From the moment I arrived, the team were warm, welcoming and effortlessly professional — the kind of hospitality that truly makes one feel at home. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed, perfectly capturing the energy of downtown Miami while still offering comfort and calm. My room was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail felt considered — something I always notice and appreciate. What truly stood out, however, was the kindness and flexibility of the staff. After checkout, they graciously stored my luggage for the day while I explored the city. It may seem a small gesture, but it makes an enormous difference to a guest’s experience — and it was handled with such ease and charm. Hospitality is about how you make people feel, and the team at YVE Hotel absolutely understand that. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami. We stayed there for Valentines day. It was very unique, and the rooms were super nice. The self check-in was seamless. I didn't like our floor and wanted something higher, so Miss Uva at the front desk took care of that for me immediately. She was very professional. Our bartender was lovely, and the gym is top tier. Pool closes at 9pm on weekends so that was a treat for us. I will be going there again.

It looks like a cool hotel -- BUT if you're staying for work or actually want a good night sleep - I wouldn't stay here. Honestly, I didn't use the pool or gym or rooftop so that may be a great experience, but the lighting situation in the room and the horrible mattress (why would I want to sleep on a bumpy couch?!) made me not want to go back. The lighting has some kind of automatic sensor -sounds cool - but what they don't tell you is it doesn't go off for 25 minutes so here I am trying to get some sleep before a busy work day and I'm wide awake playing phone tag with the front desk (don't use the texting system... it just gives you generic playful and not-helpful responses) to try to turn the damn bathroom lights off! Note: Your bathroom is a part of the actual room -- meaning, it has doors, but no ceiling so when you take a shower, the entire room gets musty. The bed is made to look like a couch and it was extremely uncomfortable and there was some weird object wedged between the sheets and my mattress... I tried ignoring it, but to no avail. The neighborhood isn't great and they have these flashing lights going off and on -- I was told later by my uber driver that it's meant to keep the druggies from putting needles in their arm. Awesome. And the noise from the doors slamming was horrible! My colleagues had same experience.

I love the Yotel hotel chain. The room was clean and had everything one might need for a short stay. The location is unbeatable. We only had an issue with the freezing cold air conditioning that could not be turned off, but we got prompt help from the hotel staff.

My boyfriend & I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past weekend for Valentine’s Day and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Jennifer and Dwaine at check in were great! Our room was very spacious and we loved the fact that this hotel was very technologically advanced. My favorite amenity was definitely the gym! Top notch equipment! My only suggestions to the hotel would be to throw out/replace any linen that has run its course, give a bit more attention to the cleanliness & restocking of the gym towels (a lot of people use your gym throughout the morning/afternoon), and maybe provide some sort of guide on how to operate the lights in the room.

Stayed at the hotel for one night as part of my cruce trip. Room was excellent. It is very modern and I could find the lights :). It has the basic amenities, but I loved the shower gel. Breakfast was nice. Def recommend.

We arrived and first red flag was no handicap button or easy entrance for me with a sprained ankle and us toting our disabled child and luggage. 2nd false advertisement about complimentary transportation that later was addressed by YOTEL: You are absolutely right to expect clear and accurate information. Unfortunately, complimentary transportation is no longer offered through YOTEL Miami, and any reference suggesting otherwise is outdated. 3rd - coffee machine in room with NO coffee provided DESPITE a resort fee. Even 2 star hotels provide in-room caffeination. Also addressed by YOTEL: Regarding the facility (resort) fee, the inclusions are outlined on our website prior to booking so guests can review them in advance. Wait so the site is out of date but then take it literally?! The room itself is SMALL. Two gorgeous TVs but like right next to each other. NOT for families as toilet is self enclosed in small space and so is shower. Where are people supposed to change clothes?! I must say the bed was ridiculously comfortable so I guess for a solo trip, I’d recommend?

I had a quick over night stay before a cruise. Very close to cruise port. If you want to walk, depending on cruise line anywhere between one to one and half miles. Rooms are small but clean. Staff is very helpful.

Good location, near to the bayside marketplace and downtown Miami. No breakfast but we're given a voucher each for the free welcome drinks. Lighting is very confusing, we need to unplugged some lights during our sleep time. No wall between bathroom, toilet with bedroom, water leaking out from shower. Auto check out failed and staffs were not helpful.

