I recently visited the shop today, to collect an order, and my experience was extremely frustrating due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of a lady working there. I provided my order number, but the employee handed my order to someone else, then blamed me for not "reading the order number correctly"—even though she was the one who packed and mishandled it.
When I tried to explain the situation, she called me an "idiot" and told me to “shut up" when I stood and spoke explaining it was her fault. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. A simple mistake could have been resolved with an apology, but instead, I was insulted and dismissed.
I expect better customer service, especially when collecting an order. The lack of accountability and basic respect from this employee has left me disappointed. I hope management addresses this issue, as a delivery rider i shouldn’t be treated this way
If i could give less then one star, i would have given it, i wish to be reached by the line manager operational manager so that i fan file a complaint against this employee
