This is an average Korean owned "Japanese" restaurant. I'm not saying Koreans can't own excellent restaurants what I am saying is this definitely not one of them. The fish gets cut in the morning (see attached picture) and that explains why my sashimi platter was dry. This is all you can eat quality and this place has no business charging what it charge. The roll was decent, and a few pieces of the nigiri were ok, but overall this place is average at best. Thanks, but no thanks!

Went here for a friend date night and it was sooo good. We were welcomed even before opening the door since the host could see us from inside. She walked us to our table when I realized that we would prefer a booth, I asked her if we could move and she happily moved us to one. On our walk to the booth one of the people in charge was very friendly and even complimented my hair which I appreciated. Once seated, we were welcomed by our waiter (Matt) who took our drink order. We were then approached by a different waiter which confused me for a second but it looked like they shared the service in our seating area. For drinks we got water with lemon, pepsi, coco chichi (many of them), coco-rita and coronas. The drinks were all very delicious. If you like fruity drinks, coco chichi is a great blend of mai tai and piña colada mix. If you like stronger drinks, the coco-rita was definitely stronger. We also tried green tea shots which I had never trekked. I expected strong and bitter but it was surprisingly sweet and smooth. Def recommend! For food we got the lobster ragoons, the california sunrise maki, the ninja maki, the beef ramen and the pork ramen. Everything was delicious. The salmon on top of the california sunrise maki was so creamy and good. The food was 10/10. The bathroom was so pretty. The decor around the entire restaurant was so nice to look at. It gave a sense of peace. The only part that made me turn my head was how much turning and walking you gotta do from the parking lot to the front door haha but there’s a parking lot so that was a big plus.

Loved this place. Japanese fusion done right. Almost everything we ordered was delicious. The only dud was dessert. The Bomba Ice Cream was frozen solid could not get my spoon in there. And it was too sweet for my taste. Our server Andy was very friendly and super-awesome. Well definitely be returning here.

So happy we finally had a chance to try Yoki Japanese Restaurant & Bar in Medford, MA. Located at 62 Station Landing, this place offers a vast menu with so many options for everyone. They have comfortable seating and lovely decor that create a fun atmosphere and they also have indoor and outdoor dining. But, what truly sets this restaurant apart is the exceptional staff, like Haylee, who provided a perfect dining experience from the moment we entered, Haylee went over and beyond and you can tell she really cares about the customers overall experience. All the food we ordered was delicious, and this is absolutely a must-visit for anyone seeking an outstanding Asian cuisine experience in Medford. Don't miss out on trying Yoki Japanese Restaurant & Bar for fantastic food and impeccable service!

Google
Service was great. Booths were comfortable. Ramen was very good, but not the best around. Ramen options used chicken broth, which was a good change of pace because most places around here serve miso, shio, and/or tonkatsu broths. Dishes ordered: Baby Octopus app, Chicken Ramen(spicy), and Seafood Ramen.

Google
Have been going to yoki since 2015! Has always been fantastic. Recently took my partner out to dinner for his birthday and we couldn’t have had a better time! We’ve had many servers over the years but a special s/o to our server Lance, he was ✨fantastic✨. Can’t write enough superlatives to describe his service and attitude! Food was also great, per usual

Google
The food was great, loved the wall art they have going. Our meal order was originally for $90, but by adding an additional appetizer we got a free lobster.

Google
Super tasty sushi cooked to perfection! Top ratings!! And that was without the special they are running this week - free lobster for order over 100 usd. With lobster for a starter before sushi - pure luxury! Thank you! 😜

Yelp
Our first time stopping by Yoki and we will definitely be back. We went around 5:45 pm on a Tuesday and there were some people in the bar area, but for the most part not crowded at all. They have a nice bar and space. We also loved the music that was playing and it wasn't too loud. For starters we got edamame and gyoza, which were both great. My boyfriend's favorite was the gyoza. We were also served side salads with a delicious ginger dressing and miso-shiru soup. We were not fans of the soup. As for our meals I got the veg maki combination and my boyfriend got chicken fried rice (it was huge!) The veg maki combination was delicious as well as the chicken fried rice being delicious. All of the ingredients from the salad to our meals tasted fresh. As for the service, our waitress was phenomenal. She was attentive and very sweet. She made sure we didn't have empty drinks and checked in with us frequently to see if we needed anything/how everything was. Definitely our new go to spot for Japanese cuisine!

