Following to my last visit in Q3 for autumn menu, I visit again to taste the new winter menu.
New table and new chairs are helpful for me to focus on the cuisine more comfortably.
For creativity, each menu is changed by every 3 months with seasonal ingredients.
Some signature menu like smoked Oyster or Beef rib remain same.
Unfortunately, smoked tartare with dried laver can not be experienced again on Winter menu.
But, the new dish, a smoked Octopus is an extraordinary taste. The Octopus is from famous Tongyoung Sea, so it is fresh and chewy.
The restaurant provides serious of signature barbecue dishes (Iberico Bacon, Beef Rib, Pork belly steamed bun) and this new menu is helpful in-between.
It should have been much better if Sherbet could be offered in the menu configuration because the serious of meat could make feel greasy.
If I should be very prudent again in selecting words for expression, the dishes are "divine" with "full of flavor".
And the story telling for each dishes by the famous Chef YW Yoo is another charm of this restaurant.
I look forward to the next seasonal menu already.

Like my first impression with Born & Bred in Majang-dong, I am surprised at first by the shabby location in Namyong Arcade, but then, surprised once again with the pride and taste by the restaurant and his owner Chef, Mr. Young Wook Yoo.
The restaurant is in the building (Aarcade) with 100-year history (constructed in year 1922) and the dining space is not luxurious at all.
There is neither valet parking nor self-parking lots.
The tables do not have much Knee space, so it may be uncomfortable for dining, but-
However, all tables are fully booked by end this year in deed.
For each lunch and dinner, it can afford 8, 6, 4 guests in each 3 rooms.
For creativity, each menu is changed by every 3 months with seasonal ingredients.
