"Zebulon is a live music venue in Frogtown, but on weekends after 11pm the entire place transitions into one big dancefloor. Whether you grab a table outside on the large patio or claim a corner inside the crowded bar, Zebulon is perfect for any kind of big, social gathering where good and moderately priced cocktails are appreciated. Jean jackets never go out of style, so after securing one from a Melrose thrift store during your lunch hour, it’s time to go show that baby off. Head to Zebulon. This bar/cafe/live music venue in Frogtown definitely gets a little rowdy once the dance floor opens up after 10:30pm, but with a few vodka sodas coursing through your veins and a denim jacket tied around your waist (and ready to be used as a dance accessory at a moment’s notice), your chances of becoming a dance floor god are high." - brant cox
"Zebulon’s a live music venue in Frogtown, where you can see shows pretty much any night of the week. But unless you know someone in one of the bands, we actually recommend showing up after the shows are over, when a DJ comes on and this place transitions into dance party mode. It might not be the most overtly rowdy place in town, but we like it because you can show up at 10:30 and there still won’t be a line. Find some space for you and your friends to claim a section of dancefloor, get a pitcher of cheap beer each, and tear the place up until 2am." - brett keating
"If you look at Zebulon's calendar, you’ll see a bunch of shows lined up. And they’re usually pretty good if you want to pay to watch a live band. But if your priority is dancing, head to this giant warehouse/bar after the shows are done. Around 10:30, Zebulon turns into a regular bar, with free admission and a huge dance floor where DJs are playing songs you and your friends know all the words to.
