My fourth visit to this quite hidden gem of awesome ramen restaurants. I decided to try their ramen burger. The entire thing was too thick to take a bite, so, I just took off one of the "buns," and ate it like an open-faced sandwich. The patty was so juicy and fresh. Their seasoned fries were so flavorful and had great texture.

When I heard that the owner of Veggie Heaven had opened a ramen restaurant, I had to check it out! And it did not disappoint. The food, atmosphere, and waitstaff all work in harmony to make Yoshi Ramen such an enjoyable experience. I ordered the Miso Rocks, which was a bit unusual for me--I'd never had ramen with pork butt in it before, but it was delicious! The meat was tender and flavorful, and the broth was rich but warming and comforting. I must also praise the bok choy, which was wonderfully marinated in the broth and cooked to perfection. My friend ordered one of the vegan options, and lovers of Veggie Heaven, rejoice! The protein in that ramen was similar to what they use for Protein 2000. We're big fans. It's also reasonably priced, so that gives this place a leg up on the competition. Another plus is the atmosphere. The restaurant is roomy and yet cozy, and I love the decor! Overall, we'll definitely be coming back. Just one note: it is a little hard to find Yoshi. They're on the bottom floor of an apartment complex/business park just off a traffic circle. Thank you for your lovely ramen, Yoshi Ramen!

I got the basic tonkatsu ramen no chasu ( I find it usually way too fatty and never eat it. ) I would have liked the broth to have a stronger flavor, but this is probably the closest to a Japanese ramen I've had here in ATX. ( Yes I've had Tatsuya, their izakaya is better than their ramen tbh but its way overpriced. ) Service was ok, there was an obnoxious customer talking the ear off my server and it seemed he had a bit of trouble getting away from him, but not his fault.

Great place, we didn’t attend at one of the peak hours so we were able to enjoy some calm. Food tasted great, they have both the traditional dishes as well as some not so ordinary new tastes. They do carry some Japanese beers on tap. Parking can be hard to find, also its located on the first floor of what looks like an office building complex.

It was my first time out eating Ramen. Our waitress was incredibly informative and polite and also let us know about other things going on around the city as we are new in town. Definitely will be returning. Amazing food and service with a cozy atmosphere.

Fantastic vegan ramen! Ended up getting the Kotteri Veggie Delight and it was superb. Healthy portion, broth was amazing, and spice was spot on.

Huge fan of Veggie Heaven from their UT years and Yoshi Ramen didn't disappoint either. Both the bao bun and ramen were delicious!

Spicy Sichuan Burger was excellent! Service was a little slow, our server was swamped with too many tables but it was a busy Friday night.
