My husband and I went on our wedding anniversary. The whole experience, from booking to arrival to our couples package, was absolutely amazing. One of our top spa experiences. I would highly recommend it and definitely return if back in the city.

Been a member for a long time and appreciate the hours they are open. I'm able to go to work while still having a service after. Weslie is my absolute favorite and provides the best facial. Anthony at the desk is also so welcoming and always remembers me. I've tried a variety of treatments and been happy with 98% of them. Other 2% just weren't for me and if I have concerns the management team addresses fairly.

Do not come here for hydrotherapy if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place. The staff does not enforce quiet rules and lots of women come here to chat loudly with their friends. I don't understand the lack of common courtesy and lack of enforcing the rules when the words "quiet" are plastered everywhere. The facility was clean but there is only one sauna one hot pool one cold pool and a steam room. I left feeling more stressed than I came.

Had an amazing experience at Yuan Spa! I booked the 1-hour hydrotherapy and 1-hour massage as a birthday gift for my best friend—it was her first spa day ever, and she absolutely loved it. The facilities were clean, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed. A special shoutout to Arceli, my massage therapist—she was incredible! She intuitively found and focused on all my sore spots, and I felt completely refreshed afterward. I’ll definitely request her every time I book in the future. The staff was welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and rejuvenating. Highly recommend for anyone needing self-care or celebrating something special!

I had a delightful experience here! My friends and I wanted to relax and spend time together. The price is affordable, the staff members in the locker rooms are okay, and the front desk was GREAT. The hot tub was amazing.

Really good customer service. Everyone was very helpful. However, the actual facilities are underwhelming. Apparently when I went the boiler was under repair and so there was no hot water. I don't think this would change my opinion of the hydrotherapy very much, however the front desk did give everyone a significant discount as an apology. The sauna was not very hot and seemed to lose heat quickly with people entering and leaving. The cold pool was not very cold. Felt around 80 Fahrenheit. The steam room also did not get very steamy and lost lots of steam quickly with people entering and exiting. While i was there other guests were complaining that there was no eucalyptus smell in the steam room when there supposedly usually is.

Today I had a bad experience at this spa. My sister and I scheduled a spa day together. When we arrived the therapist took my sister right back for her appointment. I waited and then was told that my massage therapist didn’t show up and wasn’t answering her phone. They could possibly give me another service but that therapist had a migraine but was still willing to do it. I declined and said I would wait for my sister to finish and then do my hydrotherapy appointment that we had scheduled for after the massages. The lady who broke the news to me, I believe she was a manager, said she would comp the hydrotherapy for me. I thanked her, spent an hour in the silent room and then met my sister for an hour of hydrotherapy. When I was leaving, I was charged for the hydrotherapy. I reminded her that my therapist didn’t show and she said she would comp it. She then said oh no I meant you could have an extra hour for free. I was disappointed because I was very kind about the whole situation and felt lied to. They should have followed through and given a complimentary hydrotherapy. Anyway, I paid and left. I wanted a relaxing day, not a confrontation. It was a wasted Spring Break day for this teacher!

Had a deep tissue massage with Isaac. My shoulder was stiff from a recent surgery. Just in an hour, he worked the tension out, and I have much more range of motion. Highly, highly recommend. And, the spa is lovely.

Had a massage with Desmond today, as I've been dealing with back pain from a sports injury. Desmond was extremely professional, precise, and had great advice to help me avoid future injury. The massage was great and I left feeling much better than when I came in.

I haven't written a review for a spa in a long time. I got my facial yesterday with CC and she did amazing work! My skin is super picky. I left there with so much knowledge and skin glowing! CC is the best I've seen in a long time! If you are in need of a facial please book with CC she will not disappoint. My business partner goes to her as well and we both love her! Salon is super clean, I love how professional and on time everyone is here. I recommend getting the membership. (20% off on all your products and great deal) I Highly recommend this place! 10/10

My husband surprised me with a 90 minute massage at Yuan Spa in Bellevue, for my birthday. I had always wanted to try this place out and it was even better than I imagined that it would be. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted and if it's your first time there, staff will assist you if you are undecided in what you want. Yuan Spa has fresh refreshments when you enter and lots of little things to look at and you can buy any of it, if you would like to add it to your massage or whatever service that you are getting done at the time. The massage was amazing and I was highly impressed with Yuan Spa. Will definitely be back! I recommend you try them out also!

