Highlights

Zero Degrees is an Asian-Hispanic fusion chain specializing in high quality drinks and snacks. We place great value on being Fresh from the Start ever since our launch in 2013. All of our products are carefully prepared with the highest quality ingredients. The use of bold flavoring recipes in our most popular items sets us apart from the competition. Our signature drink is the Mangonada, a delectable mango slush with real fruit chunks, topped with chamoy and Tajin seasoning to give it a sweet, salty, spicy kick that has made it our #1 bestseller. Zero Degrees has since become known as the Home of the Mangonadas, expanding our unique vision to new fans wherever we go.

"This wacky eatery is known for over-the-top offerings like bright purple ube milkshakes and cheese fries doused in Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, but the boba tea is legit. Try the “Splitcup,” which allows boba junkies to try two teas (maybe lychee-strawberry green tea and cucumber limeade?) in a cup with separate compartments." - Amy McCarthy

Google
I ordered the garlic noodles and popcorn chicken combo. The noodles weren't anything close to what was described, I thought I was getting noodles, not angel hair pasta. They also tasted weird and not like anything anyone would enjoy. The chicken and fries were terrible. They tasted like nothing despite me getting them with garlic butter. The chicken was SO dry and literally chewy. The fries were stale and had zero flavor. Everything might look good, but looks are deceiving. This is the kind of place people with really low food standards go.

Google
Tried out their Popcorn Chicken Combo was absolute amazing, very good portion for the price. Their Honey BBQ and Hot Cheetos cheese fries was a great combination. Also, their new drinks Tropical Crush Limeade and Sea Salt Taro Latte is a must try. Would definitely come back and try more menu. Recommended 5 Stars

Google
This is my go to place for their signature Crispy Chicken Wings Lemon pepper flavor and Popcorn chicken, their tenders combo with GBSF also very good. Definitely recommend place to hang out with good quality snacks.

Google
I ordered the tropical crush limeade for a $6 dollar drink it was absolutely abhorrent. I took two sips before I decided it wasn’t even worth drinking. They somehow turned a simple mango and passion fruit smoothie into a greasy popcorn tasting drink that was absolutely disgusting. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

Farhin Momtaj

Google
Took their mangonada and sea salt taro latte. Both were delicious. Mangonada is unique and superb in taste.

Jacqueline Gomez

Google
My husband and I were in the area and stopped for a refreshment. My husband got the mangonada, it's OK, it taste like they add too much artificial flavor. I got the coffee horchata with boba. I loved it! I would definitely order it again.

Jacqueline M

Google
Mangonada is very authentic, strawberry horchata and peach blossom very refreshing.

Google
Great food. The smoothies are out of this world! Noodles tasted like they had a little bit of an aftertaste of some thing and I can’t put my finger on it.

Giovanny E.

Yelp
This is a good place to get delicious snacks and drinks. Chicarrhones and Elotes combo ( not on the pic) is the best! I like the chicken pop too. Service is good. The place is big enough. Plenty of seats.

Blas G.

Yelp
I've been a long time fan of Zero Degrees, but their portions for food are getting a bit out of hand lately. I ordered the Xxtra Flamin Hot Cheetos Elote Combo to go tonight and you'd think I ordered fries with a side of corn instead. If you look at older images you'll see that in the past you'd get about 50/50 portions of each, but for some reason that's not the case anymore. The taste is still great but it's sad to see they're trying to pull a Chipotle on portions. I also ordered a Mangonada and that still tastes great. Maybe I'll pass on their food going forward and will stick to the drinks.

Yelp
Came to try this out after coming from Breakout Games. Cute ambiance, great selections. My daughter got the Tiger Sugar Milk which I know her so well, it's her "go to" drink and I tried the Cucumber Limeade, which is a refreshing drink with cucumber bits and a sliced lime infused in it. Both were delicious! Also, you can adjust the sugar level if needed. I was told this when I had asked about the Watermelon Slush. Also make sure to take a look at the "add ons" located at the bottom left of the "Signatures" menu. I was asked if I wanted any boba and assumed it was automatically in the Tiger Sugar Milk Tea. On the menu picture, it looks like it has it. I added the honey boba. On my receipt by text I have, there is no additional charge so make sure if not asked, you are aware. I would recommend a visit.

