The 19 Best Restaurants In Anaheim - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Located one block from the 5 freeway, Zait & Zataar is our pick for a quick meal before getting on the road. The order-at-the-counter Lebanese spot is 100% halal, with a gigantic menu with dedicated sections for breakfast, mezze, salads, lunch bowls, and fresh baked goods. If you’re in a rush, go for the Arabi-style wrap. We love the slightly sweet, marinated chicken shawarma, but you can’t go wrong with any filling, because the flatbread wrap itself is so good: warm and buttery, with crispy golden edges that crackle with each bite. If you see us driving down Brookhurst with one of these in our hands, mind your business." - brant cox

Google
Zait & Zaatar is hands-down the best Lebanese spot in Anaheim! Stopped by for lunch and it was packed with a lively crowd, which made the experience even better. Every dish we tried was outstanding – fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and pure authenticity. Standouts from our meal: - Cheese & Zaatar Combo: Simple yet exploding with flavor. - Shrimp Pizza: So creative and delicious, the shrimp was perfectly cooked. - Combo Shawarma Plate: Juicy, well-seasoned shawarma with amazing garlic sauce and sides. - Lebanese Araya (with kafta): Rich, hearty, and made with care. Everything tasted homemade and high-quality. The staff was super welcoming, and the vibe is energetic and family-friendly. Worth every penny – this place is a gem! Will definitely be returning soon.

We came to Zait & Za’atar Lebanese Restaurant in Anaheim for a lunch date and had such a great experience. The food was incredibly tasty with so much flavor in every dish. The owner was kind, welcoming, and very friendly, and took the time to suggest some of their best dishes, which we truly appreciated. We loved the combo dish, it was a a perfect way to try multiple flavors and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the hamburger was as well. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care. Great food, warm service, and a lovely atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to friends!

Google
Cozy Middle Eastern bakery/restaurant. Tucked away in a small plaza. They have a free private lot. There is plenty of indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. Their menu has lots of options to choose from. We tried the Arab style beef shawarma sandwich which came with a side of fries. It was yummy. The combo chicken/beef shawarma plate was also yummy. The chicken kebab plate is also yummy. Portions are very generous and prices are super reasonable. Service is very friendly and hospitable.

Google
We start off with the cheese and Zaatar combo. It’s a mix of four different cheeses topped with thyme, oregano, sesame seed, and olive oil. Each bite was pillowy with the herbs & spices dancing about. The grilled shrimp pizza is one of my favorites here. Topped with shrimp, pizza sauce, corn, cheese, mushroom, and onion. It’s hard to beat. Their grilled ribeye plate comes fully loaded with rice, salad and hummus. You gotta eat this with that delicious garlic paste. Their combo ribeye and chicken breast plate is for those who want the best of both worlds. The Juicy marinated chicken is the star of this dish. If you love shawarma, this arabi style is the business. Loaded with beef, tahini, and tomato with a portion size good for two people. This is the first falafel I’ve had that was actually crispy on the outside and super moist in the inside. I can easily put away half a dozen of these. They also carry traditional yogurt drinks. It is a touch salty and creamy at the same time. It brings a great balance to your meal.

Google
Me and my friends tried Lebanese food here for the first time, and it was amazing! The food was so good—full of flavor and super fresh. The service was fast even though it was packed. The owner came out to greet us and was very friendly and welcoming. If you want to try great Lebanese food, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back!

Google
After a really disappointing dinner at another Middle Eastern restaurant in Anaheim, we knew we had to come to Zait & Zaatar before leaving SoCal, and I’m so glad we did. The Shawarma Arabi immediately caught our attention, and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely delicious. It’s been days and I still can’t stop thinking about it, I even looked up recipes when we got home since we live across the country. The chicken was incredibly tender and marinated to perfection, with just the right amount of filling. It was wrapped perfectly in a tortilla and toasted for that ideal crunch. The pickled radish and cucumber were so good, and even the coleslaw was delicious. The garlic toum was the perfect finishing touch. And the French fries? Hands down the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We were so happy to redeem our Middle Eastern food experience with this meal. Highly recommend!

