The Cumin Lamb, Spare Rib mini pot, cold 5 spice beef, and cucumber salad were all FANTASTIC! We are so happy to find these flavors here in town. It's a very casual spot, so be prepared for that. The plates are abundant, and between two of us, we had ordered enough for four, but the leftovers were delicious. I've already plotted what we're going to get on our next order.

If people are whining about the environment they have clearly never been to Asia and experience the gloriousness of humanity. Sorry mom can’t clean your table or bring you water but reality calls. The food is on point and it is a cool communal environment in the back of a store that is also amazing. If you need your water filled and can’t be bothered to clean up after yourself, step off. Been several times and every time the food has been delicious. I cannot wait until we move back within walking distance. We will be in big trouble. Enjoy the food and the journey, or stay home and order from door dash from someone else in your sad bubble…I am thankful for this establishment.

This place is located inside and in the back of HK Asian Market. If you have never been here before, you order your food as you enter the place and sit down. You bus your own tables and have to get your own water and dishes to share plates. We ordered quite a bit of food and it was pretty good. I gave three stars on the food because at the very end of our soup, there was a short black hair in it and it didn't come from any of us. I also don't like places with community dishes as most people are nasty so not a big fan. Rather have a sit down place with someone serving me especially if you want a tip.

Google
oh my goodness what a hidden gem! I’m so thankful to be put on 😮‍💨 Every dish my table ordered was so good. The eggplant and green beans were especially my favorite. Everything was so well seasoned!!! It was packed like sardines in here. You order at the counter and they bring it out but you buss yourself. Wait time was 40+ mins for 4 dishes but they were super busy… regardless, I would definitely go again. 9/10

Yummy Yummy is a hidden gem. We tried an assortment of dimsum and all were delicious and not available anywhere else in Corvallis. Each dimsum was served in the classic steamed container, cooked perfectly and created a very fun experience. The restaurant is in the back of the Asian market, but don't let that scare you away, Yummy Yummy is authentic and well worth the try. Each table has sauces and hot oil, and tea is available for you to make. I can't believe i waited so long to try this place, it's delicious and authentic, and has flavors and recipes you can't find anywhere else around here.

My husband ordered takeout and we have never eaten here before but frequent the market. He ordered the following dishes: sesame balls, spring rolls, potstickers, fried rice, stir fry thin rice noodles, kung pao shrimp, Korean style fried chicken, and spicy popcorn chicken. Every single thing was so delicious! Our favorite was the spicy popcorn chicken, the flavor combinations are something we have never found before in Corvallis. The kung pao shrimp was a little sweeter than we are used to, however the sauce was still very good and the shrimp were amazing. We want to try a tofu dish next time! We have a new favorite takeout restaurant and also want to visit in person next time.

Google
Excellent food - Everything was wonderful and the menu has a ton of selections. The food was hot and fresh and was served quickly. Seat yourself and browse the menu then order at the counter, have a cup of complimentary hot tea or iced water and enjoy a great meal.

Google
I would say it’s the best value(delicious, big portion, and cheap) for great Chinese food in Oregon! Everything we ordered tastes great and different. Just like the name “Yummy Yummy”! I love the eggplant, definitely a 5 star eggplant dish. The steamed fish was tender and tasty, the cumin lamb was delicious! Even the veggies were delicious! 😋 We had found a hidden gem of great Chinese food! Would love to come back and try more dishes.

Yelp
So I called my order in ahead and the ordering process was seamless... When I arrived I walked in to the Asian market and figured out that Yummy Yummy is in the back. Clean little cafeteria style dining space. I arrived 10 minutes before my order was ready so I perused the market. I had no idea this place even existed. Cool little shop! The food was good! I got Singapore noodles, beef and broccoli, kung pao shrimp, and sesame chicken. The dishes were good portions, the ingredients were good quality and fresh. My family also enjoyed the food! The price seemed a little high but the portions are good so not really a complaint. I'll return to try some other dishes.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious Friday night meal @ Yummy Yummy in Corvallis, OR. After walking through a well-stocked Asian Market, you find yourself entering into the Yummy Yummy Restaurant. Staff was busy with both dine-in patrons and call-in orders. Friendly enough. Basic tables and chairs with some cute wall decor. Effective dine-in system is as follows: Take a menu to your table Decide what you want Order at counter, include your table # Pay after ordering Grab your own silverware, dish, free filtered H2O, (napkins & condiments at table already) Go back to table Receive food in a timely manner Enjoy an amazing meal Bus your own table Purchase a great many things or window shop in market!