Yuan keeps me sane in this hectic world. :) After years of enjoying the occasional, blissful escape of an hour-long hydrotherapy circuit, I realized I needed to make it a monthly self-care commitment. The membership gives me a great deal on coming once a month with a good friend, plus alternating between treatments from my two favorite specialists. Desmond is a wizard when it comes to unlocking tension and soothing knots. Admittedly, sometimes the deep-tissue work can be slightly painful--but I ALWAYS benefit for weeks afterwards. So I go back again and again and again for his miraculous help. I've never before had a bodywork provider who could relieve my chronic tailbone pain, plus uncover and alleviate countless other aches. I also appreciate how Desmond explains the muscular and skeletal connections, and advises me on how I can best care for my body between sessions. Taylor is a queen when it comes to treating my skin during her intensive and uber-relaxing facials. She always provides thoughtful recommendations for treatments to help my issues, then goes through each step with soothing movements. It's a major bonus to receive her equally pro massages while masks and serums soak in. I feel really at peace at Yuan because of all the amenities and consistently stellar staff. Thank you, team!!!

I've had nothing but great experiences. I've been coming here like clockwork every month for almost three years with a friend (and have brought friends and family over that time) it has contributed a lot to my health and reduced pain. Front desk are friendly, professional and very helpful! Of the massage therapists I've seen, Desmond most recently really helped me with my hip--I felt so much better after even just one session with him. Really precise work. Evan has been helping me with my neck for a while and Gary has one of the most interesting and effective styles is you like firm pressure. I have nice things to say about basically everyone (Tysley I've only seen once but VERY positive memories of that experience as well). I also got to do two facials here as well, both with Chau and she is a WIZARD. I was worried I'd be all red afterward with my sensitive skin but I looked and felt radiant! Hydrotherapy is always a wonderful time. This spa smells amazing, everything is clean and well maintained. My favorite is the beautiful steam room, eucalyptus steam, nice and dark with glittery lights that look like stars overhead. Its SO relaxing, although the dry heat sauna with a nice cool lemongrass towel on your face is no slouch. This is my go-to spa and I think I'll have very tough time finding somewhere similar in my next home. Super high quality service, absolutely worth the price, top tier relaxation. 5/4 stars!

I received a gift card to this spa for my birthday, and I had the best experience! I went to the spa prior to my facial treatment to experience the hydrotherapy circuit, and it was perfect on a Thursday afternoon--quiet, calm, and smelled sooo good. I did a couple rounds of the hydrotherapy (probably quicker than I was supposed to, but omg cold plunges are COLD!), and then had a great facial (I can't remember my facialist but she was delightful and I was glowing for days afterwards!). The only downside is that they are an electronics-free facility, which I wish I would've known before the day of--fully supportive, but I didn't bring a book and was by myself for the entirety of the hydrotherapy so I didn't have anything to read! Definitely my bad, but just giving you a heads up now to bring your physical book, no e-readers [if they have a camera] or phones!

Best therapeutic massage from Desmond I have ever had (and trust me, I've had a lot). I can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!

I love coming here for hydrotherapy after work to unwind. I seem to always find availability online and the staff is so polite. I'm usually really picky about spas and cleanliness, but this place is spotless, which is surprising considering the number of people that come through the place. I love that people are very respectful of being quiet. An hour is more than enough, two is probably too much for me.

I went here for hydrotherapy and had a great experience! Checkin was quick and easy and I was happy that I was able to use their online booking. Upon arrival, I was given a tour and they had a locker pre stocked with a towel, robe, and shoes for me to wear in the spa room. I came from yoga and my yoga mat fit in the locker. The hydrotherapy area is nice, but I do prefer the one in Kirkland. This one is dark and serene and has two saunas, a cold shower, and two pools. I wish the cold plunge were colder- it was the temp of a swimming pool. They say to keep your voices down in hydrotherapy, but everyone there was with friends and talking at full volume, which wasn't too relaxing but I wasn't bothered enough to complain. I wish they would have offered more towels! My towel was pretty wet after hydrotherapy and I wanted to shower off after, but really could have used a fresh towel. This was odd to me. I would come back to hydrotherapy if I booked a service and got the discounted rate.

The perfect place to go to relax. I highly recommend the Signature Massage with Vinny or Desmond, both are exceptional! Hydrotherapy prior to your massage is a wonderful way to relieve stress and tension through sauna, steam room, cold & hot relaxation pools. Convenient location, friendly staff and comfortable spa amenities.