Google
Had the most wonderful experience at @zaitandzaatar 🇱🇧✨ It truly felt like we were transported straight to Lebanon, from the beautiful decor to the warm, welcoming atmosphere 🤍 We ordered the combo cheese & zaatar manoush and the combo kabob plate with grilled ribeye steak and chicken breast, garlic, tahini, house-made pomegranate sauce and hot sauce. Everything came with a fresh side salad and warm bread for the hummus, absolute perfection ✨ We were also treated to cheese and chocolate pastries, which were so good and ended up being my daughter’s favorite 🍫 It was the perfect meal for a hot day, paired with a refreshing strawberry malt drink 🍓 I was so happy to hear they’ve also opened a second location nearby!

Google
Zait and Zatar was absolutely amazing! The bread was incredibly delicious and fresh, and you can truly taste the quality in every bite. Everything we tried was great — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The overall experience was excellent, and I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Authentic Lebanese Cuisine that's less than 10 min away from Disneyland! We were actually on our way back home from a road trip and decided to stop by here for lunch. The food was fresh and healthy, which made it easy on our stomachs for the rest of the drive back. The menu ranges from flatbreads, pizza, rice plates, wraps, sandwiches, and more. They also serve breakfast until 1pm and have a nice assortment of bakery items along with desserts. * Grilled Beef Kabob Plate * Falafel (half dozen) - this was our favorite * Spinach and Cheese Flatbread * Kafta Flatbread * Lebanese Pizza * Nutella Wrap w/ Banana * Butterfly Hazelnut Croissant Dog-friendly patio!

Yelp
Abysmal customer service. I visited at around 7:45pm on Saturday, and there was a couple ahead of me in line. There were at least 3 people behind the counter in the kitchen, but none of them acknowledged us. After 5 min, I asked the couple in front of me if they ordered yet, but they said not yet. When one of the guys behind the counter finally came around to taking the couple's order, he didn't apologize for the long wait, and he actually looked annoyed like he was doing them a favor. Then he promptly left the ordering counter while the patron was paying with his credit card. So I was left to wait for an unknown amount of time with no acknowledgement. After a few more minutes, I decided to just leave without ordering anything because it was clear my patronage was not welcome. I noticed several other Yelpers (mostly women) experienced this awful customer service as well. Do better, y'all.

Yelp
Stopped by on a weekend afternoon and enjoyed my meal here. Plentiful outdoor seating. Service was quick and friendly! I got the combo shawerma plate that came with two of their saj breads. Delicious! The amount of rice and salad was perfect. The sauces added so much flavor. My only complaint is that the chicken was quite dry - I'd probably just get beef next time. The portion was generous and I had leftovers despite sharing with a friend. Overall, it was a good meal! The freshness and portion size stood out.

Yelp
Zait & Zaatar was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. Everything was incredibly fresh and dotted with herbs and aromatics. Portions were healthy and generous. Here is what we ordered: 1. Arayes (meat-stuffed pita) 2. Beef shawarma wrap with fries 3. Za'atar & Jibneh (cheese) Manoushe (a Lebanese type of pizza) 4. For the mezze - tabbouleh, baba ganoush (both very bright and citrusy), and dolma (my favorite) 5. For the dessert - baklava It's a smallish restaurant, with many ordering takeout, but I found the booth seating both charming and comfortable. Z&Z also sell jars of their spices (namely sumac and za'atar), as well as olive oil and honey.

Yelp
Welcoming vibes right from the moment I walked in. GREEN FLAGS. There's so much on the menu I needed to take a bit to read everything in detail! It was worth it. There's soo many things I want from the menu. I ordered: Combo Kabob Plate, Oven Baked Kafta & Zait & Zaatar. It was all so good!!! The beef and chicken was chef kiss. It was juicy! The sauce they used for the salad was amazing. It was so good I was going to ask for extra extra extra sauce but I got shy. If you like a bit sour and tangy ORDER extra salad sauce for sure! It even pairs well with the beef and chicken. The food was so flavorful. The Zait & Zaatar bread was good! We had the cheesy one but I prefer the one with tyme and oregano flavor. You can tell all the employees are working so hard. It's a rainy day so I'm assuming it's a bit slow but I always see an employee come out clean the tables and the trash area, which I really appreciate!!! They have a lot of online orders so please be patient!!