Yelp
Service was terrific! My friend has an allergy to raw seafood and they were super accommodating! We got edamame - dip it in soy and wasabi and it's delicious. Sweet potato sushi - very good! And teriyaki dishes. I got beef. The parts of the beef I could eat were very good. I asked for medium well and it was way closer to medium but it was still good! Ask for extra teriyaki sauce, especially for the rice.

Yelp
Came here for lunch one day and got the lunch special, I thought the rolls seemed fresh and it's a decent price for what you get. We also had the lobster rangoons and while I liked the filling they weren't very hot and I thought the sauce was way too sweet. We sat outside which was nice on a sunny day

Yelp
I used to come here back in the day and hang out quite often when they first opened and haven't been back to the Northshore often in recent years. Tonight was a catchup get together with the fam! We were not disappointed. We ordered a bunch of drinks, I don't drink much anymore but did get a virgin pina colada and enjoyed that a lot! We tried a bunch of dishes family style really. + chicken wings - nice and crispy, juicy inside and flavors were soy garlic and spicy (not spicy at all for those wondering) + hotate hokkaiyaki scallop appetizer was great has a nice kick to it! + the paradise roll was our favorite of the sushi dishes we ordered! + the orange chicken i asked if they could make it spicy, it was good flavor but not spicy at all. I prefer Gen Gaus more the. Orange chicken hence the request + the beef tataki app was nice with the onion and scallion with spicy raddish! A lot of the dishes were typical chinese american style, and the japanese food i wouldn't say was authentic cuisine but a good spot with drinks. Experience was always good here and that hasn't changed. Service was good our server Andy was good just maybe be a bit more vocal, the noise level in there gets pretty loud during the dinner rush so it's hard to hear. Would be back!

Yelp
We had such a lovely experience at Yoki, thanks to our wonderful waitress, Pamela. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our meal. Her friendly energy stood out, and we were so impressed that we now officially have a new go-to section--we'll be asking for Pamela every time! Her care and warmth truly elevated the entire dining experience. Highly recommend connecting with her if you visit!

Yelp
Yoki Japanese Restaurant in Medford is a lovely spot for Japanese food! I'm not sure if "authentic" is the most accurate word to describe Yoki just because they had a bunch of typical Chinese takeout dishes on their menu and pad thai? BUT nevertheless, still had a great experience dining here for dinner Saturday night. I'd say, stick to the sushi and raw dishes. The cooked dishes weren't bad or anything, however, for me, the sushi is what I would come back for. What we ordered: -takoyaki -hotate hokkaiyaki -egg rolls -curry mussels -fried shumai -dozen oysters -fried chicken wings -paradise maki -spicy tuna maki -bruins maki -Celtics maki -beef tataki -beef & broccoli -yaki soba -orange chicken -tempura ice cream -spicy orange chicken (not pictured) -pina colada and other drinks (not pictured) My favorite dishes that we tried, include: paradise maki, hotate hokkaiyaki, & beef tataki. All the apps we ordered were good but none of them really stood out to me. I wanted to love the curry mussels more honestly... great flavor just didn't come out as hot as I expected; was cold when I tried it. We shared most of these dishes family style, though I didn't get to try some of what we ordered. The beef tataki was great! I loved the spicy radish it came with. It was already great on its own with the lime but adding the spicy radish was a game changer! Would for sure get this again. The hotate hokkaiyaki is typically what I like to order whenever I go to a sushi spot. Why I liked this dish from Yoki: it actually had a kick to it. And no, I don't mean sriracha "spice". A lot of the apps did unexpectedly have a kick to it. Not insanely spicy or anything, of course. The paradise maki was my favorite maki. It tasted heavenly and I probably could've done 2 of those and be happy! This is a roll I could order every time and not get tired of it. Parking: they have a parking lot situated behind the restaurant + street parking spots.

Yelp
A great little Japanese spot at the station. Super cool vibe inside and everyone is very kind and professional. They have a large bar as well as a sushi bar, and regular tables and booths. We started with some sake and beer. For appetizers we had pan fried gyoza, spicy edamame, and hotate. We ordered three rolls, which are gigantic. (Red Sox roll, Celtics roll, and a ninja roll that we added tuna to.) We could've easily done with only two rolls. Everything we had was really tasty and very fresh, except for the hotate, which was just fine. I would not order it again. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. I would definitely recommend a stop to this wonderful Japanese spot.

