Zara Serbia Online is a joke... but a bad one. I shop from Zara worldwide, either in-store or online. In Serbia, it's the same. Only when I'm in Serbia do I try to avoid online shopping, or if I do, I choose the option to pick it up in the store. It was all smooth and easy until I had no other option but to ship it to my home address, with a fee, of course. I ordered my package on December 4th and was expecting it, according to the website, on December 12th. Of course, it wasn't delivered at that time, because we wouldn't be here now. I contacted Zara support since I saw on the tracking info that my package was picked up by the delivery company, but afterward, they wrote that the content wasn't correct. That completely confused me. In Zara chat, they told me to give them another 48 hours due to the busy time of the year. The new delivery date promised was the 15th or 16th. On Monday the 15th, I checked the status; it was the same: "the content of the package isn't correct." I contacted support again to give me an explanation, since I wanted to avoid another delay.
Well, they told me to be patient because either they would contact me or the delivery company would. Surprise, surprise: Nobody did! Until today, I haven't received any answer or reasonable response to being treated like a client. They provide some cliché sentences, but no actual answers. I requested my money back and suggest everyone do the same. Once they start losing money, they will change their policy and will stand behind their deadlines.
P. S. I emailed delivery company the same and haven't received any answer. Not surprised, their review is 1.9 or so.