Yelp
Zaatar offers a wide variety of delicious Lebanese dishes from flatbreads, pizzas, rice plates, wraps, sandwiches, and more. The wood-fired pizzas and breads had incredible flavor. The staff were friendly and hospitable, offering great recommendations. Absolutely loved the quaint ambiance. We tried the Cheese & Zaatar combo, a traditional pizza-like breakfast dish (made in their wood fire pizza oven). The Chicken shawarma plate. Grilled Kafka plate. Lean ground beef mixed with parsley, onion & Mediterranean spices. All carefully prepared by chef Mohammad.

Yelp
As usual we did a to go order to take to the hotel and holy moly did it hit. This is one of my favorite spots ever. We even took the left overs with us the next day and ate them pretty early because we did not want to waste it and couldn't get enough. Please start a location up in Sacramento.

Yelp
Zait & Zaatar is a casual eatery in Anaheim, CA that's serves up Lebanese fare: baked flatbreads, wraps, sandwiches, shawarma (or protein of choice) plates/bowls, appetizers, breakfast, salad; and a variety of baked goods. All made-in house. We got a few things - Vegetarian combo: Hummus, baba ghannouj, tabouleh, falafel, pickles & tahini sauce. Saj flatbread included. Love it! Chicken Shawarma Plate: marinated chicken, salad, hummus, rice, pickles & garlic sauce/chili sambal. Good. Some baked goods: mini Zaatar flatbread, mini spinach and cheese pies. We loved the Zaatar flatbread! Overall, we thought everything here was good and made with fresh ingredients and nicely packaged for takeout. Service was helpful and friendly. Parking inside a mini-mall shared with nearby businesses.

Yelp
Cheese pizza! This is a hidden gem Lebanese restaurant and bakery that offers shawarma combos, pizzas, and bakery items. You can walk in and order down a line at the counter. It is quite a wait as they make the food fresh, so I would order on the phone ahead of time. There's some simple drinks in the fridge to the side and a bathroom in the back. There's also a few clean tables, but these can get filled often.

Yelp
I love family run restaurants that show you a love of their food and culture. This restaurant is small yet has so much to offer. The service is attentive and a smile was always offered. The menu is sure to offer you a few must have items. The menu is full of so many delicious options including bowls, wraps, salads, sandwiches, plates and bakery items. As they are all homemade you simply cannot go wrong with anything you order. The olive oil is sourced from family in Lebanon and their herb mix and sumac are also homemade. You simply cannot beat the carefully crafted recipes and authentic flavors that come out of their kitchen. To make your meal even more traditional all their breads are cooked in house as well. Their saj breads and pitas simply cannot be beat as they are so soft and pillowy. Vegan options Outdoor seating available

Yelp
I love Mediterranean food so I try a lot of places. I don't know exactly how to feel about this one. I think if my husband had not gone with me I would've waited a while for service. They greeted him nicely but no word to me. I noticed that even more so when another couple ladies came in and the guy let them stand there a while before taking their order. They even asked if they were going to take their order and the guy said he'd be there in a bit but instead had someone else come take their order. So that bothered me. We ordered the beef shawarma plate, a spicy ayres or however you spell it, and a beef pizza like bread. Food was delicious. I especially liked their garlic spread but they only give you a maybe about a tablespoon of it. I couldn't ask for more since they'd only speak with my husband. The place is busy with middle eastern people which can only mean the food is good. But again they only speak with the men. We spent about $60 for food and drinks. I don't think I'll go there again even though they serve good food.

Yelp
Just a few minutes from Disneyland -- way better value than most spots nearby! This Middle Eastern gem really impressed me. Everything is made fresh to order -- you can tell by the way it looks and tastes. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a slow meal, they've got you covered. Tons of bakery items too! Combo Cheese & Zaatar Manakish - Loved this one! If you're a cheese lover like me, you'll be obsessed. The zaatar adds a nice herbal twist without overpowering the gooey cheese. Felt like a perfect little fusion moment. Kibbeh (1 piece) - My first time trying kibbeh and I really enjoyed it! Crispy on the outside, warm and flavorful inside. Super fresh, and even the kids liked it. Spicy Potatoes - These were a hit with our little foodie friend too! Crispy outside, soft inside, and they don't taste like your average preservative-filled fries. Clean and simple - perfect side dish. Shawarma Plate Combo - The meat was sliced thin and grilled beautifully - juicy and tender with every bite. The plate comes with a bit of everything: grilled meat, salad, rice... Balanced and satisfying. If you're doing low-carb or keto, it totally works too!