Yelp
I think this is one of my favorite sushi spots right now! They have a great atmosphere, incredible service and mouth-watering food!! I tried a huge variety of their dishes and LOVED every bite! My favorites were definitely the sushi dishes, but everything was so good! We tried their temaki omakase which had a great variety of super fresh and delicious fish served as a build your own temaki experience paired with flavored salts to try with each bite and this was absolutely my favorite dish and definitely worth the price! I also LOVED the tuna sampler which has 5 nigiri pieces of tuna at different levels of fattiness that were just melt in your mouth delicious! We also got the Hotate - Hokkaiyaki which was a surprising favorite because I am usually more of a fan of the raw fish sushi, but this seafood bake was so decadent and delicious! We also got some classics like gyoza, naruto and mussels that never disappoint. We got the specialty paradise and hawaii maki that were totally loaded up and honestly we probably ordered too much food but there were just so many good things to try! The dessert was also stunning and delicious! Can't recommend this place enough, I am literally telling everyone about it and I cannot wait to go back!

Yelp
Loved the sushi here. Everything tasted clean and fresh. The spicy tuna roll had a good balance of heat and flavor. I also tried the eel nigiri, and it was rich and savory. The whole experience felt authentic and well done.

Yelp
It's closer to a 3 but I feel I would need to try more menu items to give a proper review. The portion size was good and I remember the service being inviting

Yelp
The food is good with a decent selection of entree and sushi. The service was quick and friendly. The bar tenders were newer but very helpful. It's a cozy environment for a low key date.

Yelp
I've been a patron, on and off since they've opened in the early 2000's. For the most part, it has been consistent and good throughout the years. Tonight (5/28/2025) it was terrible. I had the tuna tartare and the toro sushi. The tartare had very little tuna in it, mostly filler. The toro was almost all silver skin. Chewy and indigestible. There are better options in the neighborhood, like Ho Win up the street on Middlesex Av Medford. Do yourself a favor and avoid Yoki. It is just not the same since manager Lee left some 6-8 months ago.

Yelp
Loved the Red Sox Maki and Hamachi sushi! Place is nice and spacious. The staff was pleasant. Came in a group, and was surprised of how good the sushi was and the price was reasonable. I will come here again.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem in an isolated area. Plenty of seating, spacious and comfortable. The waiter was super friendly and helpful. The food tasty and fresh. I love their rolls and beer. Definitely a place to come if you are ever in Medford Boston.

Yelp
I feel that I did myself a disservice with this location, I'll explain why. Yoki Japanese Restaurant welcomes a delightful experience. While the sushi offerings are standard and fairly fresh, I wish I had ordered different sushi. I had the Ninja Maki and Spider Maki (shrimp + crab practically) I'm sure if I navigated the menu a few minutes longer I would've ordered something that much better. What truly stood out was the Trio Dish. It exceeded my expectations with its vibrant presentation and perfectly balanced flavors. Each component of the Trio Dish complemented the others beautifully - juicy chicken, crunchy shrimp and perfectly medium beef. The ambiance and attentive service further enhanced the dining experience. I highly recommend visiting Yoki for a satisfying meal if you're craving sushi or japanese cuisine overall.

Yelp
Amazing drinks and food! We will definitely be back! The portions are so big and all sooo good. Great service, and such a fun restaurant. Loved everything!

Yelp
Caeey was nice and had a beautiful mural, of a woman on it. Server was so nice and attentive, and definitely helped us with recommending items. The tuna sampler was my favorite. It had so many unique combinations and the fish was so fresh. The paradise maki was hefty but delicious. The bruins maki was also good. I'm typically not a fan of cream cheese and my rolls, but I enjoyed this one a lot. The soup was tasty too. The real star was the chocolate cake and tempura fried ice cream. I'll definitely be back again.

Yelp
Nice restaurant in Medford. My guest really enjoyed their food. They had the seafood ramen. I had the seaweed salad, which was good. As someone with a gluten allergy, there wasn't much I could eat there, so I was pretty disappointed. I appreciated their thoroughness in knowing what included gluten. Sushi is mostly gluten free, and they had gluten free soy sauce, which was appreciated, even though it was salty. I probably wouldn't come back due to my allergy, but the food looked great. The server was also attentive as well.

Matthew N.

Yelp
Yoki is one of our go-tos in Medford. The shrimp fried rice or noodles menu can't be beat for takeout, coming with a great soup and salad, and the appetizers are also good. A perfect mix of booths, tables, and bar seating, the staff is always helpful and kind. Cocktails use better than bottom shelf liquor as well, so they taste great, with a good beer and sake selection on top of it.

