Yuyuza fast-casual Pan Asian restaurant to open in Wicker Park - Eater Chicago

"The owner of Yuzu Sushi & Robata Grill plans to open Yuzuya Asian Grill in January at 1415 N. Milwaukee Avenue. Yuzuya will be a Pan Asian and assembly line-style restaurant with rice bowls, including hormone- and antibiotics-free beef, chicken, and salmon, tofu, and a selection from Beyond Meat. Food is so good here! Love the options of protein and healthy sides that taste awesome. The cauliflower with ponzu sauce is one of my fave sides. The beyond meat and salmon options are also really good. 👍🏼

Great place! Their steak teriyaki is awesome. Salmon is solid. Love the sides. Staff is friend and provide efficient service. Could eat here every week. Very happy this place opened back up after covid!