Yelp
This is my first time trying Lebanese food and I loved it! The vibe was super cozy inside and they had such a variety of food. The bread was incredibly fresh and flavorful and everything came out super fast. My fav was the garlic sauce!!

Yelp
First time having lebanese food & it was so good! Its pretty small inside and a few tables still had stuff on it so we waited around for a bit for a seat. I think there was only 1 girl working the front. We got so much food and it was just so good. I didn't have any expectations going on but the flavors took me for a ride. Cannot wait to go back and try out other items

Yelp
One of the best Lebanese restaurants I've tried in Anaheim. They specialize in authentic Lebanese dishes--such as manakeesh (flatbreads), shawarma, saj wraps, hummus, tabouleh, and more. Zait and Zaatar is a traditional Middle Eastern pairing of olive oil (zait) and a fragrant spice blend (zaatar), which typically includes thyme, sesame seeds, sumac, and salt. Together, they are often enjoyed by dipping fresh bread into the olive oil and then into the zaatar, creating a flavorful and wholesome snack. Their hummus dip and falafels were amazing. You cannot miss out on this place. There are some items that were just ok such as their pizza and the chicken shawarma. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating. Customer service is great and very friendly staff.

Yelp
Delicious food all around! Sam the owner was so sweet and showed me all around the restaurant. All the food is from his country.

Yelp
Zait & Zaatar is such a hidden gem in Anaheim! It's a cozy little Mediterranean spot with fresh, made-to-order dishes and some fun, unique twists. One of my favorite parts was watching the food being cooked right in the fire oven--you can literally see everything coming together in real time. I tried the cheese and zaatar bread, and it was so delicious--crispy, flavorful, and super comforting. The potatoes were to die for! so crispy on the outside and so fluffy on the inside. They also have a mini bakery section, perfect if you're just stopping by for a snack or something quick to-go. Their drink selection is also unique--lots of options you won't find at your typical spot. On top of that, the owner and staff are incredibly friendly, and the portions are generous for the price. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to--can't wait to try more from their menu!

Yelp
I had my first time trying Lebanese food, and I was blown away! The chicken plate was absolutely delicious. The marinated chicken was spot on, and the spices were perfectly balanced and flavorful. They also have a great patio area where you can enjoy your meal outdoors. Even the Lebanese drinks were unique and worth trying. The staff was super friendly and made the food with love. We also really enjoyed the chicken schwarma. They have freshly baked breads that I'll definitely come back to try as I was already full with the generous portion of food. There are so many fresh-made options to choose from at this restaurant. Fresh is always the best.

Yelp
My first time trying Lebanese food. What a hidden gem in Anaheim. I love supporting mom and pop and this place was amazing. Service. Top notch. Guy who helped me was so nice. Patience and helped me pick my lunch. The food. So good. Chicken shawarma wrap was so good. Good flavor from the oven. Really good garlic saice. Got myself a chicken plate with hummus and lettuce. Everything fresh. The wrap they give you is so fresh and thin. Sauces really good. I love the pomegranate balsamic. Zaaatar with the sauce was good also. They warm it up really quick in the oven.

Yelp
Food was decent. Ordered beef shawarma sandwich. Decent quantity. The bread was burned. Nice little store with good rustic ambience.

Yelp
Being of Mediterranean descent, I've always loved Lebanese food. Zaat and Zaatar captures everything I adore with rich flavors, vibrant herbs, olive oil, and lemony freshness. Every bite was so fresh and flavorful. I even got to go in the kitchen and visit the new bakery next door, which made it even more fun. The food tastes homemade and full of love. Everything is fresh, healthy, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend if you enjoy authentic Mediterranean food made with care and flavor.

