If you’re familiar with Sea Isle, this is the place. Lines can be long depending on the day and time. Went there when the line was out the door and went during less busy time. Either way, excellent service by friendly employees. Great selection too.

Ice cream was good. Service was not good. My six year old daughter ask for a sample and was told I guess your lucky the line not long! With a eye roll like she was annoyed we came in to order ice cream. Then tried to rush us along like we were bothering her. Won’t come back be nice to people it’s not hard!!!!

Have been going to Yum Yums since I was a kid. It's one of the best places to get dessert at the NJ shore. Traditional ice cream place with fabulous choices. They have sundaes, fresh hot waffles made to order, ice cream (dipped and soft serve), sugar free ice cream, frozen yogurt, gelato, milkshakes and more. Choose one of their sundae selections on the board of make your own. Portions are generous. One thing to note is that the lines can get long later in the evening. The line will move relatively quickly and it is DEFINITELY worth the wait! Try it and you won't be sorry.

Long q outside when we arrived, but it went very fast to come in and get our order. The staff were nice and helpful. The ice cream was delicious!

Tasty ice cream and unique flavors. Not a fancy place, but that's not what you're looking for. Your looking for cold ice cream at the beach on a hot day. And this is the place!

Milk shakes were mid. Employee + manager was rude for no reason. 2 stars for the ambiance.

love this place. the line is always out the door and i can see why. this place is amazing. even with the long lines, the service is fast. i always get a small and compared to the other places it would be a medium to large. you really get your money’s worth when coming here and ice cream is always fresh and good. highly suggest cotton candy confetti! side note- BRING BACK THE PIG!❤️❤️

My half waffle sundae was worth every bit of $10!

First time in this cute beach town, what a better way to end a summer day than to have an ice cream. When we stopped by there was a line out the door, but it moved quickly and we didn't wait longer than five minutes and friendly service. My hubby had an espresso brownie in a waffle cone. I had a salted caramel pretzel and a cold brew scoop in a sugar cone.Very good quality ice cream and delicious! They leave a little jellybean in the very bottom of your cone as a nice surprise!

Ok, can Yum Yums be beat? Yea it's always busy but isn't an ice cream shop that has a line out the door a good thing? Don't worry, the staff works hard and they are well organized so it moves quick. Hands down the best ice cream in Sea Isle. Grab a cone and stroll the streets or enjoy on the tasty treat with the sea breeze in your hair. Yum Yums a must when coming to SIC!

Excellent ice cream- beware of the surprise in the bottom of the cone though! 2 people in our party got a cinnamon gum drop at the bottom of their cones that kind of wrecked the flavor of their ice cream at the end. We loved the chocolate marshmallow swirl, smores, coconut almond joy, peanut butter ripple, cotton candy, vanilla, and butter pecan! Definitely going back and will be more cautious at the end of our cones next time haha.

And YUM YUMS IT SURE IS! My big cup of three sumptuous flavors (my all time favorite, Cookies n Cream, Death by Chocolate, Cake and Ice-cream) were all outstanding! Three huge scoops, all on top of each other, as opposed to next to each other, which surprised me, (but I loved it as such!)! Business was popping with very happy patrons, for very good reason! Young servers bustin' their butts and Yum Yums is ran like a well oiled machine! CASH ONLY. Remember to tip! Please try here!!!i

The ice cream here is always excellent, and we have never had a problem with service, however when I just popped in the OWNER was being very disrespectful and unwelcoming. I was not pleased with her attitude and I would advise her to be more friendly.

There is nothing better than ending a great beach day with ice cream! Things look a little different this year but the quality is just as good. I ordered at the front window and my ice cream was ready within five minutes! Bonus-you can smell the waffle cones being made. There are tons of flavors to choose from so there really is something for everyone here. Aside from your normal cups and cones, there are also sundaes, waffle sandwiches, shakes and more! My waffle cone ended up being about $6 but for the amount of ice cream and quality, I think the price is on par. Definitely recommend!

Excellent ice cream ! A cute little beach side Eve cream place with friendly people .

First off let me start by saying I'm an icecream junkie- especially when it comes to beach towns with all the interesting flavors. Yum Yums menu did not disappoint with so many yummy options I was honestly overwhelmed. Thank goodness we were allowed inside (with a mask of course) as seeing the flavors allowed me to make my decision. I decided on toasted coconut. The consistency was perfect- Not rock hard (the worst in my opinion) and the size ideal. Had gone to maritas (other local icecream shop) the night before and the size was minuscule. Yum Yums line was out the door which always speaks volumes to me. Not to mention there was a cute little candy at the bottom of the cone! Note: they take credit cards unlike maritas! Would definitely return. Covid situation: you can only enter the store if you have a mask on. Plastic barriers along the entire counter. Hand sanitizer as you enter and one way flow of traffic markings on the floor. Young lady outside taking orders if you do not have a mask with you.

