I visited Yoshitaka in Osaka and had the degustation menu of various oden, along with sashimi and other dishes — all of it was excellent. The oden broth was rich and comforting, and each ingredient had its own delicate flavor, beautifully paired with sake. I was lucky to be the only guest that evening, which made the experience even more special. The restaurant seats around 10 people and, if I am not mistaken, is located on the second floor.
Yoshitaka focuses on oden and is Michelin-recommended, making it a must-visit for anyone wanting a true taste of this traditional Japanese dish. A small, hidden gem for authentic Japanese cuisine in Osaka.
