We went to Yoshi on Friday evening around 7 PM, and there wasn’t a wait, which was a pleasant surprise. Every staff member was professional and knowledgeable about the menu — their service was attentive and made the experience really smooth. We ordered the pork cutlet curry rice, a bottle of beer, and a sushi roll. The sushi had cheese in it, which gave it a very unique and memorable flavor! We also ordered one of our usual go-to dishes — we get it every time — but this time it tasted a bit salty for my preference. Overall, a great experience with excellent service and some standout flavors. We’ll definitely be back!

Google
Exceptional food and service. Truly authentic Japanese flavors and preparations in all the dishes we tried. One of the best sushi spots I’ve been to. Standout dishes were the Octopus Salad, Plain Sunomono, Asparagus Goma-Ae, Ebi Shumai, Grilled Yellowtail Collar, Caterpillar Roll and Cherry Blossom Roll.

Yoshi's is the prime authentic Japanese fine dining experience in the greater Columbus area. The expansive menu offers just about every form of Japanese cuisine. I highly recommend the okinomiyaki, as many others have, but the Curry Udon, Oyako Don, and Chicken Katsu Curry do not disappoint! I come here about once a month or two and I've never left dissatisfied.

Google
This is the best spot for authentic sushi and If you're a fan of Japanese cuisine, you absolutely have to check out this gem in the city! Their weekly specials, proudly displayed on the whiteboard, are worth a look and often feature innovative dishes. It's the perfect spot to kick back with some drinks and enjoy a delightful array of shareable plates with your friends. I've been a loyal patron for the past three years, and I can confidently say that the food quality is consistently outstanding. This place has quickly become one of my all-time favorite restaurants in the city—don't miss out!

Google
Went here for the first time recently due to recommendations. Loved the atmosphere - very cozy and reminiscent of another Japanese restaurant that used to be in Dublin. We ordered the sushi platter for two. The quality was overall great. A couple of sashimi pieces were a bit icy in the center, likely was not completely thawed. The service was great and our waitress was sweet and attentive. Would def come back!

Google
This was hands down my favorite experience of any sushi restaurant I’ve been to in Columbus. My boyfriend and I went in and the atmosphere and staff were both very nice. We sat at the sushi bar which was cool because you get to see everyone working so hard, it feels very lively. The prices are good too, there were many options ranging from affordable to more expensive dishes, with a huge variety of selection. We ordered the chef special and some individual salmon roe and scallop pieces. When I say eating this was an experience like no other I mean it. I’ve had so much sushi in my life but this was another level, every piece was to be savored and each one had me floored. I had to stop chewing at one point to really take in how good it was. Granted this was the most I think my boyfriend and I have ever spent on sushi but I will never forget it, I absolutely loved every bit of it. Also, there’s plenty of other options if you’re not looking to spend as much as we did. I’m looking forward to going again and exploring a lot more of the menu, it’s absolutely worth coming here.

Google
1st time there….Food, price, atmosphere all incredible!! All staff so friendly! The food was cooked to perfection! We got chicken and pork both with incredibly crispy crust while the meat was cut with a fork tender! Oh yeah…and the curry sauce was amazing!! Everything was! Highly recommend!!

Google
Fanatic sushi and small plate selections. They offer a mix of American and Japanese sushi. Everything from the Agadashi sushi, yakatori, Uni, and the chefs Nigiri special was all fenominal.

Yelp
2nd time here and wow at everything I've had. Got the Toro Special tonight, 1 fish 3 cuts. Just amazingly fresh. The perfect hidden Gem, that isn't so hidden. It gets busy so make a reservation. Service is always top tier like the quality of their food, the cleanliness, all of it. Superb by far!!!

Yelp
Went to Yoshis for a belated Mother's Day dinner. We we graciously seated immediately. We decided on our sushi choices and those were quickly brought out and were quite delicious. My daughter and I shared 2 different veggie rolls and husband ordered the nigiri salmon, eel, and tomago (egg). We also all shared an order of veggie tempura, which was good but a bit skimpy. It contained only one sample of about 6 vegetables and a tofu square. Many tempura baskets we've ordered from other restaurants have usually contained 2-3 samples of different vegetables (though usually not the tofu square) but Yoshis only charges $7 so that's probably the reason. Next time we'll order a double basket! Our miso soups and green salad were fine. My daughter and I ordered the curry rice, her's with the chicken cutlet. I was a little disappointed that mine didn't contain any vegetables. I'm used to Japanese curry containing at minimum cubes of potato and carrot, maybe some onion. But this was curry sauce only, with white rice. For $17. A lot of money for 1/2 cup of sauce and 1/2 cup of white rice. But my daughter enjoyed her chicken cutlet and that was only $3 more ($20 total). My husband had the ginger pork dinner, which was thin slices of pork, with onions, potatoes, carrots, slivered cabbage, & rice. While tasty, he did mention that the pork was quite fatty. The service was impeccable and friendly and the atmosphere is always pleasant.

