When one travels to Maine; one must eat lobster. Definitely something to experience glad we did..Good conversation, welcoming atmosphere...know that it takes time to cook lobster so bring some food and conversation to enjoy your meal! Great place to people watch and enjoy a sunset.

I stopped here on a road trip randomly after seeing a sign. The ordering process was a bit confusing, I had a bit of a wait, and I was rewarded with… the best lobster roll I have ever eaten. Super delicious, super fresh, lots of lobster. If you are looking for a fresh lobster roll, stop here! It’s amazing! Worth a wait.

Uniquely Maine experience. Never have I seen sooo many lobsters at one time. Good food, friendly staff great views. Grilled haddock sandwiches for the win.

We came here on recommendation of the tourist visitor center as came across from New Hampshire. It was worth the drive for us to have a authentic lobster roll and my husband had the sampler which had a lobster tail split in half, steamed shrimp, crab dip, dill pickle slices and a bag of chips.

So very disappointed. The lobster stew was awful AND ridiculously expensive. It had absolutely no flavor or seasonings. None. I don’t know if they even added salt and pepper. It did however have a lot of lobster in it. I ate the lobster and threw out the heavy cream or whatever they were passing off as the stew. It was like they poured heavy cream over a bowl of lobster and added some sort of red film. (Sherry? Some sort of tomato sauce? Idk it had no flavor) No veggies, nothing else In it. It looked so good too. It was $48 for a bowl of this garbage. I can’t even tell you how disappointed we were. Especially at these prices. Clams were good, corn was good, lobster was ok, prices were high. There are a lot better lobster shacks in Maine. I wouldn’t go back.

Was absolutely great experience! The guy named Rick was so nice and explained everything. They are dog-friendly which allowed us to feel right at home. Definitely visit this place!

We shared a twin dinner. We added an ear of corn and clam chowder for lunch. Delicious!

This place was just fun. The guys taking the orders, cooking the food and generally slinging seafood were a hoot! Yep, they make up outlandish numbers for your order so pay attention - mine was 7000 and my friend was 53. One of the top 2 lobster rolls I had while on a coastal tour of Maine. And we had many lobster rolls... many. So they serve what had to have been a solid pound (and maybe more) of picked lobster on a hamburger bun with Plenty of melted butter, lettuce and pickles. I know that lettuce on a lobster roll is heresy to some, and I would have never thought to order it, but frankly it added a nice cold crunch to the hot, sweet lobster - delicious. Who knew?! The meat was perfectly cooked, lightly salty and well lubed. The view from the pier is hard to beat! Some mention that this is a "tourist trap" - I've traveled a lot and been subjected to what comes to mind when you hear this phrase. I would not describe this place as such. It's a fresh seafood market that sells some of their product cooked for you to dine on the deck or takeaway. No frills. And the guys working seem to enjoy themselves immensely.