Yelp
Now, usually, this place is five stars in my book, but today was rather a disappointment. Now mind you I haven't been in a while, but this place was one of my favorite because of the fresh fruit that they were known for loading on top of my drink. I ordered my typical piña colada, which barely taste like piña colada. Because strawberries are my favorite fruit, I was looking forward to them on top of my drink like they usually are and instead, I received puréed strawberry at the bottom. My daughter got the watermelon frozen drink and it was basically a watermelon slush that melted about two minutes after we drove off! The service is usually always good, and the place is always clean, so I have no complaints about the two of those things but I was extremely disappointed that I drove 20 minutes just to get a blended slush with minimum flavor and no fruit

Kenny E.

Yelp
I really live the Camo Thai drink the most out of these three. It has a unique twist to the regular thai milk tea... a dash of oreo, cream and brown sugar does the magic! Watermelon slush is cooling and fresh with the right dash of sweetness. Tiger sugar milk tea is pretty standard. Anything goes great with yummy salt and pepper popcorn chicken.

Kit R.

Yelp
With how often I order from here I HAVE to give them 5 stars, right? Seriously, I adore the drinks from here. The Peach Blossom has to be one of my favorite drink ever. Ever. It's not too sweet, very hydrating, and the perfect treat. I order one every time. I've also enjoyed their Carne Asada fries a number of times--super tasty! The popcorn chicken is also a good choice, a little too salty sometimes though. I wasn't a fan of the garlic pasta or the dumplings, but I've also never dined in. You can't go wrong with what drink you pick! The Phoenix Oolong milk tea is divine and I enjoy the Pina Colada smoothie. A cute place to meet friends and enjoy tasty treats.

Lily H.

Yelp
Zero Degrees is definitely my go to when I am craving boba and snacks. I am completely obsessed with their Ube Milkshake. I also regularly order their Thai tea and lychee drink, which are also delicious. I love their fried snacks... their chicken bites and garlic fries are bomb! Their service is usually fast, but if you don't want to wait you can always call ahead and order.

Martha R.

Yelp
Haven't tried food items yet but the drinks alone are worth a visit. My kids love the lychee crush, and mangoneadas are so savory and delicious. My personal fav so far is the Ube Horchata. There's a drink for every palette. Bonus, next door there's Beard Papa and you definitely wanna try their pastry puffs

Yelp
In Plano and had craving for boba. The spot looks very nice. In a great location kind of. There are two other boba places within a two mile distance. What attracted me to the place was the name. This was the first boba place I've ever been in where you have to ask if you want to add boba. Normally they are asking you about boba. When I got my drink and noticed that the boba was absent, I asked about it. The clerk said we have to ask directly for it. The drink did now wow me. I was expecting a greater options of smoothies or frozen drinks. Will consider going back to see if another day may change my thoughts.

Yelp
06/11/23- Sunday It's been awhile since we ordered food here. Carne asada tasted awesome.

Martha G.

Yelp
Excellent service and sooo tasty! Get the spicy watermelon!!!! Will be coming back!

Yelp
To preface, I ordered Grubhub so a different experience. Was not aware of the split cup which I have seen at many places but never tried - wish that was an option that's shown. My drink also did not come in a nice labelled cup but rather a basic plastic one so can't guarantee my drink is from Zero Degrees but since all the food came with, I'm assuming it was and will include those thoughts. Alternatively, as a collector, I wish I could have gotten one of their reusable bottles. Oh well, maybe one day. Jasmine milk tea with boba - boba was firm and not the chewiest. Tea was fair, you could taste both the tea and the milk. The ratio was pretty standard, so not surprising at all. Didn't care too much for this drink. Popcorn chicken - really enjoyed their chicken with the garlic butter option. I appreciate that they offer a variety of sauces or flavors so you aren't locked into something you may dislike. Would get this again. Carne asada fries - very little meat and even though I opted for more guac on the app, I felt like there was barely any. Overall, a load of fries and not enough toppings. Filling for sure, but not from the protein, mostly from the carbs and fries. I'd skip this

Danny L.