Yelp
1000/10 BEST Chinese food I've had in a while!!!!! We ordered the cumin fried fish, house special tofu, and hot & sour soup! Delicious authentic Chinese food with huge generous portions! Very Excited to be back for more :D

Yelp
[FOOD]: 8/10 * Mapo tofu has a Szechuan flavor without the szechuan heat. Love the flavor and goes really nice over rice! * Taiwanese fried chicken was basically like the popcorn chicken you'd get at a boba shop but better. Same crispiness but slightly better flavor. [SERVICE]: 5/10 * Was adequate, the restaurant is located in the back of HK market and after you order your food, you essentially help yourself to water, utensils, and even to-go containers. The server up front was attentive and was respectful [AMBIANCE]: 3/10 * I wouldn't suggest coming here for ambiance by any means. It gives off a very sterile atmosphere with a few chinese decorations on the walls. The tables, chairs, and floors are clean though.

Yelp
Delicious authentic Chinese food. I definitely recommend going here if you want the real deal.

Yelp
Finally tried this hidden gem in the back of the HK Market, which btw go there too its awesome. The guy behind the counter had impressive knowledge of their menu and offered me a substitute for the protein in my noodles (Tofu). The restaurant itself is very wide open with plenty of seating. The tofu was perfect! I definitely will be back to try more menu items. Thank you

Yelp
This Chinese joint inside of HK Asian market In Corvallis is such a hidden gem! Seriously this is one of the best Chinese food I've had in Oregon! I can't believe we didn't discover it sooner! We've been to the market before but had no idea there is a restaurant in the back. Their Dim Sum is on point as well but today we ordered a few other things on the menu which were as good. The Singapore noodles are as good as the ones I've had in HK. If you are any close to Corvallis OR, you've got to try!! The HK market in the front is legit too. They have all your Chinese grocery needs!!!

Yelp
WOW, what a find! After over a 100 visits to China and rarely finding a restaurant here in the US that even uses Chinese spices....this is the real deal! We experimented all over the menu for our first visit! Twice Cooked Pork Belly was really good, the Ma Po Tofu actually had Sichuan Pepper in it, Singapore Street Noodles are a hit.....but the real winner was the Cumin Fish with red chili pepper! We will be back!

Yelp
Tucked inside the Asian market, this restaurant is a hidden gem! I was craving noodles, so when I saw this place on Yelp, I was delighted to see they had chow fun on the menu! Believe it or not, this Californian-turned-Oregonian can never find good chow fun, but BOY HOWDY does this place deliver! The chow fun was so wonderful and not over sauced or too salty. As a self-proclaimed potsticker connoisseur, I also tried theirs. The potstickers were thick and luscious, cooked to perfection. Also, as an added bonus: the to go containers are in meal prep style boxes instead of the normal cardboard soggy affair. That makes takeout so much easier! I will definitely be returning.

Donna H.

Yelp
Was told our take-out order would take 20 min, and we waited an HOUR! Ridiculous wait time and the food was bland with a gelatinous pile of rice noodles.
google avatar

Yelp
Our favorite spot in corvallis. Located inside the Asian market. You order up front and then you grab your own utensils, water/tea. The food is absolutely delicious. Flavors are on point. We have tried many of their dishes including the duck noodle soup, stir fried bean curd with pork, sizzling beef short ribs on hot plate, cumin lamb, stir fry tofu. We loved all of them! We always come back to eat here.
google avatar

Don B.

Yelp
We ordered Lamb and Bamboo Shoots as well as Stir Fried Nagaimo and Fungus. We're looking forward to finding out what nagaimo is like. We were warned that it might be "slimy." It is not. Tastes great. The lamb dish is great, too! Warning: This place is in the back of the Asian market with no signage outside.

Yelp
As first-time visitors to Yummy Yummy, we were immediately impressed but a bit overwhelmed by the diverse menu offerings. With so many choices, we were fortunate to have some members of our group who were regulars at the restaurant and were able to suggest some standout dishes. One dish that particularly stood out was the Ma Po tofu, which was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The chicken + onion in black bean sauce was another standout. Finally, the perfectly cooked green beans and the stir-fried lamb with cilantro were delicious as well. In addition to the great food, the atmosphere at Yummy Yummy is no-frills but welcoming, and the service was friendly and prompt. Overall, we highly recommend Yummy Yummy for its delicious food and excellent service. We can't wait to return and try even more items on the menu.

Yelp
The restaurant is tucked away in the back of an Asian grocery store, so you may never even know it's there - very unsuspecting. The ambiance is .... well .... non-existent. BUT, their food is actually BOMB!!!
google avatar

Andy V.

Yelp
I've been here a couple times now but the food has definitely stayed consistent and good. This time around I had one of their fish dishes which was definitely different from what I expected but still tasted very good. The first time I went I had a noodle soup dish which wasn't the best so I'm glad I gave it another shot!
google avatar

Yelp
Hidden Gem!! If you think ur lost when looking for this place then u found it lol hidden in the back of a Asian store this place was amazing with great dishes! Visiting from out of state we found this place on yelp and was hands down probably the bed food we had tried the whole visit! Highly recommend
google avatar

Smeeth W.