Yelp
This was a planned B reservation on a Saturday since Akai Hana was quite full. First impression, of course you look at the menu.. pricey! Well, Really pricey compared to other places. However, the sashimi's were very fresh and were enjoyable. The sushi chef came to our table and told us the fishes were directly imported from Japan. Paired our sushi's with a bottle of sauvignon. Most of the chefs are Japanese, thats when you know the sashimis will be good quality. Their hamachi kama was really good. Grilled and flaky. They also offer omakase for $160/person. Our dinner came to a whopping close to $500. My tummy better be happy

Yelp
Stop playing with me!!! Yoshi's hit the spot from beginning to end! The sushi was DELICIOUS and super fresh! And the Curry Udon was AMAZING! The service was great, multiple servers will check on you throughout your meal. The restaurant was crowded but the noise level wasn't too bad. If you want the feel of a private dinner ask to sit in the room with "Tiger Woods", they will know what you're talking about. Would I visit again? YES

Yelp
I love this place! I feels much more authentic that some of the "fancier" sushi places around, and the food reflects this too. My wife and I popped in for dinner on a Friday evening, ended up sitting at the sushi bar. Yoshi's os not a big place, and it was packed with other happy people, so we were just happy to get a seat. We enjoyed watching the chefs do their thing, and were impressed by their skill. The food was fantastic. We started with gyoza, and it's right up there with our other favorites in the area. We then each had two rolls. I finally had a spicy tuna roll that was actually spicy. It was simple and fantastic! Out other more involved roll were also good to look at and great to eat. Very fresh an flavorful...and just a little different. You will love this place as much as I do. A solid 5!

Yelp
Absolutely love this restaurant! My family and I used to go to Ba Sho for authentic Japanese food but they unfortunately closed during lockdown in 2020. I found this place through Reddit and it was exactly what I was looking for and didn't disappoint! I even got my family to come and everyone loved it. You can order traditional small plates or larger appetizers, whatever you are in the mood for. Staff are very friendly and the place is clean and inviting. I recommend the korroke, the tempura, and the yellowtail nigiri.

Yelp
All the food tasted wonderful! I am only taking away a star because I've had similar tasting food for a cheaper price, but the fish is very fresh and they don't overcompensate with rice. I love the unique specialty rolls--it's both aesthetically pleasing and a delicious combination of flavors. I don't recommend the skewers as they were dry and not flavorful, but any of their rolls would be good. The service is great. I recommend making a reservation as there is limited seating.

Jeff M.

Yelp
Fantastic restaurant! It's a bit pricey, but it's pricey for a reason. We've gone there multiple times and even ordered food to be delivered to our house from Yoshi's on Grub Hub. Every time the food is prepared extremely well. You can tell the chefs take pride in what they do because of the attention to detail in how they make and present the food. The service is also excellent. We'll definitely keep going back.

L B.

Yelp
Great Sushi! Service was great, too. We also tried Azuki bean dessert which was really tasty!

Yelp
I would say the best sushi in Central Ohio hands down. Heading out tonight again to validate my statement.

Susanna Z.

Yelp
Good food, ok service. Ok ambiance. There are other sushi places with better options.

Yelp
Looks like this is one of those hidden gems that sells traditional Japanese food! When I walked in to pick up my food, I noticed they had a lot of signed pictures from famous, mostly Asian, athletes. Love it! I ordered deep fried squid and stir fry pork with garlic chives. As a note, some items aren't available for takeout. There were some items on their website I wanted to order but didn't find them on the online ordering. Really good food! Great flavors. Nothing was heavy or greasy. I want to dine in next time and try some other things that I've never had before. I'll also add that the staff is personable. I was a bit late to grab my order and they called to make sure I hadn't forgotten about it. LOL

Yelp
The best Japanese cuisine in town. Very authentic, great service, and a fair price for such quality. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Went here for the first time with friends last time and everything was amazing! The staff were so attentive and kind and the atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. We ordered several different dishes to share and everything was so delicious. If you are looking for a great dining experience and delicious high quality food- come here!

