I Ordered a watch with 2 day shipping. April 24th. After looking for a phone number, I came across the bad reviews, on multiple platforms. Fearing that this was a scam. I sent an email to them, to request a cancel. Than I contacted the bank to dispute the charge,. 2 days later an email came from Ethan, saying they could not find my order. Today April 29th i get an email alert from FedEx, saying I have a package arriving this thrusday. 5/1/25 I resent an email telling them to cancel the order the again. This company is a joke, I copied the bank on the email and will reject the package and ensure the money is not taken.

I has item order on May3rd, 2025 & charged in credit card account posted on May 5th, 2025 and as today May 12th, 2025 NO shipping confirmation details to follow up. I have reached out at least 5 time on emails sent but NO REPONSE. Is this scanning business charged customers BUT DON'T SEND ITEM orders?

They refer to their customer support as "customer champions" , however that is far from the truth. Ordered a watch and paid extra for expedited shipping. Was supposed to receive my order within two or three business days. However, they did not even send me shipping detail until almost a week later. Upon checking they sent it via slowest and cheapest service possible. When I reached out via email to their so called "champions", I did not even get a response until over a week after and the person who responded did not even address my issue. It was just a generic response with the shipping info. When I ultimately got my package it had been well over two weeks, despite again, having had paid extra for expedited shipping. I will be calling my credit card company to do a charge back because that is no way of doing business. Absolutely ridiculous. Easily the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. Customer Champions? Better change that to "Customer Incompetents".

I ordered two watches, not knowing that Detomaso and Lilienthal-Berlin were actually the same company. When I ordered they appeared to be in stock and I needed the watches before leaving on vacation, (one of the watches is for a family member), and upon calling I was told they were on back order. Then I was told the Lilienthal- Berlin watch was on hold because the extra strap I ordered was on back order, ( which was the opposite of what I was told the week before) I cancelled the strap to get the watch- nothing so far. Charles, the guy who answers the phone seems like he is trying to help but really knows nothing about the order status because the warehouse never gives him information on the status of the watches. I am pissed off and feel I am going to get the run around on my refund as well when I ask for it, which means I am out $600. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!!!!!

This is a fraudulent company. Or at the very least, not doing any sort of fraud protection or verification of cards. They charged my card today and I never even ordered from them!

I tried to purchase one watch online. However, it didn't go through so I resubmitted the order. A couple of days later I see that the original order did go through so I tried to contact the company with the phone number on their website. After numerous calls and getting no answer, or just getting their voice message I sent an email to which I received an instant automated email stating that the second order could not be cancelled because it was already processed. After receiving both watches I returned them having followed all of the directions for the returns. I received confirmation from UPS that the watches were indeed delivered back to them on Dec. 18. I still have not received my refunds! No one answers the phone, no one returns your call if you leave a message, and no one responds to email. I have finally contacted the BBB in King of Prussia, PA about this company. I have also had to file a fraud complaint with my bank to try and get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE OR COMPANY!!! The have the worst business practices that I've ever encountered!

I wish I could give "0" rating. Horrible company to deal with. Ordered a watch and never received it. Reply from Customer Service was even more disturbing. They replied with the comment that they couldn't find any order under my name. Luckily, I sent the payment through PayPal and they refunded my money after verifying the scam of this company. Stay away from these scammers !! 😡

ordered a watch that was in stock and paid for 2 day delivery. 2 days later no shipping notification so I reached out and they said it was shipping out in a week. I asked to be refunded for the extra 2 day delivery costs and no response. reached out to a different email and they wouldn't refund shipping. ended up cancelling. the watch is still advertised on website as able to be delivered in 3 days. very misleading.
