buying a fillet from the grocery store that has been left out for some time. Some pieces of the fish were even a little "chewy" and I immediately spit those out. Luckily I did not get sick from this meal. But I won't be back.
google avatar

Yelp
I ordered the pork ramen (spicy option) from the relish app for delivery. I do like the way they package to go ramen, with the broth in a large bowl, and the toppings in a flatter container sitting over the broth which makes for a fresher experience. Surprisingly it was still warm when I got it, but the containers are also microwave safe so I just popped it in the microwave for a minute or so. The broth was tasty but the spicy paste definitely made it better (although I would say it's on the milder end rather than spicy). I was convinced the bamboo shoots were mushrooms because of the texture but based on the item description and process of elimination, they were bamboo shoots and were pretty tasty. The egg was really good. The noodles were cooked perfectly. The pork was not my favorite but there wasn't really anything wrong with it, just a preference thing. The corn was sweet and plentiful. The serving size is good for $15 but it also was not the best ramen I have ever had.

Yelp
I go to a lot of Poke spots and this one is just okay. I wanted a sushi burrito and this was the only location open in Seaport at 6pm (which really surprised me...). I asked for brown rice and I still got white rice., I only saw white rice available. Rice still tasted mushy and like it's been there for awhile, not kept well. The fish was okay. It didn't taste as fresh like other poke shops I would go to. My friend ordered the ramen and it was mostly broth than anything else. There are other places I would go to instead.
google avatar

Yelp
Would recommend ordering online if you want to customize your order easier. The sushi burritos and poke bowls are so good! Will be coming back here (often!)
google avatar

Michele M.

Yelp
I ordered takeout from their app and it was amazing!! I think this is one of the best places to get a poke bowl. They gave good portions of fish and veggies. I also tried the hot protein burrito and it was full of flavor too. Would highly recommend. P.s. When you order off the app for the first time, you get 50% off!
google avatar

Ryan T.

Yelp
I had ordered a build your own protein bowl for pick up as the grab and go concept is near my office and I had ordered chicken and beef teriyaki with seaweed salad, cucumbers, purple cabbage, mixed greens, edamame, panko, and teriyaki sauce. Overall, the teriyaki bowl was just okay I think I would much prefer their Poki bowl next time as I believe their fish is fresher and tastier than the meat they offer. The chicken was a bit on the dry side and the beef was shredded beef rather than cuts of beef so the beef too was quite dry. Another issue was that I had ordered brown rice but had gotten white rice, which I hadn't noticed until I had gotten back to the office and began digging through the bowl. For myself, there also wasn't much teriyaki sauce if any between the teriyaki meats I picked and the additional teriyaki sauce. The bowl overall was quite dry and most of the flavor had come from the seaweed salad believe it or not.
google avatar

Yelp
So I was looking for a quick bite to eat and found Yoki Express. The 4 star reviews were definitely justified. I ordered the 3 protein Lg bowl. I had two scoops of salmon and the crab stick as my protein. I didn't order rice and opted for the salad instead. It was a light and healthy meal. The salmon was mixed with a spicy Mayo sauce. One con was that I wish they had more variety of fish and toppings. I would have loved to see squid or yellowtail as an option. The restaurant currently has dine in and take out. The dining room has chairs spaced out and limited seating at each table. Staff/cashier was friendly. I would definitely come back the next time I have a poke bowl craving.

Yelp
I was craving a poke bowl and decided to check this spot out...I was not disappointed. The staff was great and the dining area was clean. I ordered the mambo combo poke bowl and the yoki amor burrito. 10/10 recommend!!! The fish and other food were fresh and tasty. I will be returning whenever I am in the seaport area.
google avatar

Eric D.

Yelp
This spot is basically a Japanese style Chipotle that offers sushi burrito or a poke bowl. They do offer ramen as well. Wife and I had Sushi burritos which weren't bad. Would definitely have it again when we're around the area. Quick to order. Ingredients tasted fresh. . It's a great meal to grab on the go and enjoy around the harbor. Overall my visit was simple drop in, order some food, and a stroll around the seaport area. They do offer indoor dining right now during the pandemic with chairs spaced apart Cheers.

Sam O.

