Chill atmosphere with unique art. The air condition is on point. The cashier was fast, efficient, and polite. My order came out fast, super hot and fresh. The bathroom was clean with enough supplies. Definitely a great spot for lunch or to hang with friends and family. Definitely coming backkkkk

This place never seems to have the same people twice. And they always seem so unsure of whats going on. We always have to pull up and wait for freshly cooked food! Yum! So I wouldn't recommend coming if you are in a hurry. But good is always good when we go. The toast isn't like really yummy toast, just regular bread. They always forget silverware! So make sure you double check for that if you need it. And check your food if you aren't the only car pulled up. They have a problem about pulling orders out of order and the communication must not be great because they mess that up frequently when we come. But they always make it right and tend to have a smile along with it. Enjoy

So I have never been here before this was my first time coming in today and OMG. It was not only beautiful inside from the decor to the employees but the food is delicious. I order the 5 wing and 3 tender combo and it was delicious made. The toast was great I did speak to the manager Valerie who I told that my wings were a bit hard at the bottom. Not only did she apologize but she said that she will make me a fresh order which was great it was an awesome experience. If you're looking for a great place to eat wings and tenders this will be the place for you!! Love the cleanest of the place & the professionalism of the place.

I've been here twice, and both times were great. Well seasoned, hot chicken tenders. The fries are thick and also seasoned. I got a tea today with light ice. The Zaxby sauce is tangy and perfect with the chicken. Would come again!

First time to visit and not impressed. I went thrugh the dirve thrugh and was asked to try the quesadilla. As the menu said it was "A Giant Quesadilla" i went for it. it was more of half a quesadilla folded over to double the thickness. after finnishing i got back in my van to head to burger king for some food.

Came here because I love their salads. They said they don't have any forks right now. No forks for a place that has salads and wings is crazy. The manager could go down the street to Sam's and buy forks.

I had never eaten Zaxby's before, but my husband has. We ordered through Door dash. I ordered the "fried white cheddar bites" and they were delicious! I did try the famous Zax sauce, but it's not for me. My husband had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was pretty delicious as well. Their fries are the bomb! They definitely have my vote!

Nice place but lets face it. Its brand new and its chicken. Anyway staff was very friendly. Service was fast and eveyone was busy doing something. My wifes chicken tenders were not over cooked like most places and very juicy and flavorable. Crinkel cut fries were kind of soft. My cob salad was off the chain. It was large and filling for a salad. Had more stuff than a tru cob salad. I chose grilled chicken. Guess what? Yep military and veteran discount so they get 5 patriotic american stars! Definatly on the do again list.

First time here. Really nice ambiance inside. Price isn't that good buttttttt the FLAVOR is there. Wayyyyy better tasting and wayyyyy juicier than Raisin Canes! The large is actually LARGE and the service was good.

We went to the drive thru and waited over 30 minutes for our food to come out. They didn't give me the right amount of change back. I ordered a Coke Zero then after I already paid them the let me know they were out of it. It is SO overpriced I ordered a sandwich meal and a coke and it was 15 dollars. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Ordered the Zac Surf & Turf meal and while the chicken tenders were great the shrimp was over cooked and the breading had a burnt taste to it. The fries would have been good if every other one wasn't hard. Service here is friendly and the vibe is low key and somewhat quiet. Never doing this place again.

I tried the new giant quesadilla and it looks nothing like the advertisement. They are good but not filled to the thickness like the picture or the advertisement. Even though I had to wait on the cheesecake bites, they weren't fresh at all. Very dry and cold. The last time I had the bites, they were hot and crispy.

Don't do it! Forgot my Coleslaw then they got an attitude when I asked for a fork after she brought it to me. Funnel cake is old and hard plus after paying and checking my food I asked about the caramel sauce that comes with it and they say they are out. Shouldn't you tell a person that before the pay? Also, found a black finger looking shape in my sandwich. $23 dollars down the drain l!

Great quality and service. Went in early in the morning. Everything was quick and fresh.

Nothing special, typical fast food place with typical bad service. Had to wait more than 5 minutes before anybody showed up at the front to take an order. They asked for here or to go? I said for here and still I got my food given as a to go order. Not a big deal but it tells me they are not paying attention. I had their chicken club. The bun was cold and I had to re assemble it because was poorly put together. It was ok, their zaxsby sauce is nice and zesty. Their fries were old and mushy. Oh and there was a visitor in the building, which makes me think about the cleanliness.

For a healthier alternative their grilled chicken salads are pretty tasty. It's a great spot for a light lunch.