Yelp
had this place saved for awhile. the cauliflower was amazingg-garlicy and very delicious, the chicken shawarma arabi was perfect- the sauce was amazing and grilled so well, chicken was so good, the grilled kafta was so good too adn was amazing with the sauce and tahini (best tahini ive tasted), the cheese and zataar, the hummus! everything tasted great and made in house. i love the decor too and they have more seating outside as well. the bakery section is also really nice and most of the staff were very friendly. such a cute spot and great place for lebanese food.
google avatar

Yelp
This was my first time having Lebanese food and my favorite was the Chicken Shawerma Arabi. The worker recommended us a couple of items to try off the menu and everything was good. We got to try a drink that was similar to Coke, but a lighter flavor. There are a couple of tables inside to enjoy your meal. The restaurant is very well decorated and the parking lot is super easy to find spots! ig: @cravingswithcat

Yelp
We recently had one of the best Lebanese feasts of our lives here. This restaurant & bakery has a custom built brick oven, and they make everything fresh with all the best ingredients. The whole team is so warm and welcoming and take your order fast. They have seating indoors and outdoor with cozy vibes that make you feel at home. We tried: Cheese & Zaatar Manouche Spinach & Cheese Pie Kofta Pie Kibbeh Falafel Cucumber Yogurt Dip w/ Saj Bread Shawarma Plate If you've never tried Zaatar, it's a flavorful blend of thyme, oregano, sesame & olive oil. Simple as it may seem, it is just bursting with flavor and combined with the fresh baked breads this was some of the best we've tried. The cucumber dip, and hummus that came on the shawarma plate were so creamy and delicious with the thin saj bread. We loved that the kibbeh and falafel here both had nice outer crunch but weren't too dried out, and they were delicious with the house made sauces like pomegranate molasses, Tahiti, garlic sauce and spicy aioli. The little pies are so warm and fluffy, and I loved the touch of sour flavor from sumac in the spinach & cheese pie. The ground beef kofta was also spiced just right. For the shawarma plate we got a mix of both chicken & beef, and it came with rice, salad & hummus. The meats were so juicy and flavorful. They serve breakfast till 1pm so we need to go back to try that. They also sell pastries by the dozen so it's a wonderful option to consider when you're looking for something unique to bring to your next gathering.

Yelp
Amazing food! We ordered 8 different items of food off the menu & everything was delicious!!

Yelp
So happy we have Zait & Zataar in Aliso Viejo!! Don't sleep on this spot! First off its super clean and comfy outdoor seating. The hospitality is incredible, they answered mine and my friends questions about different dishes and baked flatbreads. Wonderful service and the food was AMAZING!!! We had Manaouche with cheese, I may not have spelled that right and also Beef Shawerma arabi sandwich...it was SO Good. We ordered pastries to go that we sampled there, they have egg white cheese and parsley. Can't wait to go back and try the baba ganoush, hummus and chicken Shawerma. What a great addition to that plaza!

Yelp
So delicious! The food was absolutely bomb! It was our first time trying Lebanese cuisine, and we were blown away by the freshness and healthiness of every dish. You can truly taste the quality in every bite. The chicken was marinated to perfection, with a blend of spices that danced on our taste buds--juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor! The roasted potatoes were a delightful surprise, with a zesty lemony twist that added a refreshing brightness to the meal. Each piece was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making them the perfect accompaniment to the savory chicken.

Yelp
I hadn't been to Zait and Zaatar since well before the pandemic. I'm so glad a friend suggested meeting up there. It had been way too long since my last visit. Upon walking up to the entrance I was greeted with speakers playing Fairuz singing Al Bostah. I instantly flashed back to being a kid and hearing my parents listening to this song. I love singing along even though I don't know any Arabic at all . Most people opt to sit outside in the patio, but we sat inside since my friend had her 1 year old with her and it was an overcast and chilly morning. We hadn't seen each other for a long time so we had a leisurely 1.5 hour brunch. No one bothered us. I didn't notice that the staff was slammed the entire time. There was a constant stream of customers and I only saw 3 employees! They are very laid back here. I can see how someone unfamiliar with the culture can assume they don't care or lack customer service, but that's not the case. On my way out I ordered my husband a shawarma wrap to go and it was ready in just a few minutes. When I got home he gobbled it all up. He's from Lebanon and a shawarma snob. I had a couple bites of his sandwich and couldn't believe how good it was. I think we'll be back soon because we have tried a lot of shawarma all over LA/OC and in my opinion this was my favorite! The saj bread is delicious, the tarator sauce is the perfect consistency and the shawarma was tender and soft like a filet mignon!

