"A rare opening in the current SGV scene, Yummy Cuisine is a Cantonese-style snack house. Rice noodle rolls, including some unusual combos such as pork with jicama, green bean, and corn, dominate the 22-item menu. Fried items include popcorn chicken, wings, squid, and fishballs. It replaces Noodle Street 108, which opened in September 2017." - Jim Thurman

Google
The epitome of Southern Chinese comfort food. The rice noodle rolls come in multiple different combinations, adding an egg really elevates the experience since the toppings are generally just put on top but the egg gets mixed in. The rice noodles have a ribbon ruffled texture that helps it capture the sweet soy sauce in between its layers. The century egg and pork congee was just okay, they used slice pork instead of ground pork and the pork flavor didn't really disperse throughout the soup. The rice is still larger chunks as well and not ground. Service is pretty fast. The atmosphere is pretty casual.

Google
This is the most legit rice noodle roll I have ever had in the US! It tastes exactly the same as the ones I had in Guangzhou. I recommend it to everyone who loves or wants to try Cantonese food.

Google
The only the pork & egg rice roll are really good, other rice roll are so wired… I give extra credit to this one. Porridge are good too but just feel like it’s not fresh made. The milk tea are freaking sweet… and at least for me I enjoy the good service and the price are okay too. So, if you only want pork and egg rice roll, go ahead.

Google
I luv the rice noodles from yummy cuisine, cuz this is the closest rice noodle I ever had to my home town. As a Cantonese, I highly recommend the rice noodles to you guys! Also try the salty baked chicken wing, it’s good too~

Google
Very traditional Cantonese style food and worth the drive of 40 minutes! The rice noodle roll is the closest version to local Cantonese one. Amazing pork liver congee, cannot find a better one in LA. If you are looking for authentic Cantonese food, this is the place you should go! Friendly staff and attentive service

Google
Good, very authentic Cantonese rice noodle roll

Google
Authentic and decent Cantonese food! The price is reasonable and the service is nice. Highly recommend Pork and Egg Rice Noddle Roll and Hometown Flavor Beef offal.

Google
very authentic canton food, it reminds me the old time living in Guangzhou China. Definitely recommend if you looking for authentic southern Chinese food

Yelp
I went to this place as Ocean Island was in repair. I ordered pork and shrimp wraps and fry tofu as these have short wait times. The rice wraps tasted quite soft and delicate but not a lot of meat. Tofu dish is good but very small amount for the price. In general this place gives the impression that it charges for more for giving delicate food so not a good value for me. There is seating in this place.

Yelp
Saturday brunch at 10:30 am - century egg and pork congee, beef rice noodle roll, stir-fried rice noodle with soy sauce , Hong kong style milk tea, iced lemon tea Service: attentive Ambiance: Casual, clean Price: um... no comment Food quality: both rice noodle roll and congee were good, a little disappointing to the HK-style milk tea A 3.5 star in general

Joan L.

Yelp
Food is overrated and overpriced, feels like microwave frozen food. The brisket for $16 was definitely frozen tasting, taste so bad my kids would not eat it. Service doesn't exist. Atmosphere is short of desire. Would not recommend.

Maruko X.

Yelp
Ambiance: it's family operated HK style cafe, located in a busy plaza with a grocery store and other merchants, but in a corner spot, such a hidden gem in the area Service: friendly and patient, served food adequately and refilled water Food & Drink: simple menu items and delicious choices Pork Rice Noodle Roll - ***** traditional cooking method, thin and tasty with sauce sauce, highly recommend Hometown Flavor Beef Brisket - **** chewy meat and soft tender, recommend Steamed Rice with Pork Ribs in Black Bean Sauce - **** flavorful ribs and good quality rice cooked in clay pot, recommend Hong Kong Style Milk Tea - *** light refreshing taste Price: moderate portions and affordable prices, expect $25 for a decent meal

Ben L.

Yelp
I ordered rice noodle roll by mistake. I was going to order noodle soup but maybe i misunderstood. But at the end, it was great! I have never tried this kind of noodle roll, and it was special and tasty.

Linyi Y.

Yelp
My cousin brought me to this amazing Cheung Fun (rice noodle roll) spot in LA over the weekend, and wow... it's like stepping back into my childhood If you grew up in Cantonese areas, you know what I'm talking about. The rice noodles are thin, silky, and drenched in the perfect sweet, homemade soy sauce. Honestly, I'm speechless - it's the best Cheung Fun I've had! Even though they forgot our veggies, we still loved the meal. Their lemon tea isn't exactly the traditional HK café style, but still better than most places I've tried. The staff are so friendly, speaking both Canto and Mando, which makes it feel just like home. Can't wait to go back! One bad thing is that they aren't eco friendly, everything is plastic and one time used utensils.

Whitney W.

