We dined at Zeffirino Genova on June 30th during the second stop of our cruise, and the experience was unforgettable. The food was absolutely delicious, and we were treated to a special pesto-making class led by an executive chef. He demonstrated how to make traditional pesto from scratch and transform it into fresh pasta right before our eyes.
For our meal, we were served a beautifully prepared fish dish topped with nuts and accompanied by potatoes. The ravioli and linguine with pesto were simply perfecto—rich in flavor and full of class.
To end on a sweet note, we were given a complimentary dessert that tasted like a wine or rum cake—moist, flavorful, and the perfect finish to a sophisticated and memorable dining experience.
