Located outside of security. Coffee was the cheapest in the terminal but only ok. Cold brew was still on the acidic side despite being a dark roast. The French toast sandwiches we’re interested. Unfortunately being premade cause the ingredients to be over cooked when reheated. The staff was friendly and as fast as they could be

The two pastries I got were bone dry. The black coffee took unnecessarily long and was lukewarm at best.... For$20 Better options available within steps

It’s pretty incredible how awful the Newark Airport Zaros experience is. Firstly the staff: we visited at 6am. The staff could not have been less interested, or able. Serving one item, per customer, at a time and unable to remember even basic menu items, they took nearly ten minutes to serve two people. The two bagels we ordered (that had to be given three times because the staff couldn’t cope with a basic order) were stale, and the filling cold. Oh, and they were $11 each. It’s amazing that such a simple, supposedly fast experience could be so aggressively bad in such a short space of time. Bravo, I guess?

The staff was super friendly at the airport. The salmon bagel with cream cheese and capers was perfectly toasted and a great alternative to the greasy fried foods. The club on challah was a lovely sweet-savory treat that was very filling. Lastly the black and white cookie was a hit! I highly recommend this little bit of NY in NJ!

This is a photo of half the sandwich I purchased. $14 for the smallest sandwich I’ve ever seen. And they package it up so you can’t see it’s so small. If they want repeat customers, they are making a big mistake. Just the worst food experience in Newark airport.

Very surprised the counter attendant wouldn't provide a side cup of cream for my coffee. She insisted that only she could add the cream. Terrible attitude as well. She shouldn't be working the counter. The lady who prepared the sandwich was the exact opposite - perhaps she should be working the register instead.

What can I say G is a G. Top notch service and super cool staff. Prices are decent for the airport and the hot food and baked goods are both good. The NYC works is amazing for a savoury option and the Monte Cristo is a good salty sweet vibe.

The service was great. The all-dressed bagel with a cream cheese schmear was filled with loads of cheese. The croissant was flaky and not greasy. As for the hot chocolate, wow, not crazy sweet like most. Make a stop on the way. You can also find them in Terminal A.