Yelp
MUST TRY IF YOU LOVE JAPANESE FOOD!! I came here on a Sunday and it was perfect. Parking was available and there is also a parking lot in the back that made things very convenient. I also love how there are many shopping stores nearby so after we ate we were able to walk it off! It was very spacious inside and I like how there are many booth tables, which made our dinner feel more private and intimate. They have a full bar right when you walk in. The sushi bar is in the wayyy back, which I think was a good idea because that means less people walking by.. which means more sanitary! I started off with the Geisha Kiss. If you like fruity and sweet, this is for you! It wasn't too sweet and was very refreshing to go with the food. Also got a delicious strawberry shortcake alcoholic beverage which was so smooth. There are many drinks that I do not like to order at restaurants because it is either too bitter or too strong. This was the RIGHT amount and it reminded me of the strawberry shortcake ice cream popsicles (if you know you know!). Would definitely order again. The best thing about Sundays is that they have one dollar oysters promo!! My boyfriend loves oysters so we definitely got a whole dozen. We then ordered the Salmon Tartare. It was one of my favorite appetizers. The wonton chips that it comes with is seasoned and the combination very refreshing and flavorful. I also ordered the Hotate-Hokkaiyaki hot tapas. It was good and has a hint of spicy. It came with a lot of scallops and crab meat. The sashimi deluxe was a must!! It is a nice way to get a little taste of each sashimi and it is definitely a good shareable dish. We added Toro to our platter. I tried the new Paradise Maki and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The flavors together were very complementary. There were hints of truffle but also not too powering. Each bite was very delicious. I also got the Patriots maki. I would definitely order this again. The last thing I ordered was the Unaju, which is eel over rice. It was one of my favorites and I like how they put pickled condiments on the rice. It came with two eels and they were very big sized. I would definitely order this also!! Overall, I am very impressed with the food here and I will definitely come back to try all the other stuff AND reorder the things I've tried! The menu offers a large variety which is amazing because there will always be something for everyone. The staff here was extremely nice, attentive, and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Yelp
The sashimi and sushi we got were all fresh. We got the sashimi deluxe, red sox roll, toro sashimi, yellowtail and scallion maki, and Alaska maki. All were tasty, fresh and reasonable size/portions. Nice presentation too! There are plenty of large tvs to watch sports games too! The menu is all digital. Wish it was a little easier to use and see the whole menus vs having to click through each category.

Yelp
I came back with a group of friends for my birthday weekend and it did not disappoint! We were seated near the bar and was served by Truman. He was very attentive and helped us order. The drinks came out quickly with our water and the food came out together about 15 min after ordering. The drinks were amazing. My friend got the Zombie and I got the seasonal watermelon drink, both of which were really good. There also are really good mocktail options for people who don't drink. My friend really liked the seasonal mellow melon. I always get their spicy brussel sprouts because they never disappoint but this time we also got the yaki udon, curry mussels, maine uni spoons, and the temaki omakase. Everything was really fresh and tasted amazing. We had a really good time as always! I love that everytime we stop by, the service and food are consistently on par. Definitely would recommend!

Julianne Y.

Yelp
Stumbled on this place while driving by. I ordered a pork ramen for lunch and it was delicious and generously portioned. There were at lease 3-4 pieces of lightly seared pork, a half egg, corn, spinach, fish cake, and it's if bamboo (which I love). The service was very nice as well. My only complaint is that I wish the server told me that choosing the spicy option costs $1 more when she asked me spicy or not. That being said, I would come back again to try their sushi.
google avatar

Dorit S.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite places to get sushi. I love the location, and vibe of the restaurant. The service is usually really good and the wait staff is great at giving suggestions. I am minusing a star because sometimes the quality of the dishes is inconsistent. The first time we went we ordered the ginger lobster and it was phenomenal! I ordered the next time and the portion was much smaller and not as good. Regardless I do recommend this location and if you are a sushi fan you wont be disappointed!
google avatar

Betsy M.

Yelp
ambiance is amazing the hospitality from the servers is amazing from the moment you come in!! IM UPSET NO HOT AND SOUR SOUP ANYMORE!!! BRING IT BACKKKKKKK!!! asap please it's the best!!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Came here on a weeknight and it was surprisingly slow which is unfortunate because the food and service were both amazing! It's cute inside and they have cool murals on the walls. The sushi is a must- the paradise maki was incredible, and the spider roll also hit the spot. The beef teriyaki was so tender, and the lobster rangoons were a great starter. We obviously had to finish with fried ice cream and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend this spot!
google avatar

Yelp
Good food isn't cheap and cheap food isn't good. This place has the best service of any restaurant that I've been to. The music is bumping and there's a unique feeling you get when you can just relax and eat without being asked constantly how the food is. It's great, no need to ask

Al P.