Yelp
Get their pink lychee slush if you're a fan of slushes. Premising my review that the 5 stars is purely off that drink. Slush was not too sweet (thank goodness, since you can't change sugar level and slushes I've had tend to be overly sweet). Consistency is so smooth, strawberry is a good add-in, and drink overall is yummy. Would order from here again just for this drink. PROS: - pink - lychee - slush CONS: - none!

Yelp
This hurts to type this... I was craving some type of noodle dish. I had only went to Zero Degrees (on Inwood, about a year ago) and ordered the Camo Thai, it was tasteless and watered down. Here I am tonight thinking I'll give it a second try and order dinner. BIG MISTAKE. The Garlic Noodles smelled soooooo good, I was excited. I got home, took my first bite and it turned my stomach. I can't even tell you why. But it was GROSS. The shrimp was plain! I took a bite and immediately took it out of my mouth. It touched my taste buds and it was flavorless. You can see in the picture I never even bit the shrimp off to chew it. I have no idea how or why the food is bland and tastes off. The Thai Tea Boba I ordered was MUCH better than the Camo, thank God. But this was not worth the $17 I spent.

Haley M.

Yelp
Items are fairly priced and quickly prepared. Unfortunately they don't have the split cup anymore, so we had to make some tough calls, but the drinks we went with were good. The strawberry cheesecake tastes exactly like strawberry milk with the slight tang of cream cheese (in a good way). The Ube was also very good, it tasted like some sort of cereal to me (maybe captain crunch?). The mangonada packs a punch with the chamoy and tajin, with chunks of frozen mango. Can't wait to go back and try the elote.

Eri H.

Yelp
This is our new favorite boba place close to home. (Meaning if we don't feel like driving 20 min). Another big plus for this location they serve snack style food like fried chicken and fries that always goes well with sweet drinks. So it's more than just a boba place. We ordered their tiger sugar boba and strawberry milk. And it was decent. Not too sweet and the tapioca were soft, chewy and had the right texture that goes well with your drink. My kids loved their strawberry milk and their drink size is huge! Great, clean location next to other food and dessert places. They also have many outdoor seatings as well! Just a little noisy as it is literally right next to 75.

Noah C.

Yelp
Awesome place with unique drinks and great atmosphere! Slightly expensive buy prices overall reasonable, the drinks were really tasty and a great experience!

Bob J.

Yelp
Bought an ice coffee here while good , seems I missed out by not getting one of the specialty drinks . Next time I come here I will be more adventurous

Elaine M.

Yelp
The unique thing about this boba shop is the asian-latin fusion which you don't find at all in this area. Super excited about trying this place. The reason we decided to try it was because my daughter's friend had a split cup (two different drinks in one!) which totally helps out the indecisive person. So we came in just to order a split cup which my two daughters could share. I myself got a peach blossom iced with a side of chicarrones. OMG, the chicarrones were so fresh out of the fryer they were still crackling! Super light and crispy, they complimented my drink very well. The only thing is that there really wasn't anything that my husband could get to drink. Totally not diabetic friendly. There wasn't anything that you could not have sugar in. He had to walk several minutes to the coffee roaster down the next block. And then no healthy options :(. Other than that, it's a nice space and service was great!

Andres C.

Yelp
The chicken I got looked dark when I bit into it, it tasted very bitter. Not sure if leftover chicken may have been used but it didn't look right and tasted even worse. Unfortunately I had to throw it away.

Vanh D.

Yelp
The fruit drinks here are pretty good. I really like the pink lychee and the snacks they offer. It's definitely a nice place to stop by for a late night snack. There use to be more Zero Degrees around here but this one is the last one standing so I really hope they'll stay for a long time.

Abby A.

Yelp
My brother went in to order some garlic butter salt fries and I ordered elote+fries We got our orders and his fries were covered in sugar not salt. He went back and asked them about it twice and they said it was salt not sugar. We both got fries and his tasted sugary not salty like mine. They just told him that the garlic is what makes it sweet. I've never heard of garlic making anything sweet. He offered to leave the fries and if they could make him new ones and they declined I've never had a issue with them until now

John M.

