My wife and I are regulars, so we were always used to coming in and having Kaylee know exactly what we liked. We were excited to update her on our decision about the pizza, so we were sad to hear she’s no longer there.
On another note, we called in last night to place an order since we were only a minute away and figured it would be ready when we arrived. Unfortunately, the pizza had the wrong toppings and was undercooked, so we couldn’t enjoy it. The customer service, however, was worth 6.5 stars overall. We did request a refund, but the gentleman who helped us wasn’t quite sure how to process it.
UPDATE: I received my refund.
