I had the lunch dim sum combo. Overall, it felt like a safe, slightly fancy take on dim sum.
In comparison, I could easily find better-tasting dim sum at a regular dim sum restaurant in Vancouver. Most of the items had a similar shrimp-based flavor, which became a bit repetitive. Aside from one or two standout dishes, the rest were quite underwhelming.
That being said, the food itself wasn’t bad—it was just not worth the price. The overwhelming sense of it being way too overpriced never left me throughout the meal. They either need to lower the price or significantly upgrade the variety and quality of the dishes.
I might return to try the truffle Peking duck, but other than that, I have no intention of coming back.