Yelp
Food: 5.7/10 Service: 9.1/10 Ambiance: 8.3/10 The food was just Okay. Bowl was 70% rice and 30% toppings (note: I got 3 protein toppings). Options for toppings are great, but the quality + balance of taste is not hitting 100%. For $25 I expected a bit more. I was disappointed to not find much options for drinks - they just had bottled water + sodas. Restaurant seems to be diluting focus and diversifying menu unnecessarily. Focus on one thing and be really good at it.

Yelp
Fresh poke right near the water in Seaport! You have the option to create your own bowl or burrito, or choose from a menu of options. We got the Sakura del Sol as well as a create your own bowl with chicken. The salmon was very fresh, as were the veggies in the bowl. We ordered the popcorn shrimp and takoyaki as well, and the portions for these were pretty large. The fruit teas weren't my favorite, a bit too sweet for my taste but I also like my boba without sugar. Great spot for a quick bite!

Olivia M.

Yelp
Disappointing, with a Seaport mark up I stopped by around noon on a weekend. They were out of multiple ingredients, could not make a poke burrito, so I selected one of the named bowls (with the preselected ingredients) instead. For some reason the music was cranked up incredibly loud in the nearly empty restaurant, the staff and I could not hear each other at all. The staff started putting random ingredients in, not matching the description on the menu and we couldn't communicate due to the volume of the radio and I was in a rush. The final product was drenched in sauce and really salty, I couldn't really tell what I was eating. I should have went to the chipotle next door instead for a quick meal.

Yelp
There is a reason why they say to stray away from empty places... Upon first sensory utilization of Yoki, I was slightly apprehensive. Against my better judgment, with three additional starving party members, we walked in. Despite being the only customers there, we were still waiting +10 minutes to begin our order. We each chose the custom poke bowl in hopes that we were too hasty in judging the book by its cover. Unfortunately, we were not. I noticed the server pushing fallen food items on the counter BACK into the serving containers and then proceed to scoop those very fallen items into my bowl. The raw fish options were very few and did not appear too fresh (only salmon and ahi). The seaweed looked fresh, but looks can be deceiving as we all know... The first bite of my seaweed salad was a frozen spoonful of disappointment. The other options did not taste its price at all (limited to only three toppings and two proteins???). I could not even finish my bowl in fear of food poisoning. We were also too ambitious and ordered their boba. AVOID. It was only after ordering that we noticed my friend's boba tea was labelled to be days old- clearly not freshly made as advertised. Additionally, the boba pearls themselves were mushy and clumped together- clearly also not freshly cooked as advertised. In short, perhaps there are better poke places you should consider going to. Come here as a last resort...

Mette L.

Yelp
Best poke I've had yet! Pick up was seamless on app and in store. Full details on bowl pictured: Make Your Own Regular ($14.50 base)- White Rice Bowl, Salmon, Tuna, Avocado (extra $1.50), Seaweed Salad, Cucumber, Carrot, Teriyaki Sauce, Creamy Sesame Sauce, Sriracha Mayo , Edamame, and Crispy Flakes (Panko)
google avatar

Kyle K.

Yelp
Overpriced and they never get your order right. For $5 you get a cup of poorly cooked rice.
google avatar

Melena S.

Yelp
This place is decent enough to get my poke/sushi fix but not good enough to go to if there're better options. I've been here maybe 2-3 times and this last time has really solidified that opinion. I got the Sakura Del Sol each time and again, they were fine meals but nothing had my eyes rolling to the back of my head or telling the masses. I will probably go back if I'm in Seaport and don't have the option to go elsewhere but again, not my first option. There're other decent food options in the area so today might've been my last time here.