Kirsten H.

Yelp
Amazing sushi, probably the best I've had in the Columbus area. I highly suggest trying this place at least once, you won't regret it. Staff was very nice and the restaurant itself felt very quiet and interesting. The menu had a ton of interesting options and the prices were reasonable. I loved it and will be back soon!

Yelp
Great place with an authentic Japanese feel. Would definitely recommend the nigiri. Service was great as well.
google avatar

Natalie N.

Yelp
Omg finally! Legit sushi. Hellooooo!! I came in 25 minutes before closing, feeling super guilty. But they were so gracious and sweet, and told me to take my time. The nigiri was top notch! Definitely order the specials; they are the best! The least good thing on the plate was something NOT on the special - the salmon. But honestly I'm just splitting hairs here. Be ready to drop serious money, but you get what you pay for. Still dreaming of the Hokkaido uni... I could have a whole bowl of that. Thank you, Yoshi, for hitting my sushi craving. Coming from California, I was reluctant and skeptical. But you delivered!!!
google avatar

Yelp
I've been to Yoshi's a couple of time and I've always appreciated the authentic Japanese feel to the restaurant. They respect privacy so you don't really see other diners when you are in there unless you sit at or by the sushi bar area. It is smaller, but you're able to make a reservation online which I would recommend for a weekend. The sushi prices are a little higher than usual, but it is pretty quality. They have a very diverse menu with a lot of authentic Japanese dishes. Love the pickled dishes! Would recommend. They have your normal rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and specialty rolls. If you are not a sushi fan you can order their dinner entrees. I've gotten their udon before and it's yums! I also recommend the mushroom soup. They make their sushi rolls by order so sometimes you may wait a little bit. Will continue to come here.

Yelp
I can't believe I just found out about this place. They offer a variety of authentic Japanese dishes on the menu, so it took me a while to figure out what to order for the first time. And obviously I ordered a lot to try! I even didn't try their sushi this time, but the hot dishes were delicious! I wish the yakitori had more seasoning. I am definitely going back to try some other dishes~ Additionally, highly recommend to call ahead and make reservations in advance. They can get quite busy during the rush hours.

Yelp
No better Japanese restaurant in Columbus period. My God! Dishes I rarely ever find, new ones I'd never tried, and fresh fresh fresh! I mean, they have a marker board with locations and fish farms they buy from directly in Japan, and what has arrived at the time from each. Don't skip at least one or two of these dishes! Oh you'll pay, but you won't be disappointed. The ama ebi I had sent me straight to heaven. I had to order it again. Only great effort in self-control stopped me from ordering a third serving. You just can't find it this good. And you get the bonus delicious shimp heads deep fried, as l love. Like shrimpy pop corn. Another from that board at the time, was sea bream sashimi. Did I say something about self-control? Fuggedaboudit! I'm writing this a few weeks later, so I don't remember everything I ate and destroyed my bank account with, but nothing was less than excellent. Maguro, hamachi, the sashimi staples, all fantastic. They made up ika natto for me when asked. And the O-toro was the real deal. Texture, baby! Like but-tah! They have a great, easy to use sake menu as well and tried some I'd never had, sipping from a masu. Great. And sooooo good with the shiokara. If you haven't had that, don't be scared by the description. It's a wonderful salty, umami flavor explosion in your damn mouth! If you're going to get some good, cold sake, get this and maybe some edamami if nothing else, ok? You're welcome. Tasted a friend's fried dishes too - great. This place is not only for raw fish. Next time I'll get some ayu (sweet fish) if it's the right time. Other reviewers were correct about the service. The place quickly became packed and you need to be patient to flag down one of the insanely busy service staff if you need anything after first ordering. But who cares? It just gives you more time to enjoy the lingering taste of that last bite you had while you sit there beaming and smilng in the warm after glow! A little over-the top, rhapsodic here? Maybe. But accurate, dammit! Those sushi chefs had an eagle eye out all the time as well. Attentive. Really skilled, experienced professionals. So thank you, wonderful, wonderful Japanese peoples!! I will be back. When I recover.....God help me.....

