Tonight we truly had the worst experience with Z-Burger that we couldn't even make up if we wanted to. If I had the option to give this place zero stars then that would be my rating. We ordered our food with 'Mr Beast Burgers' through Uber Eats, which Z-Burger was the restaurant that was suppose to provide the food. To start, an order that was suppose to take 30 minutes took well over 1 1/2 hour. My Uber Eats driver waited and waited, and finally got so frustrated that he messaged me details about the fiasco, and ended up leaving. And then I had the pleasure of calling Z-Burger where I got hung up on 4 times before I finally got an employee on the phone. After 10 minutes of the employee trying to gaslight me as to why they weren't responsible, and in fact blamed the Uber driver saying he didn't show up. And yet, I could see the driver at the restaurant on my GPS and was communicating with him the whole time. In fact, I had to post the screenshot of my conversation with my driver because Uber Eats doesn't deserve to be blamed by an incompetent employee.
Luckily for me another driver finally showed up to pick up my order, or so I thought. The Z-Burger employee assured me that the food was just cooked and the order would be correct. Wow was he lying to me, the order finally arrived at 10:15pm, and the order was totally wrong, missing items, and to top it off the food wasn't warm. This has to be the biggest fail I've experienced from a restaurant with a food delivery. Luckily Uber Eats saw that Z-Burger completely screwed things up and gave me my money back. That's why I will continue to use Uber Eats, but I will never ever ever order Mr. Beast Burger or Z- Burger from the location.