Yelp
First time here food was good until i seen cockroaches crawling on the floors and the walls next to me and in the forks and straws I would've give 5 stars but the roaches ruined everything we had baby's with us they probably went in there carriages and diaper bags. Now we all have to go home and check ourselves

Fox E.

Yelp
I wanted to take my cats here, but that's when I thought it was called Zero DeFleas. It's not. So that would have been redundant. Try: Strawberry Limeade, Strawberry Mojito, Viet Iced Coffee, and other stuffs. Don't try: this at home kids. They should really only hire females to work here. Then they could be called Zero DeHe's. And apparently the Chili Powder added to the Mangonada can cure almost anything. You walk in riddled with every virus on earth... you walk out with Zero Disease. OK that's not true, but you'd think it was by how long the line is sometimes. This is an extremely busy and claustrophobic 0° location with lines out into the parking lot. They mostly sell a lot of stuff with chamoy and chili and cheetos and everything else that begins with "ch" as well as mango on top of it. Those are all pretty gimmicky but the main point of this place for us are the excellent drinks - specifically the limeades and the Vietnamese Iced Coffee that rock our world. I'm not sure I'll ever love the Mangonada. If you launched one of those into space, it'd be a MangoNASA. And they've had customers from every state except for our nation's capital. Crazy right? Thousands from every other state... but Zero DC's! We got a lot of weird looks from the customers because of the way Barbie with stress but we loved it. Still, be nice, people. And Barbie says that she wouldn't have made nearly as much money in her video career if she'd done Zero DP's. Now let's finish with a Wrap. I mean Rap. Yelp
This is an OKAY boba place. I ordered the strawberry horchata with boba and popcorn chicken. It consisted of fresh strawberries which was good and unique. If you're conflicted on what to order, Zero Degrees offer split cups where you can have two drinks in one order! As for the popcorn chicken, I ordered the salt and pepper with a high level of spicy. I can manage my spice taste very well and the ones I ordered were definitely spicy. They were delicious as well! They also sell a variety of snacks such as fries and wings that I have yet to try. The workers were nice and my order came out quick. The environment was normal and it felt very limited. Most of the tables are for 2 and there's a long table in the middle but it's so skinny it's hard to have room to eat. This place is quite expensive compared to other boba places. I would come here again to satisfy my popcorn chicken cravings and would be down to try new things on the menu!

Gloria C.

Yelp
I came here for the first time and I just got done with lunch, so I just wanted a dessert drink. My hubby ordered the Jasmine Milk tea with boba and I had the Pink Lychee with boba. The Jasmine tea was good with the rich strong Jasmine taste and the smooth milk with it. A lot of other places don't make it with the strong tea flavor. The Pink Lychee has quickly became one of my top 5 drinks! It looks pretty at first with the free strawberry bits and it's sweet, but not too overly sweet. There's definitely an intense lychee flavor, probably due to the lychee syrup but it's very delicious. My 15 month old son even liked it, but then again he likes all sweet drinks, so that's probably not a deciding factor. Don't forget to check in and get a free topping! I can't wait to come back to try out the other drinks and possibly the fun snack choices! And to top it off, Beard Papa is opening next door by the end of the month and that cream puff place is the bomb !

Niesy J.

Yelp
I love this place! My favorite drink is the limeades. Although it's not on the menu I get a strawberry and add lychee to it! The food is also good! They have a wonderful lunch combo that is reasonably priced for the amount of food you get!

Robert C.

Yelp
Very flavorful and fresh food! The popcorn chicken and fries were delicious! Great shakes as well. Will be going back soon.

Diem T.

Yelp
Their Popcorn chicken still the best in town. Their garlic noodles were delicious as well.

Cheryl P.

Yelp
I usually order milk tea at all bubble tea spots to see if it's good. Unfortunately, the classic milk tea was disappointing here. I think it was watered down. I'm reluctant to come back and try it again. But I just might. I tried the drinks that my family ordered and they were tasty - House Coffee and Pink Lychee. So this place redeemed itself for these. I didn't like how you can't customize your order - most bubble tea spots do.