Yelp
Yoki Express is a fast food restaurant that prepares poke bowls and a few choices of ramen. It is located in the Boston Seaport area while its main restaurant, Yoki Japanese Restaurant and Bar, is located at Station Landing in Medford, Ma. Although I was never a fan of their main restaurant, I didn't want to let that stop me from giving their other locations a try. To order, I used the online order link found on their business website. The menu was very streamlined which made ordering very easy and simple. The restaurant was empty when we got there. The interior had a rather cold and industrial feel with its high ceiling, white tiled walls, and long rows of cafeteria tables. The chairs were placed 6 feet apart and there were bottles of hand sanitizer by the windows where you can get extra napkins, sauce packets and to go utensils. There was one person working the front and she quickly acknowledged my online was being prepared. It took less than 15 minutes altogether. I made my own poke bowl with three proteins and I ordered a spicy pork ramen and popcorn shrimp for my husband and the kids. Everything was neatly packaged and the ramen soup survived the trip home with no spillage. For what it was (fast food), the food was just as expected. The spicy pork ramen did not have a spicy broth, instead, it was just topped with jalapeños. The broth was mostly watery and with some hint of pork flavor and a bit of salt. Don't come here expecting a rich pork bone broth with depths and flavors or else you will leave highly disappointed. The is fast food and not restaurant quality authentic Japanese ramen. I think the only reason that can justify the high price for the pork ramen is the location. I wouldn't recommend the ramen here at all unless you'd prefer something hot from the menu then this is your only option. I was overall disappointed with my poke bowl. I ordered salmon and premium tuna for protein. The premium tuna had an extra cost. I want to start with what was good about my poke bowl, which was the seasoned rice. They used the correct rice grain and the rice was well seasoned. The salmon in my order was half fishy and half fresh. There was no knowing whether the next bite would taste fishy or not. This could be my own mistake ordering on a Monday after a Sunday. The premium tuna tasted like regular tuna so I am confused as to why I bothered paying extra for premium. I can't imagine what the regular tuna would have tasted like. I also added avocado for an extra cost as well but the avocado came in mushy chunks. Lastly, I made the costly mistake of ordering the mango-pineapple sauce. I should have asked for the sauce on the side, I don't recall if that was an option when you order online but if it wasn't then it should be. In my opinion, even if you like mango and/or pineapple, you should avoid this sauce. I was being adventurous but atlas, I made a fatal error. But you don't have to. Any other sauce would have been a better option. Popcorn shrimp were meant for the kids. There is nothing to rave about them other than for precooked battered shrimp, they could have been worst. They reminded me of the battered onion rings that I used to eat when I was a kid in school but except there was shrimp in the middle instead of onion. The kids usually love fried finger foods but they were not a fan either. They had one and didn't touch the rest. I should have just cooked dinner at home instead. Overall, I would give Yoki Express three stars. I am not keen to try them again nor would I recommend them to a friend. I think there are plenty other food options in the area and even better ones if you are willing to drive a few minutes. I would not make this a destination place to try. Overall, good but not great.

Yelp
A yummy poke place right in Seaport Boston Food: They have both make your own and preset poke bowls. The sushi is very fresh- the only downside is that the pieces of salmon and tuna are on the smaller side. It could be more generous when compared to other poke places. The bowl is still tasty which makes this place worth trying Seaweed salad is included as a topping without extra charge, which is a huge plus Other: Friendly staff, fast service Fast-casual vibe TLDR; Come here to satisfy your poke cravings

Yelp
Yoki express had helpful staff. I picked the Mambo Combo Burrito,Ninja Shuriken Bowl, and Popcorn Shrimp. Parking was kind of difference. It was cool to watch them assemble my order. Everything tasted fresh and presentation was great. The sushi burrito was a new one for me. All the texture and favor of a sushi roll in a burrito. The poke bowl had some great ingredients that blend well together. Popcorn Shrimp was bets eating hot with the thai sweet sauce. This is a great spot to grab something real fast. Worth a try
google avatar

Ivy T.

Yelp
The food was edible. The tonkatsu ramen (not pictured) broth tasted exactly like canned chicken noodle soup, and I wouldn't be surprised to find out if that's what they used. The egg in the ramen was over cooked and the overall presentation of the dish was underwhelming. The Mambo Combo poke was pretty good, a nice amount of flavor, but the ingredients don't seem particularly fresh. The popcorn shrimp was good, it was fried fresh in front of me, so it had a good amount of crunch. Overall, I likely won't be coming here again.
google avatar

Bruce K.

Yelp
Still great and still very fresh but today's delivery experience was just "I'm a fan" and not "As good as it gets." It shouldn't take over an hour for delivery when it's promised in 45 minutes but today it did take that long. My sushi bowl was excellent and fresh. I enjoyed it very much, I just wish that it had arrived much sooner. I will definitely be ordering from Yoki Express again, but I won't be depending on a 30 minute delivery like it was last time.
google avatar

Amina R.