Yelp
, I really wish I could give this place higher star because it's a small business but the food I had today does not justify. 2 stars for the food I ordered beef stew with added radish, the dish came up with some of the beef still cold. I understand nobody make this dish from scratch but at least boil it enough time so it's warmed up properly. The radish inside has 0 flavor too. Very disappointing as it's a very traditional Cantonese dish and most cantonese places make it well. Their Pork Steamed rice roll has a very strong lard smell to it. I know it's a often used ingredient but I think you must portion it right to make it a positive kick to the dish, not just make it greasy. Also the texture of the rice cake is a little odd as it's more chewy and clear than the other places I usually go. That's just me though, some people might like it this way? 4stars for the service Their service is good, the lady was very friendly the whole time so nothing to complaint there. Unfortunately I don't think I would recommend this place to my friends. It was a big disappointing experience for me.

Yelp
My type of breakfast/lunch place to enjoy. Have been eating rice made of congee or noodles since my childhood. They provide a unique type of noodle roll which wrap is not as flat as you normally see which gave a nice way when you biting into this. Really liked the stretchy chewy texture with the rice wraps. The fillings were delicious as well. Fast and warm services. Definitely will come back when I'm in this area.

Grace C.

Yelp
Food is good! The rice noodle roll is the best that I have tried so far. Even better than delicious food corner! We wanted to go to delicious food corner but there was no available parking so we came here instead. We ordered two combos : pork rice noodle roll, preserved duck egg congee with a choice of lemon tea/ milk tea . The other combo we ordered was preserved duck egg congee, stir fry soy sauce noodle with a choice of lemon tea/ milk tea. My only complaint would be that food is still being served in styrofoam plates and bowls with plastic utensils. We are paying for the service and this is a sit down restaurant. If I wanted to eat from styrofoam plates and bowls I would just get to go. Aside from that, the food is good. I would still recommend.

Nissa W.

Yelp
The food serves fast and food tastes good. I really recommend the greenbean and pork rice noodle rolls!

Ivy W.

Yelp
Authentic Cantonese style rice noodle roll with sweet soy source. The texture of the rice noodle roll is what I've been looking for in the area. The source for the beef brisket rice noodle roll could be thicker. Adding to my list now because of the pork rice noodle roll. Casual environment with friendly staff.

Jasmine Yijun C.

Yelp
Yumm Yumm! Real Cantonese recommends the Real Cantonese food! A comfort food to go whenever I needed.

Jianhao S.

Yelp
Taste authentic. Food was served very fast. Will come again. My favorite was the congee.

Keith T.

Yelp
Although those are simple Chinese food and not fancy. But All dishes I ordered were surprisingly good. Specially the steam chicken rice with Chinese mushroom. I recommend go try it if you lives close by.

Joanna J.

Yelp
This place makes traditional Cantonese style rice noodle. My rice noodles were really good. The people working here were also really sweet.

Wanxin L.

Yelp
Yummy noodles, will come back to eat this again. Also good services. The price is also good

Chloe C.

Yelp
Really authentic Cantonese food, my parents enjoyed their rice noodle so much. It tasted just like how we had in Asia. We also ordered the steam pot rice, it was also an excellent choice. We will defiantly come back again.

Jack L.

Yelp
Soft, thin and tasty, the best rice noodle roll and lemond tea, will come back again.

Petah F.

Yelp
Very nice place to go for food. They have some amazing rice noodle rolls. This is definitely my regular spot to go.

Fo F.

Yelp
Tasting good!I added beef and egg in it,perfect canton breakfast. They provide sriracha for you, too. Services was okay, kind of busy in the morning.

Elaine Z.

Yelp
I came here for HK style breakfast (congee, rice noodles, and of course, HK milk tea). The breakfast combo is a great value. The rice rolls are particularly good - chewy, and nice portions. Place got really busy after 11 on a Sunday so beware!

Rebecca Y.

Yelp
Very Nice rice noodle, its texture is totally different from the ones you normally get in other stores. I usually order the combo breakfast, plenty food, hit the spot. It is nice brunch place to come with friends .

Xiaomin X.

Yelp

Kathy A.

Yelp
Rice roll is really good. The breakfast combo is great and it comes with the rice roll, congee and a drink

Shuhan S.

Yelp
Changfen is tender and authentic. Porridge is also good. Would recommend. Decent service. Ambience is traditional.

Zhou S.

Yelp
Yummy food and good service! Cantonese high recommended! The Changfen is so soft and juicy!

Laney C.

Yelp
Was craving cheung fun and yummy cuisine definitely hit the spot! Food came out super fast and this dish was reasonably priced. Would come back!

Meinali X.

Yelp
Very yummy! Clean dining environment! Good service attitude! Special rice rolls. Even if I move to rowland heights, I still want to eat here

Brian W.

