This new spot has only been for 4 months, but are already creating a loyal group of clients, including us after checking them out! One of chef’s unique talents is his ability to cook as if it were his first language. When younger in his native country, each time he entered the kitchen, the aroma of bread and spices revealed a different tale. Now, Zaytona Grill was established to serve memories. Chef came to share with you the warmth of family, the honesty of heart, and the taste of home, created with love. The space is bright and warm at the same time with delicious food made fresh daily!! I fell in love with the first taste of the hummus with their fresh made warm pita bread. The baba Ghanoush was also so unique from others I’ve tried and so delicious! The kabobs were fantastic with the sides and the sandwiches were so good! And I cannot say enough about how amazing the falafel and kibbeh was!! And the mixed manoush was fantastic!!!! And all the house-made desserts were sooooo gooood! We absolutely are coming back, sharing this location with friends and family, and even catering to our jobs to share with our peers!

Small and cozy place but the flavor of their food is really big! Wow, what a great surprise to find this place to eat really good Mediterranean food! The attention to details is great and everyone is very amicable and helpful… they gave me a small carrot salad to try and wow, it was delicious, definitely a must when in this restaurant. Totally recommend and please please try their Baklava with the Dubai chocolate I’d to die for!!! Will be back for sure (many times)

Absolutely loved this place! The food was incredibly fresh and clean-tasting — you can truly tell the ingredients are high quality. Every dish tasted authentic, perfectly seasoned, and not heavy at all. The spices were spot-on and balanced beautifully. The service was just as impressive as the food. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the menu, which made the experience even better. On top of that, the restaurant itself is adorable and welcoming. The prices were great! Especially for the quality of food and service you get. This is real Mediterranean food done right — I’ll definitely be back!

Went to do some business here in this new location. The staff was very friendly and very nice being a Mediterranean restaurant. This is one of my favorite foods and they didn’t disappoint great hummus fresh and they also had whole chick Peas very authentic. The owner had me tried this side dish with carrots and raisins. It was really good and I had two Kibe since this was my lunch. 🥗 the menu looks really good and good prices. The appetizer platters look really good yummm Kibe were so yummy and authentic love that flavor and were hot perfect! A location with tables and you can see them prepare the food in their food displays. Try the pita trust me!! Service really nice and food was really fresh . Coming back for sure ! 👍

Loved this place. Food is very fresh. The restaurant is impeccable, super clean. I will definitely be back. They are where las cazuelas use to be. The guy in charge is very nice and accommodating. Glad to have a Mediterranean place in the neighborhood. Btw the carrot salad is BOMB!

Zaytona Grill is absolutely incredible! The service and quality of the food are unmatched every dish was delicious and made with such care. Their Greek salad was EXCEPTIONAL, truly the best I’ve ever had. You can tell the owner genuinely loves what he does, and that passion shows in every detail. It brings me joy to support a business like this, where the food, hospitality, and atmosphere all come together perfectly. The dessert was AMAZING, and every bite left me wanting more. This is a new restaurant, but with this level of attentiveness and care, I know it’s going to do great. Highly recommend Zaytona Grill to everyone!

As a vegetarian I am always looking for different places with good options to meet my needs. The rest of my family eats meat so I have to look for a place that has both to offer. I read the reviews and wanted to try it out for myself. All the reviews have been true with excellent food that is delicious and very flavorful.

Great hole in the wall in Kendall The food is hot, fresh, and delicious with so many options to pick and choose from. I ordered the Kefta with a side of hummus, tzatziki, and kibbeh and was pleasantly surprised by how customizable the dish was with the sides. Everything was so delicious, and even though I was so full I still had to go in for more! My order came with a side of a thin pita bread (? I don’t know the name sorry), tahini sauce, and their house sauce (all delicious!) My time here was so nice. The food came out quick and the staff were so nice and attentive. I really enjoyed my experience dining here and it’s definitely a spot I can see myself returning too. Prices are very fair, and I’m so happy with all the delicious food I had. It’s still a sit down spot, but it’s definitely more on the causal side.