I haven't done any individual services, but have been a couple of times for hydrotherapy. This place is awesome! I really like the quiet, reflective nature that they promote in the hydro spa. Lots of attention to detail in providing water, lemongrass cold towels for the sauna, and a world salt tray for the steam room. No cold plunge but there is a cold plunge shower! The relaxation room is also great for before/after your time in the spa. The locker rooms are also surprisingly nice for a spa, and i love the eucalyptus spray in the showers. I also really appreciate that they provide robes that fit larger bodies, as that isn't always the case elsewhere. My only real complaint is how tricky parking can be, but if you come 15-20 minutes early you can usually snag a spot in the small garage, or nearby street parking. Will be back many times!

I have a health concern that makes me especially vulnerable to colds and the flu--if I catch something, I get seriously sick. I booked this massage hoping to get some rest and relief, but when I arrived, my therapist sounded like he might be sick. He did explain himself, and I won't go into detail out of respect for his privacy. I want to be clear despite this negative review on the spa: I felt very sorry. If he ever sees this, I hope he knows I truly felt bad for declining the service and how it might make him feel. It wasn't personal--it was for my own peace of mind and health. I have to err of the cautious side for my own wellbeing. What upset me was how the front desk and manager handled the situation. They insisted on charging me under the cancellation policy, even though I showed up and explained my concerns calmly and respectfully. I had taken time off work and driven all the way there--I didn't cancel last minute or fail to show up. I was put in an uncomfortable position and treated like I did something wrong, when in reality I was just looking out for my well-being. This isn't the first time I've declined a massage on-site. At another place years ago, I once found the sheets unclean with blood stain and chose not to proceed even after they promised to make it right. I just felt uncomfortable and wanted to walk away. They understood and let me walk away without charging me. That's how it should be treated. Instead, I was told I wouldn't be welcome back as a client because I refused the charge. If that's what they decide, so be it and I don't want to come back either. But I needed to say something here, because how this was handled was really unfair.

My girlfriends arranged a bachelorette activity at Yuan Spa for me and we had such an amazing time! We had a group reservation for hydrotherapy from 10-11, followed by our own individual massage services. The hydrotherapy pools are spacious, the scent at this spa is AMAZING, and my favorite room was the eucalyptus steam room. After hydrotherapy we got to enjoy the relaxation room before being whisked away by our respective massage therapists. Desmond gave me an amazing Swedish massage and was a very holistic provider, asking me about any injuries or aches, and even giving me tips on opening up and stretching my muscles in the future. It was a lovely morning at Yuan Spa and I will definitely come back if I'm in the area! I'd recommend Desmond to anyone looking for a very precise Swedish massage from a very knowledgeable person!

The water circuit was fabulous. Just incredible. I came in for a girl's night with my mom, sister, and niece. We got set up with lockers, robes, sandals, and towels upon arrival and set up for the water circuit. The circuit goes like this: Hot pool Cold pool Salt scrub Steam room Cold drench shower Sauna Hot pool I was too much of a wimp to fully drench myself with the cold shower, and just sort of half assed in (literally), but I did the rest completely. They were all heavenly and so relaxing. This was especially good for my mom. My dad passed away two months ago and we've all been extremely sad, but no one more tense and stressed than her dealing with widowhood. She's been carrying physical pain and tension and really did say it melted away and felt lifted after the treatments. She's the reason I suggested this in the first place, so I'm so glad it did. Will definitely return. It was a lovely experience. Also, the price was really reasonable - $59 for an hour (which was enough time to do the full hydrotherapy circuit).

The guy called Anthony at the front desk is super bossy and unfriendly. He shows no compassion towards customers. He insisted charging customers unreasonable hours and amount. The SPA website says it operates until 10pm. But Anthony will force you to leave even if you just get to the room and get some tea. If you don't leave, he would charge you two hours for the service there. Anthony is super rude. He has been rude towards me multiple times. Be careful: he had fake smile but that makes him more evil!!! Having to experience such as front desk stuff man multiple times completely ruined my spa experience!!!!!!!!!

There is street parking around this location. It is close if you want to walk from a hotel on Bellevue Way. The check in takes about 5-10 minutes as you will fill out a form on an iPad. The waiting/relaxation area where you meet the person who is providing your services is small and can seat maybe 6 people comfortably. There were lots of people standing around so while the space is nice with the fire, drinks (water and tea) and some snacks if there are lots of people it's not relaxing for everyone. I had a male massage therapist and he was great. He was super thoughtful when it came to adjust the temperature of the bed, the neck cradle and throughout the massage when asking about pressure. The massage was great and I added the cupping option. I was definitely sore when I got up but overall felt much better. The rooms were nice and private. The massages are expensive but very good.