Yelp
Everything was absolutely amazing! We had the best service and it really felt like family. If you are in need of some good food that feels like you are in someone's house I highly recommend checking this place out. It is fairly close to Disneyland so I will definitely be back! I am still raving over the amazing food I had. My mom and I had the best experience and the staff was incredible.

Yelp
the tasty haul: - zait & zaatar pizza - combo kabob plate - veggie combo plate - chicken shawarma "zait" means oil. "zaatar" means mixed of spices. put them together & you've got Zait & Zaatar - a spot that doesn't just serve food, but serves an experience. Sam, the owner, was incredibly warm & welcoming, helping us navigate their extensive menu so we could get a real taste of Lebanon. it's both a restaurant & a bakery, with a legit brick oven that makes everything feel extra authentic. everything is made fresh to order. i had my first ever zait & zaatar pizza. it had a good amount of cheese inside. the herbs, the oil - all house-made. it was another level!! even someone like me, who normally skips on falafel, was blown away. their falafel was freshly made & easily became my favorite dish of the day. we got the combo plate that had ribeye steak & chicken slowly roasting on the shawarma spit which also had the zaatar. it added this earthy, herby flavor that brought everything together. add in garlic sauce, hummus & babaganoush, then wrap it all in fresh saj bread? that was the perfect bite. oh, exciting news!! they've got a new location in aliso viejo opening soon. will 100% make the drive cos when you find the best lebanese food, you go back for more!

Yelp
Such a beautiful interior and yummy restaurant! I got the beef shawarma plate and I really loved it. The salad paired so well and my only complaint is I wish there was more hummus!

Yelp
My first time trying Lebanese food and this place made me love it. The beef shawerma was very delicious. The portion was huge I finished it in 2 meals. The cheese starter was also very good. The cheese smell was extremely appetizing. They used a few types of cheese which I don't remember but it's the smell I never tasted before in other food. The server was very friendly. I noticed this is probably a local's favorite because at least 10 people came here to buy in the duration 15-20 minutes I was eating there.

Yelp
Wonderful food here. Get a box of treats for friends or coworkers and watch how fast it all gets devoured.

Yelp
Wow wow wow!!! Did I just teleport to Loubnan? no!! It's Zait w Zaatar! Omg this place is amazing! The Shawerma has the best seasoning, and the perfect taste! Round is GOOOD! Not whipped up to be fluffy and airy! Portions were huge, everything was delicious! I also order a Lahm Bajeen and oh my god it was massive, I had half in the late evening and the the rest in the morning. SO GOOD! Delicious and authentic!! We ordered from Laguna Beach and got the food fresh in like 20 mins!! Super fast and super tasty! my new fav!!

Yelp
I've been in line the last twenty minutes and it hasn't moved. No one (employees or customers) appear to know what they want or what to do lol. People have returned their wrong orders while waiting in line, hope this doesn't happen to me. Prices and portions also seem kinda whack.

Yelp
If you're looking for delicious and authentic Lebanese food, look no further than Zait & Zattar! When you first walk in, it looks small, but it's cozy. There are a few tables with lots of decorations, especially small items hanging from the ceiling. Ahmed (sorry, if I spelled your name wrong), was fantastic and friendly. We got the Combo, Spicy Potatoes, Falafel, Beef bowl, and Sheesh Tawook. Each dish had great flavor but my favorite of the day was the spicy potatoes! They were a perfect golden brown and SO crispy. It even had a hint of citrus flavor! So good. Don't sleep on this spot!