This restaurant is fantastic! We stopped by for lunch and were delighted with the meal and the service. We were immediately greeted when we walked in by a polite gentleman that provided excellent table service. He was attentive and offered to answer any questions we may have had. He also made suggestions that ended up being spot on. We started with hummus. We also had the beef shawarma with tabbouleh & Greek salad and Kefta with Tabbouleh & baba ghanoush. The waiter also gave us some sweet carrot salad. YUUMMM! The delicious food came out quickly. Everything was delicious! We ended with the house made cheesecake. It's a MUST try!!! It's not too sweet and had such a creamy texture, it was divine. I can honestly say it's one of the best I've had. We will definitely be back!

We stopped at Zaytona Grill for a quick meal and loved the food. This is a need restaurant to Kendall and I'm super happy that we discovered it. Their food is very fresh and tasty. One item I would skip is the baklava, the portion is extremely tiny.

What a lovely lunch spot. I used to come here when it was another restaurant and was sad when I learned it had closed.. not so much anymore.. this place was so good.. The food.. Mediterranean was fresh and flavorful as Mediterranean food should be. Good value too - I ordered the rice bowl with the chicken shawarma and it came with 3 sides so I was able to try the Somoza and the zaytona salad and the tabbouli .. each more delicious than the next. Herbacious and really.. plenty to take home for later. We saw a lot of to go orders but the service was nice.. helpful.. unpretentious just good people serving good food. Can't wait to go back and try the desserts.. ohhh did I mention there is a small market in site? With lots of Mediterranean staples and a few surprises. If you haven't had the chance to try Mediterranean food before this is a great place to start- if you haven't, this won't disappoint. Thanks Zaytona. I'll be back- save me a seat.

Found this place on yelp, really clean, helpful staff. Ordered the chicken shawarma with fries, it was delicious! The pita was good also. I received a carrot salad that I've never had but will be returning for that! Nice to have a different cuisine in the area! Can't wait to go back!

Perfect cozy family restaurant with great food. We know most of the Mediterranean restaurants in South Miami Dade and this really was a better experience. Half the price: twice the real food. Good lentil soup with that hard to get flavor. All other dishes were spot on. Home cooking and a great menu. And the place is spotless. And Joseph was very attentive.

Best Mediterranean food our family has ever had. Friendly service. We've been here a couple of times and we've ordered out once, and every item we've had has been outstanding. Sweet carrot salad, hummus, falafel, grape leaves, shawarma. You can't go wrong. Portions are generous.. Everything is delicious, and the owners make you feel like family. Highly recommend.

This little restaurant/cafe the ambiance is amazing family and Mediterranean look and feel on the inside. The staff is always amazing, helpful and informative. The cuisine here is amazing. Joseph is an amazing waiter and always has a good collection and ideas of what to do. I never read the menu. I always just ask to make me something special and he never seems to disappoint me. Everything is cooked to perfection. This is a little hole in a while. Place may be a little out of your way for some people, but it is definitely worth trying and experience. I highly recommend the food here, especially the desserts. Everything is homemade. Nothing is store bought.

The food is SO good and very fresh. Don't debate it...just plan to eat dinner here. My husband and I ordered Beef shawarma, Chicken shawarma, hummus, grape leaves, fries, and pistachio baklava with ice cream. No exaggeration, it's delicious. The owners are super nice as well.

Delicious palestinian food. The owners are from Nazareth. The hummus was incredible. Falafel pita was delicious with pickled turnips. I got turkish coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. The fries are cut fresh with palestinian spices . They also have a small market with grains spices dairy olive oil etc. Highly recommended if youre in the area.

I have been here twice so far. Very clean professional place. Very fresh authentic food. And kind service. I am glad they are close to me.

Zaytona just opened and I'm so glad! Sometimes you're just craving some tabbouleh and don't wanna make it yourself (me) and now there's somewhere nearby that I can get a craving fix! They're Palestinian owned and we don't have enough in Miami!!

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST. The food was excellent - from the kibbeh to the shawarmas - you won't be disappointed.

Stumbled across their IG page and its right by my house so we went for lunch and wow. First off, they were very welcoming! The little market they have is full of authentic Mediterranean goods. All the food we ordered was amazing! From the Zaytona fries to their hummus to their flatbread! My husband order a fried pita chicken wrap and it did not disappoint! Will definitely be returning. I love local finds with warm, positive vibes and kind, friendly staff!