Yelp
Wife and I tried Yoshi's. We were hoping it was not just another "Americanized" restaurant, and boy we weren't disappointed. The atmosphere was great, the food was awesome and so nicely presented. This is a great place to have a night out with someone special. So brush-up on your Japanese etiquette and chopstick skills, dress up, be respectful, and enjoy a wonderful experience. Bonus tip: They do seem to comply with "Japanese rules" for restaurants where they won't constantly bother you during dinner. So if you need some more water or something, just raise your hand and someone will come.
google avatar

Autumn D.

Yelp
The best Japanese restaurant in the town. Seriously! Everything is perfect ! I stopped counting how many times my family come here.

Nancy G.

Yelp
The sushi and Japanese food is FABULOUS....the first thing we do when we get back to Columbus is go to Yoshi's..food great...servers friendly and professional...you will be delighted!!!!

Yelp
Wow! This is some good sushi! I'm frankly surprised that I'm giving it 5 stars given that soon after we arrived, I was more than a little ticked off. Firstly, we were waiting near the hostess area and there was no acknowledgement for nearly 10 minutes. Then we were simply taken to the bar type seating in front of the sushi chefs without asking us whether we would prefer tables. So, let's just say things didn't start out too well and I was quite irritable by this time. However, soon it was clear that this lack of courtesy was not due to rudeness but simply a combination of cluelessness and a very busy restaurant. Once we sat down the sushi chef greeted us warmly and the server was polite and friendly. The cold sake I ordered was superb! The menu had a wide variety of options including various Japanese dinner dishes and a sushi/sashimi standard menu. They also have a separate menu for sushi that was flown in from a Tokyo market, which is a bit on the pricey side, but quite worth sampling. We had three different types of nigiri from the Tokyo market and got the large sushi and sashimi platter (see picture) from the standard menu. All of it was delicious, and the salmon and yellowtail were especially fantastic! I guess if you are okay with a bit of stumbling when you arrive, this place is definitely worth checking out.
google avatar

J. K. H.

Yelp
Will be back for sure. Probably very soon. The staff was nice and the food was great. The menu has items you don't typically find in Ohio. I had called before going to see if the bar area was open for walk-ins and when I arrived she had already set me a place. Relaxing, not at all loud--the service was quick and yet I didn't feel rushed.
google avatar

Jason R.

Yelp
Food is good. portions are on the smaller side for like area restaurants. Seafood was fresh. Atmosphere was dull. prices were higher than local areas.
google avatar

James I.

Yelp
Yoshi has been my go to place for sushi and more for a few years now. I love the staff from the servers to the chefs. They're all very friendly and welcoming to all of their guests. I love the sushi and everything else on the menu. They also have a special menu with a nice selection of fresh fish from Japan and around the world. If you're looking for a good Japanese dinner, this is the place!
google avatar

Marina C.

Yelp
Was very interesting and very expressive experience. Some good and very unusual things to try but sushi wise absolutely not worth it
google avatar

Andrew G.

Yelp
This is the first sushi place I ever went after moving to Ohio nearly ten years ago. It is worth every penny and I have never been disappointed by the quality of the food. the staff is great, and the ambiance is on point.

Illa A.

Yelp
The white people come for the sushi, the Japanese come for everything else. One of the few places in Columbus with real, legitimate Japanese cuisine and service: It is perfect for anyone nostalgic for Japan. The place is extremely popular with the J-staff from Honda and their families, so if you also work at Honda, be prepared to see about 3 people you know from work out with their spouse and kids. The service style is very Japanese, so expect to be left alone and for them to take their time and assume you want to linger for most of the evening and order lots of little tiny things, spread out over time. If you need attention or to add more to your order, just catch the staff's attention with eye contact and a bit of a wave. Though all staff are Japanese and speak it, I have never had an issue ordering in English. Chopstick skills are highly recommended. Do not get ramen here, I will slap you. Go to a specialized ramen shop for that. I highly recommend the donburi and the many appetizers. Reservations are recommended.
google avatar

Maria C.

Yelp
Yoshi's Japanese restaurant is a hidden gem. Authentic Japanese restaurant. The food is amazing and so is the service. I go every time that I am in Columbus. I highly recommend this place as it makes you feel like if you were in Japan

Yelp
Yoshi's is always delicious. The staff is so gracious! The tempura dinner is wonderful! Good variety of Japanese food too. Will be back!!