I've been working with Desmond for nearly 3 months and he is amazing. He has been helping me improve tension in my back and shoulders, and every time I come in I can see noticeable progress. My balance is better, I feel looser and am sleeping better. I highly recommend going to see Desmond if you have something specific you want to work on and want a great partner to help you progress.

This has been my absolute go-to relaxation spot for hydrotherapy over the past several months. The staff at reception is always so friendly, the dressing rooms are clean, and the spa itself is wonderfully relaxing. I always have an amazing time releasing my stress here. The check-in process is quick and easy, and they provide robes, towels, and sandals. My only issue, and this isn't the spa's fault, is with other guests ignoring the signs about maintaining quiet and keeping it a relaxation zone. I've frequently encountered couples, groups, and gaggles of girls being loud and boisterous. It's a small room, so it echoes and disrupts the relaxing vibes. Despite the multitude of signs, some people just don't take the hint. Overall, it's a great experience, but it can be hit or miss if you're seeking a peaceful, quiet relaxation time. I only knock down one start so people will read, also take the hint, don't be loud if you go!

High quality services and amazing staff! I came here for a birthday celebration and I did a mani-pedi, hydrotherapy, and a triple infusion facial! The mani-pedi was delightful and professional, though I do wish there were more colors to choose from and I do think the prices are a bit high for the service. The hydrotherapy was great and my skin felt refreshed and rejuvenated! Though I do wish there were hair ties available. I loved the hydration facial - the staff was very knowledgeable and my skin glowed! Overall I love the calming, soothing vibes and will be back!

It was a spectacular evening. I was taking care of a friend post operation and needed an evening where I could relax for a couple hours and get away. I called in the evening of, to see if there was any availability and openings. I needed a body treatment and the body scrub sounded sublime. I don't regret it. Unfortunately I forget the name of my lady who did a phenomenal job, but I assume, every person here is exceptional. Upon walking in, the ambience is welcoming and calming. I was greeted and filled out paperwork. Shortly after, I was taken into the room. I was surprised how big and spacious the spa was. There were a lot of elements to it. Once I got situated, the entire scrub was comfortable and soothing. It felt good. I was escorted afterwards to the waiting area. There I enjoyed tea and light snacks. I went into the steam room and got sauna. Both were incredible. The pool and jacuzzi area looked so nice but I had lotion on, post treatment, and didn't want to rinse it off. I look forward to returning here again!

If you are getting a 1 hour service and will use the hydro therapy 3 hour free parking in the garage next door is plenty. It gets busy. The locker room is small and tight. A much more intimate setting than the Olympus Spas in the area All the people giving less stars because the staff told them to be quiet are annoying. Just because others may not be in the hydrotherapy area doesn't mean they aren't getting a service in the rooms next door.

I'm basing this fully on the hydrotherapy session. I took a friend here for a birthday relaxation gift. We both loved it! The location is so clean and lovely. Just what a spa should be. The hydrotherapy was kinda fun. First you sit in the hot tub, cool tub, steam room with a salt scrub (my fav) I did it twice, cold drench shower and man was it cold right after the steam room, sauna and back into the hot tub. You can do whatever you want but the cool pool was actually really refreshing. They also had lemon water to keep you hydrated which was a bonus. Clean locker rooms and you can shower after. If I lived on the east side I would buy a monthly package. I added a picture of what is offered. Too bad! I suggest checking it out. I'll probably go back at some point.

My group and I were together in the pool room and an associate came out several times to scold us for being too loud. I understand it is a quiet room, but we were the only ones there, and the way she phrased it I thought was quite rude. Instead of asking us politely to keep it down, she treated us like children and told us, "Ladies, you need to be quiet!" It very much felt like we were being scolded. I found that very stressful when I was trying to relax. I was considering joining the monthly spa program, but I found that lady to be not conducive to a soothing spa experience. She could have delivered the same message in a much more polite way. I don't plan on returning.

I've been going to Yuan spa for 8 years. I've gone regularly for facials with Lada, she is amazing! I don't go anywhere else for facials because there is no one better out there. She has a warm demeanor and I always look forward to seeing her. She is great at explaining the different types of facials and products and she isn't pushy with the product sales. I always leave relaxed and glowing. This week, I had my first experience with a sports massage. Desmond was my masseuse and was amazing! He asked questions before the massage so he could focus on specific areas as needed. He used a variety of techniques that I had never experienced before to target specific areas of tension and to improve my overall flexibility. I really enjoyed this massage and am looking forward to coming back.

