Z-Burger (South West)

We were very hungry after a long travel day! Found Z-Burger based on reviews. Burgers, onion rings, fries, and 75 diff milkshake flavors were enough to fill our hunger void. Medium fries were enough for 6 people. Generous portions, fresh made burgers and real ice cream shakes were all delicious. Recommend!

It’s a large space NOT bursting with customers. Doesn’t look well kept and the grill clearly is not cleaned/scrapped often. Still tried to food as my kids really wanted burgers. However, I was not impressed. I would not spend another dollar here.

Fantastic food at a really good price. The free Wi-Fi is also great and there is plenty of space that would seat around 100 customers. The menu is very versatile and the free additions you get to burgers are fantastic. The milkshakes are also great and my kids love them a great deal. We are visiting from Australia and would come back for sure!

Double patty chicken burger was cool but dry. Tons of fries and the beef burger was decent. The people were friendly but the place was boring and had no atmosphere

The food is pretty good. I’ve been there a few times. There is an African-American guy with an accent who has amazing customer service. He makes the best shakes! I always give a tip when he’s there. The other day, there was a young lady serving food in a coat, long hair with no hair net and I was a little worried about hair getting in my food. They just opened and seems to be figuring things out. It’s very clean in there. I would recommend this place. 11/15/24 I have decrease my rating. First, there isn’t an option to decline a tip for take out orders. Two, the cashier is making shakes. I didn’t see if he washed his hands or not so he could have. The shake was disgusting!!! I poured it out and threw it away. The burger was mediocre. Definitely not worth the price. The food has declined since opening. Pass by this location. I work for the Mayor and the District and it’s disheartening to know that Restaurants serve food to their patrons that is unacceptable. I’m paying with my hard earned money, it would be nice if they actually cared about the product that they are serving. I see why this particular location isn’t as busy as others.

My family of 5 ordered cheeseburger/hot dogs, and fries and onion rings; reminded us a lot of Five Guys, pretty decent tho not fancy. A very large amount of fries and onion rings with an order, likely enough for three people on the fries at least. Friendly service, everything was hot. The fountain drinks were out of root beer but we made it work with other options, maybe not a destination but good for what it is!

Do not be intimidated by the appearance!! While it may seem like it might not have the best of food, that is the furthest thing from the truth. You can see them putting care into making the food, especially the burgers which you can see them cooking. If you want a delicious burger I 10/10 recommend this place! Even though the pizza sits in a warmer… it’s actually really really good! Although the trash cans say Panda Express, the food from Z Burger is amazing and I will be going again! Might even get a full pizza! It’s also affordable!

Pizza was stale because it was in the warmer too long. Wanted a shake as a treat and since was a large they added milk. Shake was soupy. I gave it back and had water. Avoid this place. There's not many options in this area.