Yelp
Great! We liked the katsu curry and the people were really kind and friendly. We'll be back :)
google avatar

Yelp
If you are looking for an authentic Japanese restaurant, come here. Although I'm not Japanese, a mutual friend introduced this place to me and their special rolls is da best. I recommend ordering (my favorites): 1. Snow on the mountain: torched Scallop, avocado, cream cheese, eel sauce, spicy mayo 2. My Lover: Shrimp Tempura, Avocado, softshell crab, spicy mayo, eel sauce 3. Salmon Kushi: grilled salmon and skewers Interesting to try: 1. Ochazuke: Japanese tea over bowl of rice
google avatar

Tyler J.

Yelp
Yoshi's is the go-to for top Japanese in CBus. It's had to wrong with any dish and the range of options is quite expansive. From utterly simple dishes like raw tuna belly to comforting curry, the breadth is impressive.
google avatar

Dailin L.

Yelp
I don't understand what the f is going on. I used to be a fan of this place but we have a group of people waiting by the door. Me and my friend seen one couple left because they have been waiting for more than half an hour but no one in the restaurant asked us about that. That's so enough. There's no apology for that. I'm definitely not tipping them for this time. P.S. the sushi bar was empty with most of the spots and we saw 2 tables left and there was still no one serving us. I'm so pisses off
google avatar

Suhan K.

Yelp
Tucked away in Dublin, I'd say one of the better sushi restaurants in Columbus. The rating and review may be deceiving, don't get me wrong, the sushi and service here are good but it's more the price points and menu selection that I think could really help this business be boomin for me. They do seem to have a lot of pro golfers stop by, and they have authentic Japanese entrees which is new and different which is fun and tasty. Plenty of parking and friendly staff, just was turned off a bit by the pricing of the sushi. Especially with covid all staff does wear masks and open for dine in. Plenty clean and one time I was here 30 mins past closing without any feeling of being kicked out so phenomenal in customer service, probably be more like 3.5 stars for me. Check them out!
google avatar

Minna C.

Yelp
This is my favorite place but can get very pricey. The quality of the sushi and sashimi is high and so is every other dish. I come here for a filling dinner (entrees, udon, curry) or sometimes just to have some drinks and small dishes or just to enjoY great quality sashimi! Im surprised I haven't left a review yet! Recommend this place to all my friends who love japanese food and so far ive liked everything ive had here. If you go to a place for the quantity over quality.. dont go here. I go here for the quality!
google avatar

Heidi E.

Yelp
This place is a little hidden gem in the same plaza that bonefish grill and the Fedex shop is located. Food is amazing and sushi is TOP NOTCH!!!! Guaranteed anything you try from sushi, sake, appetizers or entree will be amazing. You'll leave with more than food but a happy blessing to the belly
google avatar

Yelp
Great service, great food as always. Hidden gem in Columbus. Pro tip: call to reserve ur table before going; get the tuna mango salad. Both life changing

Yelp
It was a lovely Friday evening and the lot was starting to fill up. We entered Yoshi's and am already excited. I've been wanting to try Yoshi's, mainly due to their Izakaya style food. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and unmistakably Japanese. The slats between the tables makes it more private without being isolated. We started with a nice chilled bottle of Soaring Clouds, a Junmai Daiginjo with a couple of sushi roll, a Victoria Garden and Dublin rolls. Next I went for the agedashi tofu, moro-q and karage. Then we end with okonomiyaki and a couple of grilled chicken gizzard. I reallllly wanted to go with chicken katsu curry, gyutan, negimaki and yakitori sampler and end the night with an ochazuke... butttttttt we really couldn't eat anything anymore after okonomiyaki..... Let's talk about how they taste shall we! The victoria garden roll was good, with great salmon and tuna plus shrimp tempura filling. Not too complicated with all those extra ell sauce or more mayo stuff, just the right amount. I like the Dublin roll with a nice yellow tail on top. Agedashi tofu is good, nice soft tofu with lovely ponzu sauce. And then there's the moro q... omg so simple yet so good! The miso dipping was soooooo good, and paired perfectly with the cucumber. Sweet and salty at the same time and with that cruncy cucumber.... I could have done with 2 servings of these myself. The karage was nice, crispy and marinated nicely. Okonomiyaki was good.... but I could have done without it and should have gone with the rest of what I was originally going to get. It's a bit too heavy. And the chicken gizzard was just okay. All in all, it was a good night and the service was top notch. Will we go back? Absolutely. In fact he's already saying this is better than Akai Hana.. so there you go, seems like we will be going to Dublin more often then Henderson now...