Yelp
Fresh food and you can't go wrong when you can make it what you want. The staff can be a little slow but it's worth the wait. As you can imagine lunch hour is crazy here so go during off peak hours unless you order ahead.

Yelp
Always searching for good poke bowl places and tried Yoki express for the 1st time on a Friday night. The place was completely empty (understand it's mostly a lunch spot for the office workers). You can build your own bowl or sushi burrito (maki roll) and 2 scoops of fish are $11 and 3 scoops are $14, which I think are not cheap considering how small the scoops are :( They don't have as many topping options as some other poke places (for example, Pokeworks), but the bowl I built with half rice/half salad tasted decent and was pretty filling. So overall not a bad choice if you are craving poke bowls, but I wasn't overly impressed!

Yelp
Please roll your burritos better. They literally fall apart every time. And why is the seaweed wet? Because the seaweed is wet, it sticks to the wrapping paper. Then you can't separate the two. I ended up just picking out the insides like a degenerate. Disgusting, don't come here.

Yelp
Placed a Togo order online and it was very cold when I received it and honestly just not what I expected based on the reviews I have heard . The manager reached out to me immediately and I totally didn't expect that and followed up with a refund which was again very unexpected . I will be back to try the ramen next week. I hear it's amazing and honestly they were so nice and the fact that they followed up when I forgot all about it really shows to me they care . I'm looking forward to the ramen and I live close to their sister restaurant so I will definitely be giving them a try . Over all great experience thanks to their costumer service .

Yelp
My friends and I stumbled upon this place while we were in the area looking for sushi. I ordered a sushi burrito with shrimp tempura -- the shrimp was stale. I would like to believe it was a bad batch. However, my friends ordered poke bowls and they seemed to enjoy it. The workers work well together and are very quick.

Yelp
3 1/2 STARS I swear I wrote a review when it first opened! Anyways, I went in like a week or so after opening since I heard about sushi burritos and was very excited to try! They've finally made their way to the East coast! I was less than impressed when I got my sushi burrito though, I felt it was small and I left hungry. This time, almost 9 months later or so, I got the salmon poke bowl and am happier. They give you a little bit more in the bowl so I will stick with that, and it's easier to eat. The salmon is very fresh and buttery and my avocado was fine. I thought everything was very fresh, and my pickup time was quick. I ordered thru an app and it was ready by the time I got there.

Yelp
Loved my experience at Yoki Express in the Seaport District of Boston. I love a good poke bowl and they have such creative and customizable options. They can make any poke bowl into a burrito as well, which is super unique. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Know what's hip in the fast-casz scene? Poke and sushirritos. Know what Yoki serves? Poke and sushirritos. These cats could phone it in, and ride the wave of "hey, it looks good on Insta!" But the thing is: the food here is excellent. My Mambo Combo bowl was swimming in produce, so you better believe I super-inspected every leaf/tendril/sprout/bulb and there was nary a brown spot in sight. The salmon is tender and buttery, and my upgrade to the fresh tuna is so worth the buck. A buck! This massive bowl of fish and roe and veggies and grains and sweet soy and spicy mayo is only $12. Staff are patient delights who detected my naivety and cut me mad slack as I back ordered a half dozen times. Because when there's this much joy in a Seaport hideaway, one tends to waffle on the final order like a kid in a 4.5star candy shop.

Yelp
Really disappointed. Fish didn't taste as fresh as others we've had, maybe because it was the end of the day. We ordered the mambo combo and the salmon. The girl that helped us was obviously new and didn't know how much to put on or wrap it very well. You have to learn somehow so no big deal, but she kept looking at the other worker for help which she didn't get. She put a lot less protein than the other worker gave and dropped a few more when attempting to roll it. The worker was nice and I'm sure will get better with practice. However, the flavor was just ok and the freshness factor dropped the rating to barely three stars. Wish it would have been better since I was looking forward to some good poke.

Yelp
My favorite Ninja Shuriken (Shrimp Tempura) bowl. Ingredients: Shrimp tempura, crabstick, avocado, cucumber, purple cabbage, sliced red radish, fish roe with spicy mayo and sweet soy sauce.