Yelp
Pork intestine here is really good. So smelly you won't want to take it home but will have to eat it all. Beef offal pretty good but not as good as the pork intestine. Rice noodle rolls (cheung fun) done in the messy style as opposed to the neatly rolled style, the har cheung fun (shrimp) come with scallop too, which honestly felt like a waste, scallop did not add any flavor. Pork cheung fun were pretty good. Both were so thin you could probably eat two or three of them before feeling full. Pricing is good, service is a bit inconsistent, and it's friggin loud and echo-y inside due the dining room basically being a cube. My ears would have killed for some attention to the acoustics. 4* for food, 2.5* for ambiance, 3* for service, probably adds up to a bit shy of 3.5*, but I'll round up.

Qing C.

Yelp
It's very delicious and Cantonese should come and try. They are very traditional and. My friend and I are very satisfied with those dishes. The food was coming fast. The service is welcoming and hospital.

Minting C.

Yelp
Yum yum will come back if I am around. Loved the rice noodle rolls and chicken wings.

Juemin Q.

Yelp
Authentic taste of home. The feeling of returning to Guangzhou in an instant. It's worth a try

Joey L.

Yelp
Very good food, we kept coming back for the chicken wings. Will definitely recommend to other ppl

Yallas I.

Yelp
Delicious rice rolls and porridge! Perfect comfort food and satisfying. Definitely coming back for more

Mar T.

Yelp
It's really authentic Cantonese food here. The steam rice noodle is how it supposed to be. They have combos , so you can have different plates to try. We will defiantly come back again.

Yaxuan W.

Yelp
We came here for their famous Rice noodle roll, and it was amazing!!! Best rice noodle roll in LA I must say. We also tried beef offal and pork liver congee too, and they were both delicious.

Lucio S.

Yelp
Great food, great service! Location can be better! Rice roll is amazing - great price! The Loi Men's beef is really good, very yummy! The restaurant is a bit small, there is no outdoor seating. We called in to ask about if they outdoor seating, someone answers yes but we drove here with an hour to realise there is a miscommunication. It's quite disappointing . So we were forced to put our pup into the car under the hot sun. Overall it's still good food, authentic Cantonese flavour.

Chi L.

Yelp
Their rice noodle roll has thinner noodle and decent tasting. Service is slow and server is always in a rush and will take several attempts to get their attention. The environment is noisy and pack and seating leave a lot to desire, try not to get assigned the windows seats as the glare and heat of the sun make a less desirable dining experience.

Cochino C.

Yelp
Chicken and mushroom rice + soup combo. Chicken and mushroom was extremely oily and bland, soup was warm and bland. Tap water has more flavor and hotter. Other people photos looks good but you can not taste the photos

Frank G.

Yelp
Food is Scrumptiously Delicious and with the attention of the staff it's hats off ! It's ... just a small but cozy place.

steve h.

Yelp
In busy shopping center, hole in the wall place. Good food and quick service. Enjoy

Susan G.

Yelp
This is a very small hole in the wall place with limited seating. This seems to be a popular place for people to order to go. I personally really liked their rice noodles especially with an egg added to it. When I visited, it did take a while for my order to come out due to a lot of to go orders so keep that in mind!

Pui Y.

Yelp
I came a little after 11 to order to go. The waiter said it would take 15 minutes. I was going to do grocery next door anyways. Tried their shrimp rice rolls as they have the giant sign in front advertising it. Maybe it would taste better if eaten fresh at the store. I guess I am not used to the "traditional method" rice rolls. The roll is more chewy and wrinkly. Shrimp is on the side instead of rolled up inside. There were a few small tables inside the store and one outside.

Tinnie C.

Yelp
Their Canton street style steam rice roll/Cheung Fun is amazing! It's soft, great portion, a tiny bit on the sticky side(tapioca flour-ish) which is different than what I'm used to like those you get from dim sum places, but it's delicious too! They only open till 5pm for takeaway during covid period when I went on a Saturday. I got there 20 mins late. The owner lady is from Guangzhou was soooo kind to open the door and served me even during their after hour. Love it and will visit again soon. One thing I would say to the owner is.. the yelp page doesn't have the business hour listed and it's confusing. Best to call prior to arrival to confirm the hour.

Jerry M.

Yelp
The food is good, but be ready to wait an hour to get the order. Zero skills on management. There is chaos all around. Order on the phone? Way it a while, drive there, one hour wait. Order in person? One hour wait. Today is a record one and a quarter hour wait.

Skye S.

Yelp
Love their bovine offal, really good. And they have a lot of choices on the noddle roll which is awesome. A great little place for some traditional Cantonese food.

Awin Y.

Yelp
Waited for 50 minutes for two dishes of freshly steamed rice noodles on a Saturday morning. The skin is relatively wrinkly but the flavor is amazing!

Fiona P.

Yelp
Although I really like the food here. But ever since pandemic I've been trying to order food from this place for Togo and they either never pick up their phone or they will say call back at a later time. I'm just really disappointed and prob not going to order again because they are never available.