This gem in Sea Isle is the perfect result of good attitude, excellent product, awesome customer service and engaged owners. Family stayed in Sea Isle for a week and we had Yum Yums each day. The ice cream is delicious. Toppings are generous and the milkshakes (my fave) are fantastic. Many flavors to chose from so you cannot go wrong. That is the excellent product. For customer service, it all starts with the owners. Each are at the counter helping customers and/or staff producing a seamless experience for the customer. Their good attitude is reflected in their staff. The customer is valued and respected. Each night we went to Yum Yums was met with a long line (evidence of a well run ice cream shop) and everyone serving customers has a smile. It is infectious. If you have the opportunity, go. Any wait will be worth it. I'll close with a phrase my kids came up with during our stay ... "Put some Yum Yums in your tum tums."

The best place for ice cream in sea isle city. Come for the ice cream. Leave with the most amazing ice cream at 11pm with a waffle sandwich possible. Amazing.

This is definitely my favorite place for ice cream in Sea Isle! It is definitely worth the wait in line... I know it goes out the door most nights in the summer but just wait and you will see how creamy and delicious their ice cream is. My favorite is the Black Raspberry Blast. I get it every time. They have the best one here and can't seem to find it like this anywhere else. What makes it so special is definitely the chocolate pieces that are filled with raspberry in it! It just makes the ice cream that much better. I also recommend their hot fudge...its thick, gooey, and has great flavor. I was so excited to see them open for Mother's Day weekend. I can't wait to go back this summer :) *Tip: CASH ONLY! (like most places at the shore)

I've heard good things about this place so it was on my list when we went to sea isle for the day. Their menu was huge, with so many different ice cream flavors. Luckily I came with friends so I could have a taste of more than one flavor. I ordered a scoop of death by chocolate. Being a big fan of chocolate - I really enjoyed my ice cream! I would love to come back and try their other flavors.

Ice cream was delicious here! They had a long line of customers in the evening so I'm glad I came here during the afternoon. They have a variety of flavors and some very unique. The prices are very reasonable too. I would love to come back here again.

Best ice cream in Sea Isle!! The constant line of people should tell you something and even though they have long lines, they are efficient and the line moves pretty quickly. Over 48 flavors to choose from along with lots of fun toppings! Heads up though, this is a cash only place. Look forward to stopping in here when we are in Sea Isle.

Although you usually have to wait in line it moves pretty quick. The ice cream is delicious and fresh , the portions are good size and the waffle cones are fresh flavorful and crunchy. There are so many flavors to choose from , including sugar free , lactose free and almond milk ice cream . I really love this place and what makes it extra special is that they put a gum drop in the bottom of your ice cream cone .

Cute spot near the water. A little overpriced but the ice cream was really good. I got the dulce de luce and it was really good, but my sister got the snickers and it was amazing. Huge chunks of caramel inside!!

My daughter and I were in the mood for ice cream. We yelped around and came across this place. The reviews were good and it said home made. I'm all about the home made ice cream. First impression just looks like any other ice cream place around. Yea there were a lot of flavors but nothing spectacular. The only flavors that stood out were tiramisu and Cinnabon. Tiramisu was ok but the Cinnabon was way too sweet. It didn't really taste like Cinnabon. It tasted like sweet cream with some cinnamon chunks. It was a little pricey for two orders. I had two scoops with a waffle cone and my daughter had a small one scoop sundae. The total came to a little over $13. We prob won't be back. It was a rush and too crowded.

This place delivers the beach vacation ice cream parlor experience.. great service, good milk shakes and ice cream.. Plus fresh waffles that permeate the shop and half the block with a heavenly aroma.. Definitley worth a trip.. Although my favorite ice cream joint is a short ride to Stone Harbor. Place called Springers. Its alwayd mobbed but worth the wait. As long as it isnt around the block..

This ice cream place typically gets super crowded: but we went around 6:30 PM on Saturday and there was not that many people. I got one scoop of Tiramisu in a chocolate cookie cone and it was DELICIOUS. I appreciate that they provide a piece of plastic over the cone so it doesn't get all over it! My fiancé got 2 scoops of Tiramisu in the waffle cone and also liked it! Very filling! I also love the surprise of the gum drop at the bottom of the cone!!

I would put 6 stars if I could. Let me tell you this ice cream shop is like no other! Friendly group of ladies up beat atmosphere and astronomical ice cream scoops. Also kind of think the girl who takes the tickets is a beaut. I think she might be a borderline midget but she is a cutie.

