Yumee bento bowl restaurant

The sushi platter was absolutely amazing. Each piece was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The variety of fish and toppings showcased the chef's skill, with delicate rich salmon, and perfectly seasoned rice. Every bite was a delightful balance of textures, from the smoothness of the fish to the subtle crunch of the toppings. The poke bowls were delicious! Guy serving us was really nice and explained everything. Big portion for a resonable price. Tables were clean. Even though there was a carpet on tle floor it wasn’t very cosy.

Yumee is right!! I’m vegan and got the shoyu ramen with tofu (no egg) and my buddy got chicken katsu and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Super fresh and delicious. Staff are super friendly and accommodating of dietary restrictions:) thanks yall!

Decided to give it a go based on its high rating. Was disappointed with the flavour of agedashi tofu, as firm tofu is being used instead of the authentic soft silken tofu. Also, sauces of all 3 dishes aren't impressive, too bland and watery plus little volume for the sauce of agedashi tofu & tempura, while sauce for gyoza is over salty. Staff is friendly though.

I was really happy with my teriyaki salmon bento bowls. The salmon was fresh, and the sauce was flavorful. It was great to enjoy vegetables, beans, and rice together in one dish. The staff were very friendly, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this restaurant!

By far the best sushi in town 😋 Chinthaka always goes out of he's way in preparing the most delicious dishes we are from South Africa and have been wanting Sushi we would get back home I have sent him request in what I wanted and he has done a awesome job by making us exactly and even better than what I have requested thank you so very much we highly recommend Yumee yummy food and a awesome friendly service 😀

Wow, we were pleasantly surprised at the deliciousness of our karaage chicken curry last night. Absolutely scrumptious, and the portion size was very generous. Really great service topped it off. Wish we had one in Christchurch.

I haven't had service this good in ages. We were driving through and stopped here for Bento bowls for tea. The staff provided excellent service making us feel welcome and taking us through the menu options. Food was delicious! You could tell that the staff knew the locals and went above and beyond to provide top service, opening the door for people who had their hands full, taking takeaway orders out to people waiting in their car. Highly recommend this restaurant!