I booked a day use stay at YOTEL Miami after getting off Royal Caribbean's Wonder of the Seas ... my flight wasn't until later in the afternoon and this spot was exactly what I needed. The whole place feels swanky ... modern ... clean ... and super secure. You need your room key to activate the elevator and it only takes you to your floor ... no pressing buttons ... which I actually loved after a full week around thousands of people on a ship. The location is amazing ... right next to the tram ... and surrounded by great food. We ate at Ceviche 105 and it was delicious ... definitely recommend. There's also a little Cuban corner spot that makes a real Cuban cafecito ... strong and perfect ... plus locals pop in and out to grab goods throughout the day. I can't remember the name but it's right on the corner near the hotel. Overall ... it was the perfect place to relax before my flight. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to my clients and would stay here again without hesitation. Perfect for cruisers ... day use stays ... or anyone wanting a cool and convenient Miami base.

Went to a soca party on the rooftop bar a few weeks ago and was a bit underwhelmed. Thank views to boast about whatsoever. There is a pool open with hotel guests milling about. Very Limited seating on the perimeter. Bar was average Price for Miami ($15-20) for cocktails but they literally charged me $45for a red bull +vodka! Bathrooms were clean at least.

Modern but not the comfortable. No chairs in room, bathroom is not convenient, lights up the whole room.

Stayed here for three nights. This hotel is in downtown and very close to public transportation. It has residences as well. My check in past midnight was a breeze. The person who checked me in did not go through the amenities and general info with me. The parking space for the hotel is the College Station Garage on the 3rd Street. There are limited spots here. It's $25 per day and you could go in and out as many times you need. The other option is a different garage where it is $15 every time you enter/park evem if it's the same day. The room was immaculate. The shower in my room did have 2 shampoos initially without bath gel. It took 2 face-to-face encounters at the front desk and 1 call in a span of 3 hours to have it replaced. There's Vela restaurant at the lobby. It has a fitness center that has a lot of equipment. It has a nice pool as well with cabanas and chairs around. There's water refill and ice machines in the hotel. Overall the experience was good considering the amenities and the price. Would stay here again.

Had a beautiful walk around this hotel. Haven't stayed here yet, but the bar is awesome and the service is great. Can't wait to come back here again. Also love the fact that the roof top bar is open to the public and not private.

Outside of them not being good phone answers (only answering the phone once after the three times I called...due to my flight being delayed so I wanted to make sure I could check in when I arrived. Other than this...my stay here was fab! Don't be alarmed upon your Saturday night drop off to Yotel Miami I was at 1st cause of the loud music from clubs that must of been near by. However, once inside the hotel & your room you won't hear a thing. At least I did not as my room was not facing the street. Easy & quick check in until 11:30pm. Very trendy & clean rooms. I love that my bed & decor was my favorite color purple. They have really cute lights in the room & a phone charger of the night stand. Bed & pillows super comfy, shower big enough for 2-3 & shower & towelette are separated by glass so 2 handle do what they do and not be held up by the other.

Ok, but know what you're getting before booking. This hotel isn't ideal for families or business travelers. It's a bargain for the area price-wise, but rooms are small and there are no extras like complimentary bottled water. My 7th-floor room had an awesome view--of a brick wall. On the positive side, the Skybar and pool were nice, and the gym was decent for a hotel. Location is good. Parking is very expensive at $67.50 per day. Avoid valet unless you enjoy the typical valet experience--there are multiple public garages nearby that are much cheaper. The valet company knows this and requires you to pay upfront for your entire stay. Overall, no plans to stay here again.

I was actually quite surprised at how how much I like this hotel. Upon entering the hotel, it's very posh and modern. They even have kiosks to check in and out of. They also have a bar and restaurant on the first floor. There is a pool and gym in the hotel. The room itself is pretty spacious and the bathroom offers two shower options. They have urban jungle soaps which are nice. The beds are very comfy. They provide beach towels and a kitchen full of dishes so you can cook. The refrigerator is a nice size. There is also a washer and dryer. We got decent rates from Hotwire. You can walk to the Miami Heat arena and also to the pier. If you feel up to it, you could also walk to the Loan depot baseball park. Parking however is an issue. There is a brown building a block away that has $15 overnight fee. Do not park in the parking lot across the hotel. They charge $7/30 mins!! Hotel staff were nice but not ever helpful with city info. There is a train that passes next to the hotel and we wanted to know if it went to the ballpark and they did not know. Overall it was a great stay.

