Yummy Yorba, YASSS!
SITREP
State HWY 49 which runs through Amador County has a very pleasant stop in the hamlet of Sutter Creek. Because within this delightful burg is a plethora of wine bars!
In the aggregate, this coalition of the willing wineries, makes "The Epic Wine Crawl of HWY 49." And literally at the far end of this main drag through town resides Yorba Wines ("Yorba").

[And, unfortunately, I can't say their name without the movie track from Zorba the Greek scrolling through my head. I KNOW, I KNOW, it has nothing to do with Zorba, but the similar alliteration. There you go.]
THE SETUP
Yorba has a full array of vintages, from reds to whites, to dessert wines, and they are all good.

* But the ROSADO was their standout offering for me (since I'm not a full-on red kind of guy such as a Cabernet Savignon which is not my preference), - it is so refreshing;

* And yet as far as reds go, definitely try their BARBERA. For me, much more aromatic, with light notes, and delicious taste.
