Great bodega. Everything you need on the late night. My go-to is the Santa Cruz panini (comes with a drink!) great smoothies too, never been disappointed with anything. 🥪 🥤 The workers are all super nice as well. Next time you’re in the area check it out!

Sandwiches and wraps are great. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I’ve made several trips here and like to order in advance, the food is always on time.

The staff were very nice, and the store was very clean, but I ordered a bacon egg on a roll, I wouldn't give the bacon to the dog.

My go to place to get anything to eat, when I have guests, the menus are on hand, such a great selection and something for everyone. It's really great, and super reliable and fast.

I love treating myself to their breakfast wraps and smoothies after a long overnight shift. Occasionally I'll get a delicious sandwich for lunch. I'm always happy with the quality of the food served here.

I will never be going back to this store again. I walked into the store all the employees were on their phones or having personal conversation , I walked over to the grill thinking the gentlemen would stop talking to take my order, but no the continue their conversation I walked over to the counter to make my presence known. They continued their conversation another gentlemen walks in ,the man working the gril then stop his conversation to take his order .I made him aware of him mistake. He apologize but continue making the other guys order

A 24 hour spot to get different items. Shakes, grilled chicken or some sweets, this is a staple in the area for a quick lunch/snack. Good service and good tasting food.

I was in the area, checking out my new digs and was famished. I love a good smoothie so I searched Yelp for a good spot in the area. This place was close enough for a short walk. They're basically a really clean deli where you can get bowls, smoothies, juices, sandwiches and snacks. Their menu is pretty basic but I love my classic PB & Banana smoothie which is just about available everywhere. They have an interesting take one my usual and it's called the PB & S. It's peanut butter, bananas and spinach! I wasn't sure how this was going to pan out. They use an almond milk base and I added vegan protein, chia seeds and granola. It came out green, which is to be expected, but it tasted soooo good! I'm definitely adding spinach to my usual, whether I make it at home or order from a bar. Smoothies are a great way to incorporate healthy whole foods into your diet when you don't have the time to either cook or sit down to a meal. I wish they had more options for customization but I'll deal because they're not a full on juice/smoothie bar. The man that took my oder was unsure of the ingredients they even had and I was adding items that I read off their own menu. Luckily someone was near and corrected him so I was able to get all of the additions that I wanted. Considering I'll be working in the area from time to time, I'll definitely be back.

I have always heard terrible things about the bacon from York Grill but it wasn't until today that I experienced it for myself. The bacon is actually inedible. You cannot chew through it. York Grill, do better!

Very delicious wrap nothing wrong about it atleast for me. They were generous enough to give me chips and a pickle! The packaging was neat and the service was friendly. The place is clean and full of healthy selections of snacks and shakes.

Could not eat the bacon. Completely rubber my dog wouldn't eat it. Should really change since been other complaints.

Good greasy spoon. Deli counter staff is helpful and accommodating. Cold beverages are actually chilled. Order was ready on time. We will return.

I work in the area and this is my go to spot for a quick breakfast to go. I love the veggie omelets they make. Service is fairly quick. They also have a variety of protein snacks which I enjoy trying. They make great smoothies as well.

York Grill & Juice Bar is another place on a side street that sometimes gets overlooked. We don't pay as much attention to businesses that are not on the main Avenues. I'm going to keep my eyes open more after this. York Grill is another cute, clean breakfast or lunch spot. I was there early and there was already a customer before me. The two employees were ready to serve although not as peppy as I am in the early morning. It was stick to business type service. I'm sure they had more food preparation for their day. Prices are all over the place depending on what you order. Most items run around $8.00. Muffins and some pastries are very reasonably priced. They're open 24 hours unless that's changed. I'd be a regular if I didn't live so far away. I'm recommending you have a big appetite before you go. I vote for the Paninis as they are good with fresh ingredients.

The service was very bad. I went to buy a Caesar salad on a Saturday , the employee was very rude. When he started making my salad I saw him putting very little romaine. I asked is that all you're going to put? He said yes we measure it. I usually buy the salad close to my building but unfortunately they don't make salads on weekends. The salad they give me is always full. Now please see by yourself the photo of my Caesar salad! A joke! No comment to add the photo speaks for itself!! Don't go there! Any other Deli would give you a full box! Shame on them!!!

Omg. This place is unbeleivably yuck. They don't wash their hands to handle food. The store casH clerk is the same person who makes the juices and he touched the garbage can then grabbed my fruit to blend it as a pressed juice. I swear I was in shock They need to come supervise this guy. Literally . Had to tell him. Absolutely not will i buy that juice. Please make a other 1 again and I'm watching you!!! Its FIDGUSTING. Juicy, flavorful, cheesy sandwich. The Vera Cruz Panini was a pre made sandwich that they heated up, cut in half, and packaged it right up. I took it to Central Park and it was still nicely warm, with insane cheesy melt that made the sandwich juicy. It has a nice slight spice of flavor, and overall a very balanced sando.

Great smoothies, prompt and courteous service with a smile. Clean and convenient to the surrounding hospitals in the area.

I usually frequent this place almost weekly. Today their coffee was contaminated with dishwashing liquid. I wasn't going to bring it back but I figured maybe I could save someone else from drinking contaminated coffee. She hands me another cup which the dishwashing liquid smell is even stronger because it was hotter. I told her that this is also contaminated and she should pour out all the coffee and re-rinse but she declined. I took a sealed coffee and was made to pay the difference. Glad that they're cleaning everything but I shouldn't have to taste it.

Whenever you need a quick bite during anytime of the day. Combination of a deli and convenience store. Prices are reasonable and they also offer hospital discount.

