Zelus Beer Company

They serve beers that are lower in alcohol content, and aim to get a health conscious clientele. I'd like to see them offer a greater variety though as the beers taste a little off. Will continue to give them more time to grow into the business and will keep dropping in.

Cool concept and really good product! The beers are lower ABV than what most new breweries put out, which leads to a nice diversity of styles and really crushable beers. We will be back! Worst experience ever. Party of 4 went for beers at 7. Second round 745. We were the only customers until the abusive comedy show started trickling in around 8. Door man came over soliciting money for show, we politely said we are just finishing our beers then leaving. Two minutes later a guy with a microphone started shaming us as non-paying customers, calling one of the women a C--t, then extoling the fans to kick us out. Great business model. Serve average beers, and abuse your only customers with extortion and verbal abuse so they leave. First and last time for this place.

There are wonderful breweries that brew beers both high and low in alcohol content. It’s possible that one brewery could be dedicated only to low ABV beers and do it well however this isn’t it. It feels a bit more like a random way to differentiate this sub par brewery from the masses of other sub par breweries. If you like beer I would avoid Zelus. If you don’t like beer or alcohol but for some reason want to try low abv beers then maybe it’s for you?

The beer taste fairly good, but the cans foam up so badly that it ruins the carbonation and makes a mess.

Small, but really comfortable taproom. Small selection, but all excellent beers.

Solid beer, great location, awesome atmosphere!