Yelp
Went to Yoshi's yesterday for a coworkers dinner. I have to say it's one of the most authentic Japanese places I have been to since my last visit to Japan. The food was very fresh and the service of the waitress was excellent. I highly recommend and will defiantly will be back!

Zaishun J.

Yelp
The best sushi place in Columbus. Clean, warm and sweet inside. Toro and uni were very fresh. Victoria's garden and caterpillar roll were fantastic. Nabeyaki udon was very authentic! And also, the service was great! We will definitely be back!!

Yelp
I tried Yoshi's a few days ago and really had a pleasant experience. For a Wednesday night, they were barely busy. My husband and I got seated right away. Right away we get the menu to browse. Then quickly after that the waitress brings out warm towels to clean and wipe our hands. We order a 6 piece sushi meal. My husband gets a noodle entree and I got the chicken teriyaki meal. For the price is it definitely worth it. The sushi tasted very fresh and was brought out almost seconds after ordering it. As well as the miso soup. It had a much better favor than other Japanese restaurant's miso soup. I am so happy I got the chicken teriyaki meal as it was super filing and very tasty. I enjoyed every bite of the chicken. My husband said the soup as very filing as well. Next time I will order his soup and he'll try more sushi options as it was the best sushi we've ever experienced. Definitely watch what time you come as they open from 5 till 10 PM. Not opened Sunday's. You can make a reservation but stopping in also works to get the table. I would definitely check this out if you want fresh and quality made sushi in Columbus.

Yelp
My friend took me here! Love it, will come back often. Everything I had here is good and I feel like back to Japan where I visited years ago.

Yelp
Authentic Japanese "izekaya" (pub) comfort food mixed with fantastic sushi. I lived in Nagano Prefecture in Japan for nearly 4 years, and I've been back several times and have eaten all types of food all over Japan. Yoshi's is the real deal. The dishes such as ramen and tonkatsu, the udon, or the salted fatty salmon, are as good as anything you might find in an izekaya (pub) in Japan. In fact, many (most?) of the Japanese golfers come here regularly during the Memorial Tournament. On top of that, they have fantastic sushi. The sushi chef is a perfectionist and crafts traditional Japanese sushi along with creative Americanized sushi. And the fish is incredibly fresh--I happen to know that the chef/owner was not satisfied with the quality of fish he could get from other sources locally, so he now has some of it flown in from Japan (from Tsukiji Market, where they have the bluefin tuna auctions). This is seriously not only some of the best sushi you'll find in the Columbus area, but possibly in the Midwest or even the US. It's as good as much of the sushi I've had in Japan. The servers are extremely friendly and nice, and they do everything in their power to keep customers happy. Everything is prepared fresh, and there may be cases where things take longer or even slip through the cracks in the kitchen. But that is highly unusual. One thing to keep in mind: In Japan, servers generally leave you alone during the meal, and you have to call out "sumimasen" (Excuse me) to get their attention. The servers at Yoshi's have to balance perhaps giving less attention to their Japanese customers, who aren't used to servers fluttering around the table, and the American customers, who expect it. If you can't get someone's attention, you might try raising your hand and politely saying "Excuse me." They really want to help. Everything about this place is authentic, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Harvey G.

Yelp
If you know and enjoy traditional Japanese cuisine this place was like walking into a restaurant in Tokyo or Hawaii. Authentic, extensive menu. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Dinner at Yoshi, the best sushi and service. Try the cold Sake w salt on the side served in a Bambu box. Or buy a bottle of high end sake, tbey will put your name on it and save it for you for your next visit.

Yelp
Yoshi, enough said. Me and my bf are regulars of this place and Yoshi is one of our favorite sushi places. This restaurant serves consistently good Japanese food. Their menu had a wide variety of options including various Japanese dinner dishes and a sushi/sashimi standard menu. Feels more authentic Japanese food than other places. They also have seasonal or daily specials directly from Tokyo, which can be a bit on the pricey side, but quite worth sampling. You may feel it's little bit pricy than other places so i just took one star off. Me and my bf used to try beef negimaki for appetizer pairing with hot sake or beer, sashimi omakase, sushi&roll combo, tempura udon, yakitori and etc. Pretty sure, never disappointed your trials. Just bring your empty tummy and enjoy the meal, it'll knock your socks off.