I used to love the spa, I remember when the owner would regularly be at the front desk and would be reasonable. Now a days, the "office managers" working this spa is totally rude and not helpful. I always purchase their gift certificate (up to $2000) and get their Yuan $25 gift certificates. The rules and limitations on using these are making it impossible and pointless to buy their gift certificates. I had a death in the family and needed to travel back to Asia and talked to the front desk on whether I can extend the use of the gift cert to beyond the listed deadline. I got an unsympathetic "No". I had previously made an appt made to use them, but had to go home for bereavement and had to move my appt to after their deadlines.

Had the BEST Thai massage from Desmond! Couldn't recommend him more (+ starting out with an hour of hydrotherapy before massage service). All around lovely experience, can't wait to return.

The place is great. I love the pools, sauna, and steam rooms. they offer free drinks to keep you hydrated. I also had a great deep-tissue massage.

This was an amazing spa. I do feel bad that I called last minute to schedule a couples massage as I panicked since we were out of state and sore from hiking. But the staff was super nice. The place was very clean and the massage was exactly what we needed. It was my boyfriend's first massage, which he absolutely loved. I wish we lived in the same state because we definitely would be back. If we ever go back to the area, we will definitely come back

Over the years, I've been to Yuan Spa multiple times. It is a good place but nothing wildly impressive that's motivated me to write a review in the past. That all changed when I received treatment from Desmond 2 years ago. I had occupation-related neck and shoulder pain for at least a decade, managed marginally by sports medicine physicians, physical therapists, and even acupuncture. At my initial treatment with Desmond, he intuitively understood my body mechanics and how I had gotten to where I was. The treatment that he provided was so unique, targeted, and far more effective than any massage treatment I had in the past. The entire time, he was completely appropriate and professional. He was able to help me more in one session than my years spent with other medical providers. Desmond is truly a talented therapist!

I booked a deep tissue massage with Desmond, and it was fantastic. I went in with severe upper back pain, and he tailored the massage to meet my specific needs. After the session, my pain was significantly reduced. He's very patient, really listens to your concerns, and provides a personalized experience with just the right pressure. Truly amazing--highly recommend him for a relaxing and customized massage!

So much money for so little service. I was cold, after body scrub they don't give any moisturizer, was there first time, NEVER go back

Fantastic spa! I thoroughly enjoyed my foot treatment w/ Chau. I also enjoyed the hydrotherapy area which had salt scrub for use before you entered the eucalyptus steam room. The spa was clean and quiet. I would highly recommend scheduling a treatment. I also bought a few hair masks upon checking out.

I got cbd pedicure and hydrotherapy. The pedicure was ok but overpriced. For hydrotherapy, where there is no cold plunge, sauna is like a warm room, a waste of time and money. The only good thing there was cold shower. I won't be coming back. I wanted update this 5 days later. The nail polish I paid extra is peeling off and overall my pedicure isn't looking great. I think one star is representative of this experience.

Ehh 3.5. My husband and I both scheduled time for hydrotherapy time and it was our first time. The place has confusing parking, we paid for it but apparently it was complimentary? Why have pay signs everywhere then? The steam room was nice, I enjoyed the salt scrubs. Sauna and pool services were decent. I like the cold shower plunge too. I did not feel like we had enough customer service. We were given one towel and of course for pools, sauna, shower.. one towel is not enough. But I did my best. Later they say oh we have plenty of towels, why didn't you ask? So I should walk out of pool wet and go to front desk and ask for a towel? We didn't see anyone to ask. Like I said, it was our first time. I would have appreciated more thorough instructions and suggestions. Might be back. Customer service needs some upgrading.

I've gotten two deep tissue + cupping massages by Jake, and I cannot begin to describe the relief I feel when I get off the massage table. Jake is so incredibly knowledgeable, and will oftentimes identify the problem spots without me even having to say anything! He is very detailed with his work, which I appreciate as someone with chronic pain from years of dancing and weightlifting. His cupping work is magic, highly recommend adding this to your treatment with Jake. I've never gotten a massage done by a male, and I was nervous. But Jake's professionalism, constant check ins, and skill level makes it a really comfortable experience for me! This is huge -- I never thought I'd be comfortable with receiving a massage from a male (as a 20 y/o female). I've also done the hydrotherapy circuit once before, and absolutely LOVED it! I don't add it anymore as the gym I go to has a sauna and whirlpools...but I certainly think everyone should experience Yuan's Hydrotherapy at least once. Yuan Spa has an elevated, elegant, and calming atmosphere. Though it is pricy, you are getting what you pay for.