I travel A LOT for work and usually don't need much ... just clean bed, quiet room and place to work. While I understand, they are trying to have a cool looking environment... The lighting situation in the room was unacceptable! Apparently, the bathroom light, (which, by the way, the shower and the toilet are part of the same bedroom meaning when you take a hot shower, the entire room gets muggy... ) is on motion sensor so at the end of the night... After working a long day and it was 1:30 and I wanted to go to sleep. I couldn't get all the lights off in the room because the bathroom light stayed on. When I tried texting the app, they suggest, it just told me about the cool lights and not how to address the situation. When I called the helpline, they said they would send a maintenance person up... 10 minutes went by and the front desk called me asked if I still needed maintenance and while I was on the phone with them. The lights mysteriously went off. I thought to myself, forget it. I'll just try to go to sleep while the lights are off. I made a move to plug in my phone and low and behold the bathroom lights went back on! I would understand if they stayed on for just a couple of minutes but they stay on for 25 minutes every time you hit the light sensor! Unacceptable! Then there was noise in the hallway and a woman was bringing in some horrible smelling food in the middle of the night and talking loudly with her male Guest and turns out they had the room right next to me... Eventually, the lights went out finally in my room, even though a maintenance person never came, and in the middle of the night well early morning at this point, I had to use the restroom, but was afraid to move because I knew the lights were turned back on, so I just went ahead to risk that UTI and stayed in bed, not moving. Further, it was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in and it's essentially a couch bed... Plus, there was something in the bottom of the sheets in between the sheet and the mattress that felt like a button or something that kept moving every time I move my foot, so I just kind of kicked it to the edge of the corner and stayed away from it as much as I could. Overall, a horrible experience!

My mom and I stayed here the night before we boarded our cruise. The only thing that made us scratch our heads was that they don't offer face towels. Blew our minds. Other than that? This hotel is comfortable and only a mile walking distance to the ocean. An entire vibe. I would stay again.

Worst hotel I've ever been to bed covered and piss employees. Don't have a single brain cell smells like pee blood on beds cum on walls the nastiest place I've ever been to been bitten by bugs out in a rash managers. Keep hanging up on the phone won't talk to me. Won't get anything figured out. I will never recommend this company to anybody. It's nasty If I could give it zero star or negative I definitely would

Why can't we give less than 1 star? This hotel has horrible customer service.  When you check in, you don't get the room for which you pre-paid.   This happened to several people today, and probably quite often.  I witnessed several couples, including us, forced to accept a TINY room with two twin beds. The room doesn't even have a chair or bench to sit down and has a window facing only a wall of the building next door. There is no box of tissues (aka kleenex). There is only one wash cloth for a room with two people (two twin beds).  One of the side table lamps does not work. The beds are on wheels that cannot be locked, so the bed rolls away when you try to sit down to put on your shoes.  The lighting system is  ridiculously complicated.  The bathroom sink has a pump bottle of shampoo instead of soap.  Do you wash your hands with shampoo? We  reserved a VIP room to get a nice weekend before a cruise.  The room described above is NOT a VIP room.  This has totally screwed up the beginning of this vacation. Oh.  One more thing.  It was only about 9:30 pm, and there is no manager on duty.  When I called at 8:30 am the next morning, still no manager.  I think this is a 3rd class hotel.

The hotel was so beautiful. It's in a really nice location. It's pretty easy to get to anywhere in the city. The staff was so nice during my stay and the happy hour is one of the best. However I was staying with a couple of friends and the bathroom setup was a little too intimate for my liking. The bathroom door was also broke so that made it a little awkward. I did mention it to the desk agent and they said they would get it fixed but no one came. Other there than that the stay was lovely. I would come back but only with my man or something. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! I checked out at 10:30am and went on a 7 day cruise. After I returned from the cruise Yotel had charged me $85.00 for a late check out. Their check out is at 11am. I called several times and received no help - no call backs or anything. I disputed the charge with my credit card and they changed the receipt and sent it in and said I had a late check out at 2:00 pm. I was nowhere on site at that time. I was in the Uber at 10:35 am headed to the terminal. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! The room was already not worth the money I spent and they tack on an extra $85.00 when I was not in the room past check out time. Absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER stay at another one of these hotels. What a rip off. They know good and well I was not in that room at 2:00 pm. The rooms are very very small. The bathroom and shower are placed in the room like just a glass door separation. The sink is just there in the room (not the bathroom) taking up the limited space the room has. The bed is basically a futon and was not comfortable. Definitely not worth the money. You are basically paying for location.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Very friendly people was the only upside. This place is dirty and is not clean we went upstairs for 5 minutes and had to leave. The stench is repulsive and the bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Reeks of mold. Pay the extra $ and make sure it's a 5 star the area alone was horrendous! Be careful 0 STARS.