Yelp
Who gives out a menu to customers with all of the prices for items blacked out with marker and tells the customer they have to look online with their phone to get accurate pricing????
google avatar

Yelp
I was attending a conference at Boston, and stayed at Station Landing area. After finishing work, I did not have time to explore outside for dinner, and found this place couple blocks away from the hotel. I wasn't too hungry so order a few small bite dishes. The restaurant was quite busy on a Tuesday evening. Overall the service was good, and food was delicious. Although I did not order sushi, I could see they have good quality sushi by the taste of the salmon in the roll. The shrimp tempura and fish bites were crunchy but not oily.
google avatar

Sharon L.

Yelp
Was really excited for this place since there's not too many Japanese restaurants in the area and got to try it a few weeks ago. We got the pork ramen, the crazy maki and the pad Thai. The ramen was very mediocre, the egg was hard boiled, the pork was nicely cooked but the overall seaweed flavor was overwhelming and made the dish seem too fishy. The pad Thai took the longest to come but was not great, we actually had to just take the dish off and the waiter was nice enough to not charge us for it. The noodles were very undercooked and was hard to chew. The sushi was the best dish out of the 3 it had a nice balance of refreshing ingredients but nothing too special. The prices are pretty pricey for what it is so be prepared for that if you visit.

Yelp
My friend and I came on a Wednesday night for dinner. I tried their Red Sox Maki through a Yelp elite event and was obsessed, so I was dying to introduce her to it! There were very few customers when we arrived. We ordered the Red Sox Maki, Celtics maki, and beef yaki soba to share. The Red Sox Maki, once again, reigned as the star of the meal - we both agreed that it was our favorite! I'm literally craving it again as I write this! The Celtics Maki was also very good! I'm obsessed with tobiko, so I was literally scooping up tiny clumps of eggs off the dish after we had finished both rolls! We were still a bit hungry, so we ordered the beef yaki soba which came with a bowl of miso soup and a salad. The yaki soba was very delicious and filling! Overall, we had a great experience! We'll definitely be back for more of the Red Sox Maki!!

Yelp
Are you looking for your next sushi outing with friends? Do you frequent the Medford area? Head on over to YōKi Japanese Restaurant & Bar at 62 Station Landing, Medford, MA(right outside the Wellington Orange Line T station!) For appetizers we had the lobster rangoon, fried shumai, and yaki ika. Fried shumai is ground shrimp dumplings and the yaki ita is fresh grilled squidIf you are looking to try other dishes besides sushi these are excellent options. For cocktails and drinks we had the Joto Junmai Nigori sake. A great choice if you are in the mood for a dry sake. We also had the Lavender Lady, Yoki-Rita, and Sapporo silver. This spot is perfect if you are looking for a variety of drink options. For sushi we had the Red Sox maki, Bruins maki, Hawaii maki, Rock and Roll maki, Spicy Scallion maki, Sake sashimi, Maguro sashimi and California sunrise roll!! SO MUCH SUSHI!!! And such great quality my personal favorite is the Hawaii Maki-who knew pineapple sauce does so well on a sushi roll! For dessert we had tempura ice cream with green tea flavor and the bomba ice cream. Amazing choices that will satisfy your sweet taste buds at the end of the evening! Highly recommend stopping by this sushi spot! Its one of my personal favorites in the area Food: 8/10 Affordability: 6/10 Ambiance: 7/10

Yelp
Amazing service , great selection of drinks, and excellent food. We ordered Celtics and bruins maki! Delicious. Mixed drinks were soooo good and made to perfection. I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
I love yoki, this is our go to place for sushi. Their food and service are both always great. The music and environment is always on point. We have pretty much ordered everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. I love their oysters, their boat, their chicken teriyaki, their Hawaii maki, their spicy salmon rolls, their ramen, their fried rice, YOU NAME IT. They have deals that make it even more worth to come back. This will forever be one of our favorite go to spots !

Brianna S.

