After being hungry from exploring Kurama dera, we headed to Yoshuji to have lunch. The exterior and interior of the place gave warm and homey vibes, which is something I'm looking forward to when visiting unfamiliar places.
We ordered the "KuramaYama" course, which is their most popular dish. I love everything about the meal, especially the Buckwheat noodle with grated yam and their service tea. Please do take note that it doesn't contain meat or fish products since this is a Buddhist vegetarian meal.
What I like about this place besides their signature dishes are their hospitable and friendly staffs. Eating unfamiliar foods in unfamiliar places, with warm-hearted and accommodating staffs will urge people to come back again to their store.
I recommend having lunch here when visiting Kurama dera, they have other dishes to offer that might also interest you guys.