Service was awesome food was delicious manages very very helpful. I made a mistake and thought I had ordered something but was wrong. They were so kind and patient with me. Please know this is an amazing place. Get their grill cheese and salads.

Great food, great service , the family enjoyed the atmosphere and location was perfect with easy access in and out of thoroughfare.

My wife and I wanted to order a 20 Fingers meal and asked the cashier how many sauces we could do. She told us 2, so we ordered 2 sauces. The items were rang up as two individuals 10 fingers ordered. Never did she mention that it wouldn't be the price of the 20 Fingers and never was it mention that to toss the fingerz it would be a $2 charge per sauce. After the transaction and talking with the employee (s) and manager on site, they were apologetic but said it was a corporate way of doing things. I have two complaints, first the cashier didn't disclose the additional charge and nowhere is the listing of additional charge, just that there may be an additional charge. The lack of clear transparency of you restaurant will spur me to share this experience. Second this practice of hidden charges is under handed and just bad hospitality and the inability to multiply flavors for a single order is just absurd. ( I understand putting a limit but this is down right wrong!!!) This experience has soured myself and wife to the point we will not return to any Zaxby's if this is your current corporate culture.

I first tried Zaxby's when I was a teenager and visited a friend in Georgia. I was very excited to see that they placed one in front of my apartment complex. The chicken is always crisp and the sauce is always kicking. Do yourself a favor and get the cheddar bites. I'm not a huge fan of the fries (that's just a personal preference) but if they make them extra crispy I'll dip them in the sauce and it's all good. Stop by the drive through it quick and get some sweet tea.

I love Zaxby's, whenever I get the chance I always visit one but it's normally when I'm out of state. This was on of those times lol. This zaxby's what right up the road from my hotel and was offering dine in so my cousins and I decided to go as they've never tried it before. This location is following COVID safety guidelines with social distancing encouraged and masks required. I went with my usual order of wings n things which comes with toast and fries. The soda machine was down momentarily but an employee behind the counter assisted me with filling by drink which was helpful. As always, my meal was enjoyable. The chicken tasted delicious and you can never go wrong with dipping it (and some fries) into the zaxby sauce. I wish I had a chance to go a second time before leaving but time got away from :( lol this location looks fairly new (few years old possibly) and it looks well kept together. I would visit this location again for sure when I'm back in town.

Been here several times with my family when passing thru. Staff have always been polite and friendly; restaurant is clean (albeit cold from the AC - lol). Have only had their signature chicken with fries and the fried pickles. Very good! Will be back

My first trip to Zaxby's. I had the Cajun Club sandwich which was surprisingly good. The chicken portion was generous and the toppings and condiments contributed to a very tasty mouthful. The only "minus" is that the crew really seemed to not love working there.

Food is good. Customer service is good. My mistake for not checking my receipt or looking in the bag. I did however ask for an extra packet of Caesar salad dressing for my Caesar salad thinking there would only be one packet. I get home and instead of having extra Caesar dressing I had two packets of Ranch and the one Caesar I asked for. Other than that everything was good.

I ordered a club sandwich and got a basic chicken sandwhich with no bacon or the other things it came with. The chicken was small and underwhelming in the buns, but I give it a three because their chicken tenders were delicious and actual had a lot of chicken and not a lot of batter like other businesses.

Ordered 8 piece boneless wings, only got 5, they were hard and cold, not what I expected!! Won't order anymore.

First time coming here and will be my last. Waited for a half an hour to get half of my order. I was told the other half would be coming, but another half an hour went by until I asked for my money back. All of the customers had wrong or missing orders as well.

In case you couldn't figure it out by the name, it's a restaurant that serves primarily fried chicken though the did have grilled chicken sandwiches, odd name, marketing 101, the name of your business needs to communicate what you do. In a group of 6 of us, nobody was particularly impressed. One ordered a fried chicken tenders sandwich and asked specifically if it had cheese on it which he won't eat and he got a sandwich with cheese on it so he had to doesn't it such that it was really no longer a sandwich. I ordered the Cajun grilled sandwich and my wife ordered the same sandwich just not the Cajun version. They put them both on the same tray with no hint of which was which so I had to go face and ask. The Spicy Cajun version had a sauce on it that was about as spicy as mayonnaise...the onion rings were notably good. Needless to say this won't be our after church regular.