Yelp
Not the best Chinese restaurant in Corvallis but still good. The food is kind of too sweet and not spicy enough. And I wish they would add more vegetables
google avatar

Anj S.

Yelp
Food is excellent here!! If you have never been here before, there is no signage outside. We rolled around the strip mall for about an extra 5-10 min looking for the restaurant. Go into the food mart....the restaurant is all the way in the back. There are tables for you to dine in as well.

Azi B.

Yelp
Great food, a lot of variety and all at reasonable prices. Love the noodle dishes like Shrimp Rice noodle but my favorite is Egg Plant Beef

Mike T.

Yelp
This restaurant is a HIDDEN GEM. In the back of an Asian grocery store, Yummy Yummy has great food, great service and lots of great choices. And to boot the grocery in another great find. If you've had trouble finding all the Asian grocery products this is the place to go!!!

Emma B.

Yelp
holy wow! absolutely amazing food everyone there was so sweet. loved being able to browse while i waited for my food

Yelp
What a hidden gem! Great dumpling house. Felt more like a cafeteria environment but the food was great! Spicy dumpling, shrimp dumplings, and another pork mixture dumplings. We will return!

Kolleen P.

Yelp
very delicious! we got 2 plates of dim sum, a large soup, shrimp chow mien, and a soda for about $40 with tip. The shu mai was somewhat greasy, but we enjoyed a great casual afternoon meal here!

AG C.

Yelp
Best dim sum in Corvallis! Which REALLY isn't saying much in itself -- I haven't yet found any competitors -- but it also happens that this place is indeed yummy! Stir fried rice noodles with shrimp = fave entree. Lotus leaf sticky rice = AWESOME!! Shrimp shiu mai = also yummy, dim sum classic. Hong kong style bbq pork buns = not good, pretty dry, but seems to be one of the only places in corvallis with this dish. Instead, when ur craving hits, get this: Bamboo shoot pork buns = AMAZING!! Quicksand buns = good and interesting dessert, I had never had these before. For a more classic vanilla-y flavor, I prefer: Custard buns = YUMMY!! Overall, I'm really glad I found this place. Quick delivery to satisfy dinner cravings. Highly recommend!

Jonah S.

Yelp
I'll keep this concise, the food is VERY good. Now the pricing... feels egregious to me. I also think the location is very poor and I only take out. It's worth trying, or eating on occasion, but with the pricing and location, it feels as if it's missing something for me personally.
google avatar

Joshua K.

Yelp
Don't go for the atmosphere or the customer service. If that matters more to you than the best Chinese you will ever eat, your loss. The food was amazing. Docked a star cause the staff aren't nice. At all. And the atmosphere is crap. But the food makes up for it. Try the soup dumplings. 10/10.
google avatar

Julie J.

Yelp
Ordered a variety of main dishes and appetizers. I cannot say enough about how delicious it was. Everyone's meal was excellent, and it tasted authentic. Highly recommend!

Alan S.

Yelp
Best food in the world. Dumplings and noodles and chili oil and rice and yummy yummy authentic food

Roy R.

Yelp
We have had some good meals here but or last one may be our last - four of us ordered the whole fish - assuming we would have some fish meat. There was only fish bones with a pile of veggies on top! Nice part - they did credit back on the $25

Holly B.

Yelp
Wow. This restaurant is at the back of HR Market. I was so pleasantly surprised with the crispiest orange chicken, peppery kung pao, wonderful curry fried rice and fried noodles. My husband couldn't stop raving about the potstickers and especially the dipping sauce. Huge portions. Only downside is we only get to have it once a year when we visit.
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
I had popped into HK Asian Market previously to take a look and saw this restaurant in the back. I had a craving for some more authentic Chinese cuisine and landed on this option to try. I ordered the braised rib rice bowl and the pork belly rice bowl. The woman working the counter was very nice and kept checking in on me even though I was only ordering take out. The food did take some time to come out, but this was only because they were slammed with so many online orders. Both bowls had the same sauce base, but it was a delicious sauce flavored with a rich soy, stock, and fragrant spices. The rib meat pieces were small and plentiful, and bones not too comber some to remove. Meat was very tender and fell off the bone. The pork belly also had a decent quantity, with thick fat that was succulent and not chewy at all. Overall I really enjoyed the food and will definitely return again!

Rebecca S.

Yelp
Awesome food! we have been there several times and each time ordered something different.all has been great! Not greasy, well seasoned and tasty. I am not a big spice/hot food lover but have found their one pepper dishes done well. Anything more than one pepper is too hot for me. Highly recommend this restaurant! The way you order for take out is easy, efficient, and works well! Best Chinese in Corvallis!
google avatar

Siobhan M.