Massage 5/5 Facial 3/5 Was gifted a spa session at this facility and was so shocked to see how large the facility is!! I got lost a couple times just trying to find the restroom. Lol. Facility is clean, relaxing, workers are grounded and professional, and there are lots of fascial and facial products to look at while waiting in the lobby. The front desk staff are friendly but sometimes it can take a while to get their attention to check in or out if they are on the phone though. Lobby and phone lines are consistently busy. Anyways my massage was excellent. I got a therapeutic treatment oriented massage and Evan? did a fantastic job.. My mom also enjoyed her massage as well. I also got a facial done (my first one ever) and it was definitely a new experience. The lady I had was very kind and gentle but spent about 15-20 minutes talking to me about products and services she recommended me buy before she even started doing my facial. I can understand maybe discussing that while doing the facial but the 1 hour boosted glow service was $170 so that was basically $42.50 for sales marketing I didn't ask for nor want and maybe 40 minutes of actual facial and a very very gentle scalp "massage". Im not sure if this is standard or normal but since I didn't expect this, it detracted from the experience and made me feel kind of tense waiting thru the sales pitch for the service to actually start. Afterwards I didn't notice much difference in my complexion or dark spots except my face looked wet. Lol. but I was told I needed to come back monthly for the same service and so maybe it will take longer to see an outcome? Again, I've never had a facial before so not sure what is "normal" but I just thought for the price that I'd notice a bigger difference. Anyways not sure I would return for another facial but would definitely enjoy another massage and recommend here for that.

Desmond is AMAZING!!! I won't go to anyone else. He scans your body and how it feels and knows exactly what to do to get it back right. I appreciate his knowledge and how he tailors to what your body is needing and not just giving just any regular massage. Yuan spa is lucky to have him and I'm so glad my friend recommended me to him. My 4 star is because of the spa itself; I actually want to put lower. Desmond definitely deserves 5 stars Or more. I bought a 6 series package and was not told that they had to be used within that year. When I called to schedule a few weeks ago I was told I still had 1 series left so then I booked my appt. When I went to my appt today they said I had used up all my series which was not true (because one of my series in between I had to pay for) so then they looked again and then told me about how my series expired...in Nov. If had I known this when I called I wouldn't have booked and seriously it's only been 1 month since expiration. Just had a baby last year and life gets busy it would've been nice to be given some grace since I also called and checked when I booked.

Yuan Spa is absolutely fabulous with hydrotherapy followed by a massage! Desmond, massage therapist, is a miracle worker. I feel like a brand new woman after that massage. Desmond helped with my lower back, shoulders, and lower body that was out if alignment. Highly suggest that you book 90 minutes with Desmond!!

I got a 60 minute massage as a gift for Christmas and i was nervous because I've never had any kind of professional massage done on me before. Because I'm a gym rat, I'm constantly sore all over my body. I booked the appointment with Garrett, and 10 minutes into the massage I was so relaxed and calm i didnt want to move or make any sound. He was very skilled, using the correct amount of pressure where it was strong, but not uncomfortable or painful. I was sad when he said the 60 minutes were up. I felt like someone hit a factory reset button on my body. It was amazing. Will definitely have to come back. My only minor complaint is that a 60 minute deep tissue session is a bit pricey at $145, but you could get a membership for 149 that allows one service every month and 2 hydrotherapy appointments per month, but there is currently a waiting list. However i think it was worth the money considering the skill of the professionals here.

I LOVE yuan spa. btw the hydrotherapy room in bellevue is next level!! Taylor is on maternity leave, however she is the BEST for facials. highly recommend!

I have recently started going to yuan spa, it was highly recommended by my friends who have been going there for a while. I did not want to go to a new place for my massage but I gave it a try. I am so glad I stepped out of my regular routine and tried Yuan Spa. Jessica is exceptional good, I say that because I travel a lot and have had many massages at various resorts and spas nothing compares to her technique, I get deep tissue. Jessica is very professional, asks the right questions and actually listens in order to customize the massage for my needs for that particular day. I absolutely love going there!! It will be very difficult to go anywhere else since her massage skills are way superior than anywhere else. At the yuan spa you are forced to relax, there is no other choice it just happens.