Have had NUMEROUS horrible experiences at this location...Why do I torture myself and even go back? I truly used to LOVE this place....ate here at least 4+ times a week....I noticed that when it was good was when the new owners were present in the location for several weeks after they first opened. Move forward til after the "newness" wore off...and then the service wore off as well, there's always a huge turnover of employees who would rather "Play" at work then to actually work. I had given them a bad review on facebook...I was then asked to send an email to a particular email address so they could "Address" my concerns...I did send an email...and NOTHING. This past week my husband and I went into this location and ordered two of the 5 piece strip meals. We always go in now to check the order once we receive it because it is ALWAYS wrong and it's easier to go into the store than to go through the drive thru, especially when you have to get your order corrected. When we checked our last purchase, we noticed that the two meals didn't have their coleslaw in them and one of the plates did not have its bread either. When my husband pointed out the mistake, all of the workers from the back yelled towards the front counter "we are out of coleslaw"..... um ok...if you knew this... why not let the customer know and then offer another choice of a side THAT WE HAD PAID FOR. Or hey, how about telling us upon us ordering, that you are out of coleslaw..... that you are too lazy to make coleslaw at 4pm and that it wont be offered for the rest of the evening because the workers are there to play and goof off rather than to WORK, so that we could choose another item from the menu????! I had told this location before that I wouldn't be back, this time I mean it! Horrible service, horribly rude staff, the food is now getting bad as well (Chicken Strips are now the size of chicken nuggets), food is always cold, the orders are ALWAYS wrong, the staff is not friendly, if a mistake is made - no one cares, apparently not even the management OR THE OWNERS!

The food here is incredibly good in my opinion. The chicken is always fresh and very hot. The absolute best way to enjoy fried chicken. Sides are good as well. However, this specific location seems to have a lot of issues. Out of the 5 or so times I've been, my order was incorrect 3 times. The last time I went, there was a long line and I witnessed 3 people bring their orders back because they were wrong and another lady from the drive through. Management didn't seem to be anywhere to help, so I just left and won't be back. Please spend some time training your staff - you have 2 levels of quality assurance, the cook and the front staff.

They need to change their hours, do not list your hours as open until 10:00 pm if your kitchen is gonna be close an entire before that.

Really nice atmosphere. Chicken is better than Cane's. Sauce is slightly better at Cane's. The chicken is fine on it's own without sauce. Service was good. No disappointments.

I'm drinking my water and i noticed that there was a BUG at the bottom of my cup !!!! I felt so disgusted !!! So I called the store to inform them and the manager offers me a refund and just tells me that the bug was in there because no one checked the ice before putting it in the machine. She didn't even apologize for this disgusting inconvenience! Why would you have yo check the ice to make sure there were no bugs in it? She talked liked this was a normal thing that happens all the time. It just lets me know that this store is very unclean and I will never be coming back. THIS WAS MY FIRST ANF LAST TIME ! they don't even deserve this ONE STAR.

Waited 35 minutes for a kids meal, a salad, and chicken sandwich. After waiting 35 minutes, they didn't give us the chicken sandwich. Let them know, and they said they would get it out to us. Another 20 minutes went by - finally got up and asked for a refund. Refund took another 10 minutes. They also didn't give us our fries and we saw on our receipt that they charged us for a drink that we never got. Every single person in there and at the drive thru were complaining about the wait and their orders being entirely messed up. One guy was yelling about his salad taking 30 minutes. Have never experienced anything like this.

Food was ok. My biggest Complaint is that the tea tasted stale like MOLD. I went back through the drive thru to let them know and all I got was an "ok". I said you may want to wash the containers so people don't get sick. All she said was "oK" and closed the window. No "can I get you something else?" Or "can I refund you?" Nothing. Poor customer service and definitely recommend NOT coming here. Try Raising Canes instead.

Lack of management and young kids working there giving wrong orders out to customers!!!!!

There is something fundamentally wrong with this restaurant. It has been getting progressively worse since the height of the pandemic and weather crisis of early 2021. Items are regularly omitted from orders to go, the quality of the chicken has declined, and the service is somewhat lackadaisical when it comes to customer relations. I have been a customer of this Zaxby's location since it opened and at that time, the food was excellent, and the staff was energetic and eager to serve. The chicken fingers were plump, moist, and only slightly breaded with a coating that rivaled Chick fil-A. Now the staff are just there, employees, swinging bags out the window NEXT! Today, I requested different sauces, and was assured by the server who brought the order out to my car, that they were there. I said "The sauces are in the bag???" Fast forward to home unpacking my order. NO sauces, and NO Coleslaw in either order. The lack of coleslaw is a regular screw up this place makes, the fries slup over the opening that the coleslaw sits in and the prep person filling the order doesn't look to see if there is a coleslaw in the container. Sloppy sloppy. I am over this restaurant for a while, maybe they can have a staff or management change and I will venture back. BOTTOM LINE-CHECK YOUR TO GO OR DRIVETHRU ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE LOCATION.