A family favorite. It's not a vacation without a stop here. My favorite is the toasted coconut. Don't try to get this flavor anywhere else. It's not the same. Love yum yums

Best ice cream on the Jersey Shore! Would highly recommend this place for anyone staying down in Sea Isle or the surrounding towns. Great staff and inviting atmosphere. We get a tasty snack almost every night that we are down. They have dozens of flavors and I believe that they are all made right in house. They have tons of toppings and different cones. It would be extremely hard for you to not find something that you will absolutely love.

OMG!! We make sure to get our nightly ice cream treat at Yums every night while here for vacation ! Their homemade waffles cones are amazing!!

Nothing to write home about here- I had high expectations since there was a significant line and I heard good things about it, but a couple of things could've been done better. First, I was told I couldn't have a sample because it's too busy (understandable, but how are you supposed to know if you'll like a flavor or not?) and second, there was a mix-up in the order. I ended up overpaying because I wanted one scoop of ice cream split between two flavors, but it appeared that I was given two scoops total, which was too much for me since it all tasted the same. I guess not all ice cream places have the 1/2 scoop option, or this one doesn't let you split one scoop multiple ways...

Many different sizes, combinations, and countless flavored!!! The workers are friendly and fast, and the shop as nice spacious indoor tables to sit at. Right on the boardwalk, too! Definitely a place to grab ice cream at every time you're in sea isle; I'll definitely be back!

One of the best chocolate chip ice cream ever. There is also a surprise in the bottom of your cone. Extra long lines at times, but worth the wait.

First off, be prepared for a long line outside-but I promise it's worth it! Yum yums has so many flavors, sundae and shake options at reasonable prices and large portion sizes. A small is two LARGE scoops of ice cream. Certainly different than any other "small" at other ice cream parlors. Staff are nice and extremely efficient. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

As far as ice cream shops go, this place has it together. When we arrived, the line was to the door, but I don't think we waited more than five minutes from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. They are completely adequately staffed, so they have people taking orders, other people filling orders, and others to ring up your order. As I walked down the line toward the register, my order slip pretty much followed me and by the time I got to the end, my husband and I had both received our cones. They had a wide selection of flavors and the ice cream was very good and creamy. I was also interested in some of their sundaes (they looked great), but opted to keep it simple. They put a gum drop in the bottom of your cone. I'm so-so on that -- a cute idea, I guess, but I (for some reason), really look forward to the little mini ice cream cone you get when you're at the very pointy end of the cone. You can't have that with the gum drop.

The best place to get ice cream in sea isle. They have a flavor for everybody. Either a simple cup or a home made waffle cone or if your up to it they have a 15 scoop monster sundae. While on the shore we tend to find our selves here every night after dinner and can't get enough.

Yum Yum's is an adorable ice cream establishment. Their door says that they are open until 11:30ish. Which is awesome - and true. Too bad they aren't open later - they would make great after drinking ice cream! Anywho - the ice cream seems to be good - I can only speak for their frozen yogurt (which came in delicious flavors like chocolate peanut butter - and cookie dough, etc.). It was amazingly great. They have good, quick service, decent prices, great toppings - AND pretzel cones! Additionally, the flavors are plentiful. My friends got a variety of the ice creams from birthday cake to bubble gum, to chocolate. They all loved their flavors. If you are in Sea Isle - YOU NEED TO GO HERE!

Delicious homemade ice cream. Delicious hot homemade waffles. Hundreds of flavors of ice cream-no wonder there's always a line!

Coming from NYC, it's hard to find a homemade ice cream like this at these prices. This is one of the best ice cream parlours on the shore and I will definitely return again. I recommend this shop to anyone is coming to or around Sea Isle City.

A ton of flavors to choose from and a family run business doesn't get much better for an ice cream shop by the shore. Get a bunch of ppl together and order The Pig! But don't be the weirdo that puts sorbet in it lol

Delicious flavors, something for everyone, and the WAFFLE SANDWICH is...there are no words! Those hot waffles are the best I've had and a scoop of ice cream is the middle is just heaven. Ample parking and benches to eat if you can't walk there.

Pure and simple, good ice cream selection at a good price. Maine Blueberry is my go-to, and it's delicious. Be prepared to wait in a line, and bring cash.

Well staffed narrow step-up ice cream parlor with a good selection of ice cream & frozen yogurt flavors. They have soft ice cream too. There is a pig-out special with several scoops of ice cream etc. Waffles can accompany your order too, which seemed to be popular among a few customers. Yeah, the owners are twins. (3 1/2 stars.)

This is a seashore staple. Fast service good ice cream. It's been here for 25 years and although owners change the experience never disappoints. Lots of variety from hand dipped to soft serve homemade waffle cones and even hot fresh Belgian waffles . Stop in you'll love it !

Ice cream was really good a little overpriced but thats what you get down in the resort towns. Did provide healthy portions though which was nice. Wait was a bit long but since ice cream was so good worth the wait.
