"This new Peruvian restaurant from the group behind El Chile and Alcomar is located in the old El Sapo space on Manor. The menu covers a lot of ground, but you definitely want cebiche - a Japanese-influenced take on traditional ceviche - as well as the grilled chicken with chimichurri and roast vegetables.