Usually great, but not today. Went to the counter and waited for someone to come out of the back. Didn't see anyone working there. Finally, someone came out and yelled out that they had customers at the counter. Placed the order to an unwelcoming person, then went to get our drinks, but the ice was out. Finally got ice, but the soda machine was not working. Back to the counter to get drinks. Then to get catchup but that machine was empty. Best advice is to avoid this place on the weekend. When the manager is away the kids really do play.

I have had minor issues in the past. Tonight is a bit different. My wife wanted Zaxby's, so I ordered a salad with grilled chicken. It came with fried chicken. Just wish they would have charged her the price of the salad with no chicken since I just have to toss the chicken in the trash now. Minor things in the past have included them adding cole slaw as an extra side instead of substituting it for fries, or not including the bread with an order. These incidents have happened over a pretty broad length of time, so it's probably indicative of management that just doesn't care about providing a good customer experience.

Worst experience! Waited 25 minutes for our food they didn't even cook and waited 5 minutes for a refund. Will never go back!

My first time eating at a Zaxbys because I just moved here from Seattle. Food was so good! Great sandwich, fries and ice tea. Very friendly staff and fast service. The food is better then a typical fast food restaurant. Cant wait to go back!

Zaxbys is a classic fast casual spot and this location has some good customer service and a nice facility. I'm impressed!

Food and sauces are great, a fair coleslaw, but EVERYTHING very high calorie. Don't go here if you are counting calories. Very clean. Had to ask for forks. Won't be at the top of my list.

After seeing this fast food place many times, I decided to try it out. Placed order at drive thru window. The girl was either new or not that bright. Not trying to be rude but she kept repeating the order wrong. FINALLY thought we had it right. Told me that it would take 5-10 min because part of our order was chicken wings. ( we asked for chicken wing sauce on the side). Waited and low and behold the hot wing sauce was on the chicken. One of the people can't do the heat which is why we asked for it on the side. Waited for them to correct another 10 min. Hi o find out the food was OK. Chicken salad needs salt,the chicken wings were scrawny. Lesson learned. I won't be back.

Nice that people 'stuck' at S&W have some variety within walking distance, BUT our experience was less than great. My first ever Zaxby's. Tables needed to be wiped clean of people's lunch crumbs (we arrived after 1:30). We spent over $25 for two people (at a fast food restaurant with counter service only). When they announced our order it was incomplete. They did produce the missing entree when questioned. Got to the table and the 6 piece plate had 5 pieces. French fries are the school lunchroom crinkle cut potatoes. Fried mushroom bites were pretty good, but eat them while they are HOT so they don't absorb the frying oil and then squirt it in your mouth when you bite down. Staff appears to need some training.

The food is decent but the customer service is not great. I called in my order since we were in a rush and they lost it somehow. I then had to repeat my order multiple times at the drive through window because the lady at the window kept getting confused. She was not very nice. With all the other options nearby, I don't think I'll be coming back.

We found out online there was a Zaxbys in Temple, it listed their address and hours of operation. We drove almost an hour to get there and were met by a rude girl in the parking lot that made it clear if we did not have an invitation we were not welcome. There was nothing online or on the front of the building saying it was a special event. We aren't from Temple so we had no way of knowing it was brand new. You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. You don't have to worry I will NEVER darken your door.

3rd visit in 1 1/2 weeks. 1st experience awesome, got the black & blue salad. Flavors were great and the chicken was tender & juicy. 2nd time we ordered wings, pretty good only they gave us the wrong sauce, we took it to go, so our bad for not checking. Today I thought I would order online so I didnt waste my entire lunch hour waiting. WRONG! I get there and she printed out the receipt and gave to the back. Another customer was there and she had been waiting on her online order that was suppose to be ready 15 minutes prior. 3 customers that ordered after me got their salads. Girl had no clue to even look for my salad that had been sitting up there for 5 minutes. Finally asked, and got it about 5 minutes after that. When I got back to work and opened it, chicken was dry and cold. Only few blue cheese crumbles were stuff to the bottom of the cold soggy toast. Thanks for wasting my lunch hour on a salad I ended up throwing half out.

Bad service. Get order wrong. Asked to go, didn't give it to go. Different occasion drive thru couldn't hear us and made us wait for 10 minutes. Just bad service all around

Chim-Chim-iney, Chim-Chim-iney, Chim-Chim Cher-oo..or however that song goes. I found myself singing as these great tenders danced around on my taste buds. No kidding. This is what every other tender wants to be. Don't eat the rest. Come on down to Zaxby's for the best. Nicest facility for fast food that you're ever likely to eat in. Brings a little bit of "so-phes-ti-k-shun" to a slightly challenged city.
