I love love love the chicken salad sandwich in a bagel it so good and I hope it never disappears from the menu. I do wish that they had more bagel options but still overall good.

The food to cost ratio is poor. OJ is 6.95 plus a 3% benefit and retention service charge. Not to mention the bagel egg and cheese at 11.65, to much!

Looking forward to a delicious tuna melt, and ended up throwing away half of my “so called sandwich.” This does not deserve the name of a sandwich! Very disappointing!!

Located outside of security. Coffee was the cheapest in the terminal but only ok. Cold brew was still on the acidic side despite being a dark roast. The French toast sandwiches we’re interested. Unfortunately being premade cause the ingredients to be over cooked when reheated. The staff was friendly and as fast as they could be

The service was great. The all-dressed bagel with a cream cheese schmear was filled with loads of cheese. The croissant was flaky and not greasy. As for the hot chocolate, wow, not crazy sweet like most. Make a stop on the way. You can also find them in Terminal A.

It’s pretty incredible how awful the Newark Airport Zaros experience is. Firstly the staff: we visited at 6am. The staff could not have been less interested, or able. Serving one item, per customer, at a time and unable to remember even basic menu items, they took nearly ten minutes to serve two people. The two bagels we ordered (that had to be given three times because the staff couldn’t cope with a basic order) were stale, and the filling cold. Oh, and they were $11 each. It’s amazing that such a simple, supposedly fast experience could be so aggressively bad in such a short space of time. Bravo, I guess?

The staff was super friendly at the airport. The salmon bagel with cream cheese and capers was perfectly toasted and a great alternative to the greasy fried foods. The club on challah was a lovely sweet-savory treat that was very filling. Lastly the black and white cookie was a hit! I highly recommend this little bit of NY in NJ!

Solid. I had a great falafel wrap and coffee here. Airport food courts are never the best but this was healthy and tasty. I won’t mention the price-you know what it is (expensive.) I think my favorite thing was how fresh it tasted.