Tiffany N.

Yelp
Damn they make a legit mangonada but this location is a hot mess. It's always a mess between employees who don't seem to communicate with each other and the inside doesn't seem as clean. It's probably my least favorite Zero Degrees location but it's the closet so here we are. I need to start ordered online ahead of time to avoid the wait (note, it was like this ore covid as well).

Minha K.

Yelp
My chicken was burnt and fries soggy. Really sad i wanted to eat the chicken but it tasted charred and gross

Ashley D.

Yelp
It was yummy and the service was friendly (: It did not take very long to order and receive the food either. Very yummy

Ann N.

Yelp
Absolutely loooove their watermelon slush. Its the perf sweetness and super refreshing on a hot day

Tien B.

Yelp
Don't ever buy Pina Colada Drink from this place. It tastes like icy water, no flavor, with little strawberry and coconut milk, not even a taste of pineapple. The popcorn chicken was too salty, i couldn't even finish all. The chicken wings were just alright, not too special. I've been here a few times before for other drinks. But Pina Colada, the new drink, is the worst!

Jacquline J.

Yelp
What happened, this was one of my favorite spots and when the Frisco location closed I ordered from this location and I was super disappointed. The noodles and the shrimp are smaller than I remember and the quality and taste took a decline.

Suzanne N.

Yelp
I ordered their Mangonadas.. it was soooo good especially during this summer time. You won't disappointed I promise :)

Rosamond H.

Yelp
Came here with my boyfriend and his siblings a few weeks ago and our order came out to be a little over $30. I ordered their split cup with strawberry horchata and jasmine milk tea with boba, my boyfriend ordered their mangonada, his sister ordered their watermelon slushy drink similar to the mangonada, his brother ordered another one of the split cups with thai milk tea and jasmine milk tea, and his other sister ordered a drink with a side of fries. I really liked their strawberry horchata, it's really good! It came with a hint of cinnamon and there were small strawberry chunks in it, as well. A little on the sweeter side, but I definitely recommend it! Their jasmine milk tea was good, but I probably wouldn't order it again. It definitely has a more floral taste to it which I don't see a problem with it. I just don't like my milk teas watered down.... I like my teas creamy. The split cups, in my opinion are only worth it if you're not sure which drink to choose from. You probably only get a few sips for $5.25 and then you're done. I got both my drinks with less ice, so that's something I would definitely do if you want more drink than ice. Overall, it's a clean and modern boba shop with pretty good milk teas, but I would not come here every week cuz it's pretty expensive. I could probably find a cheaper boba shop nearby with the same teas I'm looking for. Seriously still shocked at how expensive 5 teas and a side of fries are!!! **1 free topping if you check in on yelp!

BiBi M.

Yelp
The Pina Colada was AMAZING! The strawberries on the bottom were such a nice touch & the over all flavor was so good!

Kacie D.

Yelp
All the negative customer service reviews do not surprise me. Drinks: I have a huge sweet tooth so I normally rotate between their coffee horchata, matchata, and cookie monster. Since Zero Degrees is a franchise, they follow a recipe which makes all the drinks consistent regardless of location. However, the boba at this location tastes like it's been left out a lot longer than the Frisco and Richardson location. Service: Like the majority of boba places; a bunch of high school/early college students who don't really care about the quality of their job performance, customers, or the accuracy of drinks. A worker was making my boyfriend's cookie monster and forgot to add the whipped cream on top, I asked if she could just swirl some on, she replied with "that's how it normally comes", I know damn well cookie monster comes with whipped cream WITHOUT request, but I played dumb btch with her and said I'll even pay for it, she replied with, "it's fine, but next time we'll have to charge you for it".

Amy C.