Yelp
As a white man who loves middle eastern food...a lot of restaurants judge you the second you walk in the door. The owner (I'm assuming he is the owner) welcomed me THE SECOND I walked in the door. He gave me a free pastry and helped me while ordering my food. The food was beyond delicious. The customer service was excellent. What a warm and welcoming place. I will be bringing my entire family back here and making this place a usual stop!

Yelp
Love this spot. Everything is made fresh everyday and amazing. Service on point and just a great family run business. Gotta get their cheese naan bread it was addicting! Also got their chicken shawarma plate and it was delicious healthy goodness. They packed so much chicken in with their garlic sauce. It came with fries, their cabbage, pickles and more garlic sauce to put together the perfect bites. Definitely coming back every chance I get!

Yelp
Tried Lebanese food and the first thing I chose was a Lebanese Pizza. Similar to other Mediterranean places, you have your wraps and meat dishes but I went with the Pizza since it seemed like an oddity. The pizza was fresh and crispy with loads of goat cheese and feta with a unique tart flavor. I did feel a bit basic but the flavor was awesome and definitely a good vegetarian option if you're into that thing. Topped with some weird but sweet flavored soda from the Mediterranean. Place has some interesting decor on the inside and plenty of outdoor seating. Also, they also function as a bakery with multiple kinds of baked goods, had a cheese pastry as dessert. Service is nice, the lady at the cashier stand was very helpful in explaining the dishes to me.

Yelp
Stopped in yesterday on way to Disney's California Adventure to grab some shawerma on the run to get better food for less than in the park. (Thank you 98.7fm for the tickets to their Private Party!) Staff was very friendly and attentive and had our order ready shortly after we arrived. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their shrimp wraps. I could even hear my daughter's (mmm-mmm's) in between bites. The wife and I really enjoyed our chicken shawerma "sandwiches" (wrapped in lavish, I believe). Flavor was fantastic and the addition of French fries, spices, garlic sauce and pickles made it a real winner. I recommend getting a side of the delicious garlic sauce to dip in when you need a little extra kick. The size of the wrap was ample as well; one is definitely enough and is very filling. We watched some diners in the restaurant get their combo orders and the portions with fries and a side were enormous. The decor of this small little restaurant was nice, too, and the stone bathroom was gorgeous and clean. I'd definitely go back!

Yelp
Authentic and Delicious Lebanese Flavors! Real, authentic Lebanese food that truly hits the spot. The shawarma was flavorful and perfectly seasoned, and the other sandwiches were just as delicious. The hummus presentation was incredible, smooth, fresh, and beautifully plated. The tabbouleh was vibrant and well-balanced. You can tell everything is made with care and tradition. Highly recommend Zayt & Zaatar for anyone craving genuine Lebanese taste in Anaheim!

Yelp
Going to come back all the way from Bay Area just for the delicious Lebanese flavors! The Zaatar manakish had a fantastic herbal, tangy punch, fresh, soft and chewy bread. The chicken shish tawouk wrap with garlic sauce and pickles, rich and bright. Haven't eaten one this good in a while. Our meals were out of the world. Freshly made so was a bit of a wait.. but totally worth it!

Yelp
We were super excited to try this place... We just came from there and it is by far the worst experience ever. - Order took 1 hour - Order came out wrong -Owner deceiving us and took our receipt and wrapped up a wrong order for us in an attempt that we do not realize it until we leave - 90% of the menu food was not available - Many Door Dash delivery people came in to pickup orders and were informed the food menu is not available. - Random placement of order. - We were VERY patient understanding that this is their first week; however, Instead of the owner apologizing he says "you don't understand." - Extremely bad customer service. We managed to get our refund back after deceiving us with a completely different wrong order due to the lack in menu. Not sure if we will ever go there again.

Yelp
Hi Yelpers, Yesterday I visited Zait & Zaatar & bought some Mini zattar, Beef Kebah, mini pizza, Spinach & grape leaves. Zattar: 10/10 Kebah: 10/10 Pizza: 10/10 Spinach: 7/10 Grape leaves: not well cooked disappointing Service: 10/10 The weather inside the restaurant was hot & my order was to go. Over all I love this restaurant & every time visit this area I order some collection of food. People serve with kindness and deserve customers' support. Highly recommended Enjoy the food, Regards, Dr. Lulu
