I recently bought a full racing Yoshimura system with a carbon fiber slip-on (used) on eBay. It needed refurbishment and some extensive repair. After doing some research, I noticed that Yoshimura R&D provides lifetime warranty service for any refurbishment and repairs on their products. I emailed and called and spoke with their techie, Jubay. Boy, did they not disappoint! He helped me in a way and also ensured that my product would come back brand new. Even after the fact that the product I have is discontinued.. Especially for a 2005 ZX6R 636. I sent it back, they got it fixed up and even updated it, because some of the parts needed to be upgraded since it was discontinued product so now it’s literally a brand new muffler for my exhaust system, which is pretty awesome. Their process of getting it sent back was very simple and offered to even cut the cost in parts once they provided an outstanding product with new hardware included. They're really understanding and helpful. Definitely a recommendation all the way. Thank you, Jubay and Yoshimura!"