Yelp
This place is so hyped up and I've been dying to try it. I did my research and saw their split cups so i was able to try a handful of teas! Kinda leveraged my boyfriend into getting one too LOL. So for my split cup, i got my normal jasmine MT and Thai tea! Thai tea was really good, would probably come back for this. The jasmine MT on the other hand was super creamer heavy, not that much pure tea taste that i enjoy -- wouldn't order again. Boyfriends split cup consisted of lychee crush (lychee strawberry green tea) and sea salt green tea. He really liked the sea salt foam on top, but we both thought that the lychee crush was WAY too sweet. Like, spoonful of syrup sweet qq. Unfortunately for any of these, you're not able to adjust the sweetness level. That leaves me a little disappointed, because all of these drinks were too sweet in general, but would be loads better if it was just less. Would be down to come again and try any of their other foods/drinks but it's kinda out the way and doesn't really make the drive for me yet. We shall see, zero degrees ...

Cristian H.

Yelp
The only place a germaphobe can share a drink with a loved one. Lol. Super cute date spot. Only negative was that they were out of mangos.

Alisha S.

Yelp
This place is waaay too hyped. I came here with huge expectations, however they were not met. Yes, the drinks and food are good, but nothing too special about them. I tried the ube milkshake which was not blended well in my opinion. I could still taste pieces of ice which kinda ruined it for me. I'm sure if the drink was blended a little more I would've enjoyed it. Service was lowkey a little rude so I didn't appreciate that as well.

Shenal C.

Yelp
really good smoothies and i love the piña colada one! i should've gotten the mangonada and an elote because it looked so fire, however I was in a pineapple-y mood. the best thing to drink after peri peri since it's next door

Sam D.

Yelp
I'm never able to finish a drink here! I love ube ice cream, so I pitch for their ube drink, but those typically don't satisfy my expectation for ube-flavored dessert. From what I've had so far, the drinks either range from YES! to Okay. Based-off of the options provided, there isn't much to be disappointed about unless you're a picky eater. Yes, it's pretty pricey, but considering that a lot people can't finish their drinks and these come decorated, I find it very reasonable! The idea that it's a fusion-inspired drink is interesting and fun. I wish I was able to try their food options, but I'm always interested in trying a new drink. There's enough seating to settle down comfortably. Despite how busy it may be, I never had a complaint about it being messy. I like coming here to chat and relax, especially since the drinks take you a while to finish and the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Komal S.

Yelp
Lines take forever, I was waiting in line only behind 3 people and it took about 45 mins. Their service is SLOW. They ran out of boba and charged me for it anyway. Their drinks did not taste good /: Wasted an hour and $11 :( Tbh, there are much better places to try in that area like Gong Cha, Mango Mango, Sharetea, etc. It did look pretty though. I'll give them that.

Claire N.

Yelp
Seating is veryyyy limited and gets pretty busy. Had to wait for seating even after I got my food to begin eating both times I've come here. Really loud because everyone is so close together so others can def hear your conversation. The food is so good though!!! And the drinks (eh..) I got the Lychee Crush as always. The white stuff in the drink is not appealing but the drink itself is really good so maybe that's why I keep getting it... BUT THE FOOD. Wow. Recommend the wings, literally any wing flavor, greatly!!

Nga N.

Yelp
A lot of hype for this place when it first came to Dallas. I waited awhile before coming here because I didn't want to be stuck in a long line. But the real reason why I stopped here is because of Beard Papa's. I meant it's winter time, I'm not in the mood for boba but my love for boba has also declined in the recent years. So the drinks here, I really like the split cups. I mean it's totally a novelty item but it gives me the opportunity to try more than 1 flavor at once. I like the lemonade drinks, they're refreshing but still a little too tart for me. The milk teas are somewhat tasty but a little too sweet. I didn't like the bobas. The ones I had were a little tough in the middle. Chicken nuggets weren't bad but I have better else where. I do want to try their snacks with hot Cheetos. Next time for sure.

Jannat C.

Yelp
Zero degrees is an asian-hispanic fusion place with Instagram worthy drinks and eclectic food. I went with the most popular drink - the Mangonada. The mangonada is a mango slush drink with chunks of mangos mixed in with Mexican red chili powder. If you're not used to a savory drink, give it some time. I typically expect sweet drinks so this was a twist. This drink reminded me of visiting Bangladesh and having unripened fruits with salt and chili powder. It's a really great drink if you don't want anything too sweet. I definitely would see myself coming back and trying out their concoctions with fries and chicken!