This was my first time staying here! The rooms nice, abiance top tier i love how only the key cards can we divorce! And there Pool Bartender Gino amazing sooooo sweet and hilarious. And babyyyyy The skin poppin, they will definitely see me again

Horrible place! Supposed to be a "smart" hotel but stay AWAY. The elevators are trying to be high-tech and it is difficult to get from to your room. The elevators have NO floor buttons. So if the wrong elevator opens up and you get to the wrong floor... you have to go back down to the lobby and start over. The lighting in the rooms are "smart" too and they are CRAZY!!! You have to work off a panel by the door and it's not user friendly. I'm tech savvy so this is a valid criticism. The bathrooms do not have real doors so if you are sharing the room with a friend or even your significant other... you will be almost doing your business in the same room. I NEVER give a bad review. I'm too busy. So this is to help others. Don't stay at Yotel Miami. It's CLEAN... That I will give it. The food at the restaurant was decent.

The girl with the glasses was rude to my guests her name is Karoline. Didn't let them go upstairs even after they provided accurate answers and even called us upstairs this was yesterday. Today 9/15/2024 I came again I came kindly and asked her to open the elevator so I can go upstairs to see my friend she was being rude & didn't want to do her job. It gets worst until I get upset she comes and opens the elevator I told her why must I get upset for you to do your job as I'm walking in the elevator she tells me to shut the fuck up. Please upgrade your employees as I was going upstairs another employee came and I asked him if there's a manager I can speak to or anything. I'm so upset at the moment I came to have a good time with my friend it's so unfortunate that this is how we're treated.

I give this hotel 2 stars because the front desk and bar staff are friendly and helpful. As far as the Yotel Pad 2 bedroom goes...disappointed is an understatement. The room is not cleaned well, it is full of IKEA-esque furnishings, the carpets and floors are filthy, the white walls are stained and scratched everywhere you look, there is no microwave (as advertised), the oven smells like something crawled in and died, there are strange odors everywhere, and the hallway carpet on the 25th floor looks like it has never been shampooed...and it desperately needs to be. Additionally, there are no live people answering the guest services line, only an automated response that hangs up when you request a representative. The elevators are also a little more complicated than necessary. Long story shorter, if you have a hotel budget of $800 for 2 nights, your money will be better spent anywhere else.

Rooms are decent and the location is convenient but.... getting an invoice for my pre-payment has been what seems to be an impossible request. Accounting doesn't answer their phone even after 50 rings. Hotel operator is quite pleasant but after 2 calls and 2 promises of an email on its way I still have nothing.

No coffee machine in the room, no ability to get coffee delivered to the room. What is wrong with this place? Extremely dissatisfied.

STAY AWAY! Surprise fees on arrival. Dirty room. No chair. No drawers. A rod - not a closet AND THEN: I left my room for Art Basel at 9:30 am - and returned at 11:00 PM to find my door BLOCKED OPEN...I called security...it took 30 minutes to come. I registered a complaint with TRIP.com...and with the hotel. I cut my pre-paid stay short one day (imagine finding a last minute replacement the day the art fair opened!! ) and YOTEL refused a refund, even tho they rented the room to someone else......and no compensation for a sleepless night ,the fear in mycheart, and an early departure. ONLY ONE person on staff was less than rude and explained: "We are paid SH.. wages so no one gives a F... about the guests. ABSOLUTELY ACCURATE.

they lied from the start. i called them, said they had parking for us to leave vehicle for $13/day, had a shuttle to cruise port. both lies. no such thing on their behalf. them paid $350 for a room that had 1 bed and a couch. i said i needed a place for 4 of us. they said we could sleep on couch. really!! then their "rain" shower is fine if you room with your significant others but not plain friends that dont care to be naked with each other. never ever use again on our miami cruise trips despite location. rather deal with those that tell the truth.

They canceled our reservation day of and did not call or notify us until we got there. We went inside to try and sort things out and the manager had no compassion for our situation and did not offer any help. He said they also canceled multiple reservations the same morning. Be careful staying here.

We arrived two hours before check in due to our flight. The lady at the front desk was rude when I asked her if there was an early check in fee so we could check in early. She said no your room won't be ready until 3. Since we couldn't check in we went to eat at the restaurant on site. The waitress was slow, not welcoming and took forever to get our order. While we are waiting for our food, my boyfriend goes back up the front and talk with someone else who told him that we could check in at 2. Quite a difference between the lady and the guy. Next- you pay extra to get queen beds. We got a room with twin beds. This place is just not worth the money and could've been spent on a nicer hotel.

We spent a delightful week at Yotel Miami this month. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dawn at the lobby bar served delicious drinks with a smile and Antonio was a fun bartender at the pool bar. The hotel is in a great location and near the free elevated train to get around. We would definitely return.
