We visited the restaurant as two couples after hearing many glowing recommendations — and fortunately, it truly lived up to all of them and more. First, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and fluent in English. They approached us promptly, and the ordering process was smooth and efficient. Second — and most importantly — the food: this was truly one of the best Japanese dining experiences one could ask for. It was a 16-course tasting menu, with each dish executed to the highest standard imaginable. Some dishes were simply sublime, and even the ones we liked less were still excellent by any measure. Personally, we didn’t love the restaurant’s interior design — but that’s a matter of taste. We understand the Japanese “bunker” aesthetic they were aiming for, but it didn’t resonate with us. Still, it didn’t detract from the meal in any way. To us, it felt like an elegant, curated experience in a space where every detail — from the food to the service — was handled with care and precision. We highly recommend this restaurant and would return without hesitation.

We had the 170 tasting menu, and everything was absolutely amazing. The food was exquisite, the service impeccable, and the overall experience unforgettable. Highly recommend Yugo The Bunker for a truly unique dining adventure!

Excellent food and amazing atmosphere. Especially the different salmon sashimi variations blew my mind. There is no phone reception in the cellar which lets you focus entirely on the food (WiFi is available if needed). Service could be a bit more refined for a 1 star Michelin restaurant.

Very good choice when it is hot outside. Degustation menu is full of different flavours, there is also something cold, something raw, something sweet, sour. Everything was extremely delicious. If you like matcha, the dessert will blow your mind. The staff is really nice and helpfull with a lot to say about every dish. We will definitely come back!

There were some incredible dishes, like the scallop nigiri, but most dishes were just good, especially the main dishes were nothing special. Overall nice experience, but had higher expectations!

We tried the menu classics of the Bunker and all dishes were absolutely exquisite, especially the warm ones. There were some unfamilar tastes but I enjoyed every bites. Place is intimate and makes you feel out of time. Friendly staff. Definitely a great and unique experience.

Read previous reviews before and I did have mediocre expectations. Food was amazing. What was equally great the gentlemen who served our food and drinks. They were super nice. Well done chef Julián Mármol. Michelin star is deserved. Strongly suggested.