Yelp
LOVE this place! It's in the back of the HK Asian Market so you might miss it on first glance, but it has really great, authentic food -- highly recommend the house special tofu :) One of our favorite places in town!

Taylor C.

Yelp
Best food in Corvallis! The price is right too!!! Everyone is friendly!!! I have yet to have a bad experience or dish yet!!! 10/10 must try!
google avatar

James R.

Yelp
Best Chinese food in Corvallis, fight me. Highly recommend the Szechuan twice cooked pork belly. I can't stop spending my money here.

Solomon C.

Yelp
Phenomenal, by far the best Asian restaurant in Corvallis. My girlfriend who is Vietnamese always gets upset if we go to any other Asian place in town.

Corine W.

Yelp
I really love this place, but when we walked in today there was a new menu...less choices and a slightly higher price. The food was amazing, but I was sad because I had planned on working my way through the menu.

Victor L.

Yelp
This is the best Chinese food in Corvallis. The food quality, taste, and authenticity is good even to Chinatown in northern California. The price is also very reasonable.
google avatar

Jonathan H.

Yelp
This place is the best chinese food in Corvallis. Best ever great service great flavors amazing drinks kind staff thank you

Yelp
Corvallis suffers from a great restaurant scene. There are some good places to go, but not like other cities that focus on gourmet or fine dining experiences. It's a college town surrounded by forests and agriculture. While it's tough to get good Chinese food in town, this place isn't the one to go to. It's somewhat a hole-in-the wall in the back of an Asian supermarket. I know, I know, seems like a hopeful opportunity, so I went for it and was severely disappointed. The food was expensive, but I thought I'd try a new place anyhow. I tried three dishes, a kung pao chicken, noodles dish and sesame chicken. All were extremely dry, and had that pre-fabricated taste and construction. As if someone had pulled the food out of the freezer section in the store, heated it up, and put it into a to-go container. Also upon eating it, had the taste of leftover food from buffet. So be forewarned if you go for it, maybe your experience will be better. Getting a one star because two is 'could have been better', and I'm suggesting for the prices, it could have been 'a lot' better.
google avatar

Alberto L.

Yelp
A great Chinese restaurant hidden in the back of an Asian supermarket. There's no decor, no service whatsoever except for the fact that they bring food to the tables, and you gotta be prepared to wait. If you're not ok with any of these, well, there's plenty of other restaurants out there. LOL. In any event, we had the eggplant with beef, the cumin lamb and the chicken clay pot with bean sauce and it was all excellent, and not excessively heavy or oily. We'll definitely go back to try their noodle soups and more adventurous meat dishes (think liver, kidney and more).

Grace B.

Yelp
Amazing food and great, fast delivery! I got both custard buns so that I could try they both and they are both delicious! Would recommend!
google avatar

Corley S.

Yelp
Delicious, authentic Chinese food for great prices! Soooo good, try anything on the menu!
google avatar

Virginia P.

Yelp
My favorite Chinese food in town. Love the xiao long bao and scallion pancake. Also, it's conveniently part of HK market so you can pick up groceries at the same time.
google avatar

Gillian T.

Yelp
Food: great authentic Asian home cooking. Environment: It is located INSIDE the Asian supermarket, so you have to walk THROUGH the supermarket and towards the back to an area with some basic tables and chairs. There isn't an English sign for the restaurant at the front of the supermarket, so you won't even know there's a restaurant inside. There is an English menu at the counter, so don't let the board with only Chinese writing scare you. Service: order at the counter and then will bring you your food. You get your own water utensils.
google avatar

Jill G.

Yelp
Definitely a little hole in the wall place but worth the visit. It's just a small room in the back of the store. It is totally bare bones with no service (apart from ordering at the counter) and no ambiance, but the food is outstanding. There are some very strange dishes if you want to try something different, not me, but what I have ordered is noteworthy. The vegetables are fresh and not overcooked and the meats are tender. There are always a lot of people there for lunch and dinner so seating may be limited. We have eaten in and have done takeout.
google avatar

Ann S.

Yelp
What a nice surprise! A very tasty and generous meal at this simple, basic place behind an Asian food store. The mapo tofu was delicious--medium spicy with lots of tingly Szechuan pepper. Fried noodles with pork were also good. Shrimp suimai not so much. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely will come back.
google avatar

Leumas S.

Yelp
authentic chinese food. best i've had in oregon. yeah you got that yummy, yummy, yummy, yummy, that yummy yummy.
google avatar

Chad K.

Yelp
Currently our favorite Chinese restaurant in Corvallis. This is not your typical American-Chinese take-out. If you're looking for more authentic flavors, this is the place to go. We have enjoyed everything that we've ordered, but beware as many of their dishes are quite spicy!
