I love this hairsalon!! I have been visiting this salon since 2003. I love the experience, the knowledge and the passion that Luz dedicate to her salon everyday! And one of the thing I love the most is that they DO NOT use products with formaldehyde. I believe in her 💯!! 🙏

I went to Luz for a root touch up. My hair came out white, brittle, dry, and severely damaged with breakage on top. I texted her the next day and she informed me that she wouldn't be back until Tuesday. I ended up spending more money to get my hair cut off. She responded on Tuesday asking me to come in so she could fix it. FIX WHAT??? WORSE HAIR SALON AND WILL NEVER RETURN. I SUPPOSE SHE'S NOT SENDING ME A REFUND. GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY!!

So unhappy with my hair,i went there and pay a full price for a keratin,after they told me to wait 1 week to wash my hair,I washed and my hair is curly,frizz and have irregular texture,i went back and they offered me another keratin but after the results of the previous keratin they did on me i do NOT want them to touch my hair again,i ask for a refund but she didn’t give to me,they basically steal my money because my hair still look the same as if they wouldn’t have done anything.

The worse hair salon in the area. She is so unprofessional and unethical. Fried my hair and didn't take responsibility but took my $165 with no remorse.

Finally a hair dresser who was able to get me the color I wanted and highlights. Luz was great with giving me ideas with hair cuts. She also gave me some awesome samples of shampoo and conditioner. I will be back for sure

Excellent owner very knowledgable of the field of beauty. Friendly, prices very reasonable. Love the place !!!!
