In May last year, I found an egg donor I really liked on their platform. After speaking with a representative named Fan, I signed a contract and paid $19,815 to begin the process. Things seemed fine at first, but the donor soon began showing hesitation and uncertainty. I even prepared a thoughtful gift for her, which I entrusted to Fan, hoping to encourage her. Then, on June 24th—over two months after I started—the donor suddenly informed the agency that she had changed her mind and would not go through with the donation. To make things worse, the agency refused to refund me any of the money I had paid. This entire experience made me question the agency's integrity. It feels like they put attractive donor profiles online to lure hopeful parents into paying, only to later say the donor has backed out. There was no proper screening or confirmation to ensure the donor was truly committed from the start. This has been deeply disappointing, emotionally and financially. I’m sharing this so that others don’t fall into the same situation. Please be very cautious when dealing with Youreggs. I am, unfortunately, a real-life example of what can go wrong.

I am a proud Egg Donor at Gen5 Fertility. My amazing team (Fionna, Fan, Alicia, Bibi, etc) have made my first journey with them, the most memorable and smooth. Everyone is communicative, accommodating, trustworthy, and go above-and-beyond. Dr. Wood is absolutely phenomenal, his bedside manner is graceful and I felt so good putting my trust into his hands. The office itself is located on a beautiful hilltop. There's refreshments and snacks in the waiting room and the front desk ladies are very nice. You can tell it's more of a family in this office, which makes the entire energy a more comfortable and welcoming environment. We moved to San Diego with the goal of finding a clinic to work with to do egg donation IVF and surrogacy. From the onset, YourEggs had one of the best selection of egg donors, and a very easy website to navigate and search. When we finally identified an egg donor, the process of engaging the staff was very easy and efficient. The pricing was very competitive for San Diego and they had many packages and options to choose from (fresh vs frozen, split vs whole, etc.). We ended up choosing fresh egg split donation. We were happy that YourEggs is partnered with Gen5 clinic, as we had a great experience with the staff, lab, clinic, etc. YourEggs coordinators kept us informed of every stage of the egg donor progress, and it was clear that they took extra care to make the donor feel cared for and appreciated in the process.
