Zalta Mediterranean

We had a fabulous night here last night! This place is a bit removed from the overpriced part of Sausalito with million dollar views that caters to tourists. I have no issue with those places - the food is quite good, but this place gave us an elevated experience. The manager (wish I had asked his name) was charming. He was our server. We had a delicious watermelon salad, a prosciutto pinsa, a whole branzino, and a nice bottle of wine. We ended our night with a dessert I could eat every day: the dark chocolate gelato with shredded halvah (and other stuff that I can't remember). Utter perfection. The vibe is cozy and nice inside. We will definitely be back! Thanks for the muscat!

Solid Mediterranean food spot in Sausalito. Nice atmosphere and good food. Indoor and outdoor seating. Good selection of wines. Enjoyed the spot overall!

Nice atmosphere and interesting menu. The chicken was delicious but the remaining dishes were not particularly special or tasty. This is probably not a place I would seek out again.

Amazing food! The Merguez Pinsa was incredible- the crust was so light and airy, felt very fresh and healthy but super tasty at the same time. It was not overloaded with cheese, but had the freshest feta sprinkled all over along with this amazing green tahini. The ingredients here are very fresh and it shows. We sat outside with the dogs, enjoying the beautiful Sausalito weather. Will definitely come back.

This place was one of the best Mediterranean restaurants I've ever been to, and one of the best I will go to for a long while. I got the Shakshouka, and it was amazing. Both the eggs and herbs tasted fresh (And were, kudos to the home-grown herbs and chickens in the backyard of the building). The rest of my family got the Kebab plate. In their words, it was flavourful, perfectly marinated, and "Probably the most tender chicken I've ever had in a restaurant." If I ever get a chance to, I will go back here again.

Mwah, kiss the fingers good. Shared the fattoush salad, kofte burger, and shakshuka eggs between three ppl, and all was amazing. The dill and the pickled red onions really made the burger pop and the oregano fries were a great compliment. Friendly staff, tasty sangria bianco. Can’t wait to return.

Got some vegetarian food here. The potatoes and white truffle pizza was perfect. The hummus was good and came with a few pieces of warm pita bread. Great place to visit again.

Excellent mussels with white wine & pita, great Kebab plate with chicken/beef and a sunny terrace alongside with a nice service. What's more to ask for?
