I would not recommend that place. Nothing special, the only highlight was that crispy poached egg but I would expect more from the star cook. I really didn’t like the waiters, they believe they were more important than the guests.

We opted for the limited edition tasting menu and were not let down. The food was amazing, beautifully presented, just the right portion sizes and everything tasted great. The staff were really knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to show us around the hotel and explain the history of the building. Perfect!

Beautiful hotel, stunning facilities like the pool and the food is delicious. Mr. Daniela the sommelier/ waiter was particularly friendly and helpful always welcoming. I had a joke with him nothing was free and he had a good sense of humour about it. My girlfriend had one of the best massages she’s ever had anywhere in the spa which is also outstanding. Incredible hotel we feel lucky to have had the chance to stay here.

Deserves its star. The food is creative, tasty and well presented. Not all the dishes hit all the right notes, but they all have character and make for a pleasant evening. The sommelier is very good- the wine was stellar and very well priced. Efficient service.

🙂 - the swimming pool and the garden are very well designed and beautiful. - the swimming pool staff was nice 🙁 - the receptionist is not friendly. She doesn’t smile at all. When we said that the water was cut in our room on the morning, she doesn’t say sorry at all and ask when we would leave the hotel after checking out. - the room are made with cheap materials and the bathroom isn’t convenient. - too expensive for the service

Lovely boutique hotel with extremely friendly staff. Great designed rooms with good amenities, everything was clean and we felt extremely welcome. The restaurant is amazing, we had the best Sicilian dinner and enjoyed our night a lot. Everything is nestled into an orange, lemon and lime grove and it’s just a lovely atmosphere. The pool is fantastic. We were welcomed with our two dogs and enjoyed our stay throughout. The only little negative thing is the train going directly by the hotel not after a few trains we basically didn’t notice them anymore. We’d come back anytime.

Visited last night. Unfortunately a 1cm sea urchin spike found in seafood pasta. Thankfully spotted before ingestion. Slightly inexperienced waiter and suspect that the problem may not have been feedback to chef, hence this posting. Staff struggling, no receptionist, no welcome, slightly sombre atmosphere. Steak and dessert were great however.