My friend recommended their Vera cruz panini, which honestly was not my first choice on their menu but seeing how popular it is I decided to give it a try. It was so good! The ingredients are simple and seem like something you can easily make at home but after more than a year of eating boring homemade sandwiches for lunch at work, I've come to the conclusion that it takes expertise in making a tasty sandwich. The vera cruz comes with chicken, peppers, onions, cheese, avocado, and chipotle mayo and it's a magical combination. The sandwich also comes with a pickle, a bag of chips, and a can of soda. Not bad for ~$10. Will definitely be back to try their other paninis and smoothies.

Worth a quick stop if u need a bite to eat! Eggplant panini is definitely a good sandwich and warm and tasty. Recommend!

I think this is one of the best delis near the area with the greatest bang for your bucks and guess what?! It's opened 24/7!! Their wraps, quesadillas, and açaí bowls are absolutely delicious and I love that some of their wraps come with chips and soda/water. Definitely delicious and pricing is reasonable as well.

This place is surprisingly great. The food was so good. I got a tuna melt panini and burger deluxe for my husband. The panini was so good! The bread was crunchy and the tuna tomatoes and lettuce was so tasty. The burger was great and the French fries are so yummy. The prices are fair and the discount was a nice addition to an already great experience.

The most clutch late night deli on the upper east side. Conveniently located near 3 major hospitals, this 24/7 deli delivers well, and at all hours. A staple for night owls of the UES.

Ordered pick up couple days ago. My order was ready when I came to pick up, staffs were nice. Phili Cheese steak was good , juicy not dry. Greek salad kind of small for $8.95 but vegetable was fresh. Overalls is ok for deli places nothings special.

Got the Vera Cruz panini that comes with free chips and drink ($9.65) and the peanut butter bliss acai ($9.58). The panini is pre-made so they just had to heat it up. Super filling, fresh and tasty. Acai was also great. The base is also pre-made so it took less than a minute to get my acai.

Love their Choco-nana smoothie (Pro-tip: add cinnamon) and haven't had a sandwich I haven't liked. Also major points for being open 24/7, being a night shift nurse it's always so hard to find places that are open overnight and this place always hits the spot. So happy we have it close to the hospital! :)

This is a gem of a place. It is a mix of a convenience store (you will find any snack your heart desires) and a lunch place with fresh, healthy options. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. You can get a lunch - power bowl, sandwich, panini, salad - made right in front you for cheaper than most other places around. Lunch options are fresh and have good portion sizes and tend to last 2 meals for me. I particularly enjoy the Lemon Grilled Chicken Sandwich.

Staff at register are rude,and they always find a way to over charge you ..I was charged 9dallors and 15 cent for a bagel with bacon and cheese and a small bag of chips...NOT THE FIRST SECOND OR THIRD TIME

Food is OK but the customer service has gone from bad to worse. I went there last night for a burger on my break (which was obvious as I was in a hospital uniform) and had to stand there waiting to pay for and get my food while the guy was making smoothies, his back to the customers...I'm watching my food get cold and my break time tick away. I was there over 20 minutes just waiting and, when the guy behind at the cashier started serving a guy who ORDERED AFTER ME and began making him yet another smoothie, I had enough of this BS and just left to grab a quick bite elsewhere. Luckily, I was so totally ignored that I hadn't paid for the food. I'm sure that he still hasn't noticed and it's still sitting there behind the counter. Dude, here's a hint: When the food is ready, you call that person next and stop making time-consuming smoothies. On a brighter note, the man who made my burger was super-nice. Oh, and the tip cup (to reward a long wait and horrible service) is a nice touch.

This is my go-to delivery place if I'm staying at the hospital across the street. They are open 24/7 which is so great. I always order a smoothie or acai bowl, and love their piña colada smoothie. Taking just one star off because sometimes they don't have all the ingredients for the acai bowl, but I haven't run into issues with other things from their menu.

I love the juice and smoothies and York Grill! This is a great local find that has reasonable prices for really quality fresh juice and smoothies. I haven't tried their food yet but friends have highly recommended their wraps and sandwhiches also.

Hands-down the best grill/juice bar/deli in the neighborhood. The quality is unmatched, which is all the more impressive when you consider the variety of the menu. It's no surprise that they've been so successful in such a short period of time. The owner, Amine, is almost always there ensuring the operation runs smoothly and deliciously, and is a great friend to everyone who walks through the door. Since it's opened, we go there multiple times a week and sometimes multiple times in a day. While the menu is strong through and through, my personal favorites are: Hash Brown Burrito, Greek Omelette, Vera Cruz panini, Chicken Pesto Panini, Eggplant Parm panini, Tuna Twist wrap and the Cajun Chicken Quesadilla. Last, very important note: the bagels are NOT generic deli bagels. They are full, proper, NY bagels.

York Grill and Juice Bar is a gem surrounded by all the hospitals on the UPPER East Side and open 24 hours. It is one of the cleanest delis in Manhattan that I have seen. The prices are amazing for the quality of the food. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and I love their smoothies are tasty. My favorite smoothies are the Chocolate Nana and the Almond lover. The salads are always fresh and their sandwiches and paninis are always great.

So glad to have this business in the neighborhood . Reasonably priced but absolutely delicious food. The variety that they offer combined with the fresh smoothies- win win. Not to mention the owner is really kind

I love this place! I order from it all the time. Their sandwiches and wraps are amazing, you even get a free soda and bag of chips with your purchase! Smoothies are awesome as well. Reasonably priced too and fast delivery! So happy this place opened up so close to us!
