I saw that this was open after a having a little walk on a Friday night, I thought it looked a bit interesting though this will be at least the second review for this particular address, could be the third. Though that being said, so I got around to giving them a try. I arrived around 4:20, yep, went to an open kiosk. After a few moments back and forth trying decide between the Spicy Garlic Shrimp and the Korean Cheese Steak, ended up going with the Korean Cheese Steak, got in bowl with Red Quinoa, and added an order of seasoned fries. The process took maybe three minutes, didn't opt to get the free "Dirty Boba Milk Tea" as I am not really a tea drinker. I found the kiosk ordering efficient, and painless, though a customer that came in a few minutes later had some questions which the staff quickly help her with her questions. The wait was only about 5 to 8 minutes tops, before I had my food in hand and was headed home. So I found it pretty quick, though I do have admit 4:30 in the afternoon is certainly not going to be a busy time, though there were about 5 other customers in location at the time. The Korean Cheese Steak was pretty good, though wish it wasn't quite as cold as it was, it was a little tepid, almost room temperature, though it was tasty all the same and not sure what temperature it was supposed to be as the rest of the items in the bowl/box were somewhat chilled. It was served a bed of lettuce with the red quinoa, followed by the Korean Cheese Steak next and then what appeared to be some sort of coleslaw. I did find it an enjoyable meal. The Season fries, they were seasoned, though seasoned with what I really couldn't tell, they weren't bad, just a little bit strange tasting to me, maybe because of some kind of weird fusion thing. In any case, I will be going again, I just must try the Spicy Garlic Shrimp and maybe the Basil Crab Cake, though I think I will have the sea salt fries instead of the seasoned ones. Also I got a kick out the little Matrix reference at the bottom of their receipt 😋

Great spot in wicker park for boba teas and delicious rice wrap sandwiches. The spicy shrimp rice paper wrap that I got was filled with so many great ingredients and was super delicious. The truffle fries were also good and the boba tea was awesome. The restaurant has a large variety of boba teas and each tea can me modified to your liking. This is a great spot for a quick bite and I will definitely return to try other items from the menu

This is my boyfriend’s new favorite place. He loves the ciabatta bread. I think I’ll order that next time. The katsu is crispy. I got a salad bowl and it was very filling. I love arugula and the bf is a huge fan of cilantro. The brisket isn’t my favorite. The ordering screen was pretty painless. It was so hot inside though and even though the windows were open, there are lots of smokers who pass by. The boba sugar levels are definitely on the sweeter side. I think 50-80% was fine. The employees were really nice and helpful. We got the extra milk tea and were surprised by the size since we also ordered regular boba.

Unique, Asian fusion flavors sets this delivery and pick up only restaurant apart and will have you craving more! Choose from a quinoa bowl, ciabatta sandwich, or rice paper wrap, then add your protein! Options include, spicy garlic shrimp, basil crab cakes, tofu, Thai bbq pork, Korean cheesesteak, and chicken teriyaki katsu. Chicken Teriyaki Katsu Wrap: Japanese style bread crumb chicken breast, house coleslaw, teriyaki sauce Thai BBQ (Mu Ping) Zenwich: Thai style roasted pork belly, shredded carrots, daikon, cucumber, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, with homemade tangy sweet aioli on ciabatta bread We also tried the Korean Cheese Steak Quinoa bowl! I could eat this all day long! The melty mozzarella on top of the marinated brisket For sides we got the house coleslaw, cucumber salad, and truffle fries. Don't sleep on these sides, they definitely exceeded our expectations!

While going to my bus stop, I had a chance to make a quick visit to this cute little place for boba or bubble tea 🧋! There is a vending machine for bubble tea on campus, but still wanted to try a different flavor and got the rose tea with boba 🥰. It was definitely a success, even with 50% sugar level the drink wasn’t bland at all! Staff members were sweet too, and I do want to go back for other tea options (and maybe a sandwich too)!!

Incredible bahn mi style sandwich. Was fresh and warm the bread they use was incredible. The seasoned fries I feel were misrepresented on the menu- hey were cinnamon sugar (emphasis on the sugar) which I was not expecting, I was hoping for something savory given the name. Still tasty just not what I was hoping for.

I've been waiting for zenwich x elitea to open for a long time since I love a good Asian fusion place and boba shop. I'm happy to report that the food is good! I came in just after 5:30 pm for an early dinner. It was empty/I was the only person there, but it was opening week. They have self order kiosks so ordering food was quick. I waited just over 5 minutes to get my food. The total cost came out to $18.54 ($10 sandwich, $6.75 drink + tax). I got the Thai BBQ Pork Belly Sandwich and Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea (50% Sweetness, Less Ice). The sandwich is very tasty with a good balance of flavors (even though it seems like there's a lot of carrots). The ingredients seemed fresh and the sandwich was well prepared. I wouldn't mind a little more meat/less veg and the ciabatta bread did get a little soggy, but it was around a 10 min walk home before getting to eat. The milk tea was also decent, although the boba itself was too chewy and overdone. I hope the quality of their sandwiches continues on past the first week of their opening. I recommend the Thai BBQ Pork sandwich for those who enjoy a good banh mi. I do think one could say that the sandwich could be a little cheaper, but I didn't mind because it is wicker park and it's a specialty sandwich place. I will definitely come back to try their other sandwiches!

Oof. Decent sandwiches, but limp fries, horrible boba (super hard and WAY under cooked—for myself and others in my group), pricey, obnoxious service, and really gross bathrooms that you can get whiffs of in the main area. That’s really not cool or good. I’m not sure what’s going on with this place, maybe it was unique to the time we went or them being early in their opening, but I wish them luck. I will not be back. Too many other great spots in this area and Chicago.