Yelp
Been coming here since they first opened and always have an amazing experience always. I love the staff and the owners/managers are amazing. Super accommodating and remember us as the usuals! Jess is a great server and had a well experience with other servers, Lina always checks in! I highly recommend coming here for a good ambiance, date night. P.S. IM sad no hot and sour soup! MY FAVE THING ON THE MENU!!!!! BRING IT BACK!!!!!!!! :)

Yelp
Yoki, where culinary prowess meets a symphony of flavors! The ambiance is so chic, it's like dining in a tastefully decorated cloud. The food is a gastronomic masterpiece - each bite is like a high-five to your taste buds. Service? Swift, yet not intrusive, like a ninja waiter with impeccable timing. Yelp
It's so unfortunate that every time I go in and sit at the bar, it takes forever to be acknowledged. When I go in and sit at the bar I'm usually alone, it takes 30 seconds to say hello and I'll be right with you. I can't even get a hello,. And while the bartenders are taking shots!! Lol, crazy... I've walked out twice. Tonight was my last time SMH

Yelp
Service | Low key | Yakatori Service - I came in for a quick snack to get my night going. I sat at the bar and watched the second half of a football game. Overall, the service was good. I didn't have to ask for a refill of my water and bartender was very attentive. Low key - The overall vibe is low key. It's a great spot for conversation with friends or a first date. It is well spaced out, so you won't hear a lot of noise from others. Yakatori - I had brown rice and Yakatori for a quick snack. The Yakatori was Really really good. Would definitely recommend it. It is grilled and extremely soft. The meat falls off of the sticks. Pro tip - not a lot of parking directly in front of the restaurant. Therefore, give yourself some extra time for parking. Pro tip - there are a lot of shops around the restaurant. So plan on walking around a bit before or after your meal.

Yelp
Although Yoki is known for their sushi (and it was very good), I thought their non-seafood items were more unique and would love to come back here just for those. The spare ribs appetizer was marinated in a teriyaki-American BBQ sauce and was so tender. The yaki udon reminded me of the beef chow fun at my favorite Chinese restaurant in Boston, and using thick udon noodles was a great texture twist on traditional yakisoba. None of the maki we tried highlighted the quality of raw fish, but overall they were delicious. The rolls weren't redundant in their ingredients or sauces, were solid on the filling:rice ratio, and well-portioned. When we come back, our ideal value order would be a special roll, the yaki udon, and the spare ribs!

Yelp
Just received a take out order from here and I'm shocked. I got 3 lobster Rangoons DRENCHED in oil. And they gave a sauce that it looked like someone already used it and there was barley anything in it. I'm very disappointed as we paid a lot of money in total for all the sushi and I can't believe someone actually packaged this up and allowed someone to pay for it. I hope management will improve since their prices have sky rotted since COVID. I'm very disappointed and shocked that this was sent out to a customer The employees at the front desk are very nice and friendly I got a couple different raw sushi (Alaskan and another ) seemed fresh and rice was cooked nicely. I suggest only raw maki pieces here.

Yelp
This place was pretty busy when we walked in on a Sunday night. The place had a bar and there was plenty of seating. The service was okay. The lady gave us water and then forgot about us for 20 minutes until I flagged her down. The sushi was amazing. The spicy tuna and salmon was just like any other place. The Celtics maki was like an explosion of flavors. It was so good. The Hawaii maki was a little different. It had a tangy then sweet and a little salty taste. It was very good. I would stop by here for sushi again

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised. I dunno why I expected less for some reason. But I was definitely happy leaving. Service was great. Helpful. Gave great suggestions, made the experience good to great. Ambiance was nice. Artwork was beautiful, restaurant set up was beautiful. Yaki udon was the real winner. Tasty, sweet, savory, smokiness, lovely. Portions are huge. Spider roll? Huge portions! Not dried out like some places. Spicy edamame was delicious. Usually I like dry rub spicy edamame, but this was also surprisingly delicious. Rolls were good. Fish quality was great, had real flavor to the fish. I will definitely come again. I even downloaded their app!

Yelp
We came on a Friday night and we're seated immediately despite it seeming busy. The atmosphere is very hip and modern. For an appetizer we ordered the lobster Rangoon, which I enjoyed because it had large pieces of lobster stuffed inside. However, the dipping sauce was right under the rangoons, and the Rangoons left a layer of oil over the sauce, making it difficult to enjoy. I would highly reccomend getting the Red Sox maxi. The eel topping could melt in your mouth

Yelp
This is such a hard review to start. I think most of you want to hear how amazing the food is, which it is. However, the people and heart of this place is what brings me back everytime. Lee is the manager of this location and I've been so impressed with the bar she sets for her the quality of food and service her customers receive. I've been to Yoki over a dozen times and each time I think it's gotten better, that's not an exaggeration. If you want great service, great food, a great environment, and to feel valued you are in the right place. I tip my cap to the staff. Thank you.
