"Zero Gradi, the sibling desert shop to popular Neopolitan pizza restaurant 400 Gradi, will open this weekend with a three-day celebration including live music, Instagram photo-ops, tastings and more. The festivities begin September 29 from 5-9 p.m., and continue nightly through October 1 at 2000 Ross Avenue. The gelateria is right next to 400 Gradi, the Australia restaurant founded by celebrity chef Johnny Di Francesco, which opened a Dallas location in 2019. (“Gradi’ means degrees in Italian, as in the Celcius temperature inside of a pizza oven.) At Zero Gradi, diners can expect more than 20 flavors of handmade gelato, sobettos, and semifreddo ice cream cakes, all made with fresh and imported ingredients, like yogurt from the Maremma region of Italy, plus a full espresso bar." - Brittanie Shey

Friendly service, Great Macchiato, Beautiful Delicious Croissants. Lemon Basil sorbet is refreshing, but they have other great flavors too! Definitely a spot to put in your routine if you're downtown!

I truly appreciate this location, but I’m frustrated that the company hasn’t updated their business hours on Google Maps or their website. I've visited three different Zero Gradis on separate days, only to discover they were closed when the online information indicated they were open. Additionally, calling ahead isn’t an option since they’re often busy helping customers. To help others, I took a picture of the actual hours for the downtown Dallas location! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Great place for daily fresh pastries! Tried the amazing croissant rolls with two flavors. My family got the pistachio raspberry cube and the tiramisu. Cristal is sweet and professional, serving every customer with care. Will definitely come back for more latte matcha with family and friends!

Zero Gradi in Dallas is a gem for gelato lovers! The gelato here is simply delightful—light, fluffy, and bursting with flavor. Every spoonful is a treat to the taste buds. The service is top-notch. The staff are not only efficient but also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. In addition to their amazing gelato, their pastries are also a must-try. The store boasts a modern and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a sweet treat. One thing to keep in mind is that parking can be a bit tricky since it's all street parking. Availability depends on how busy the area is, so plan accordingly.Overall, Zero Gradi is definitely worth a visit for anyone looking to indulge in some high-quality gelato and pastries in a great setting in Dallas.

Google
One of my favorite coffee shops closed their location permanently downtown Dallas due to the pandemic. When I started to go back I to the office I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get great coffee. Thankfully, Zero Gradi has stepped in and is making amazing coffee. It’s a bit hard to get to and there is no parking directly in front. You have to park in the attached garage behind the front of the building. But it’s definitely worth it. They also have quick takeaway sandwiches (which I haven’t tried yet but will soon) and desserts - pastries and gelato. Also note that there is a lot of construction going on at the moment but don’t let that stop you!

This place has great gelato! I tried the coffee crunch and tiramisu flavors; both were fantastic. Not much to complain about. I skipped the pastries—they looked overly sweet for my taste, but the gelato was overall enjoyable!

Great place to grab a croissant and coffee in the Dallas Arts district. Tried the pistachio cube, and chocolate and almond croissants.Sat outside and enjoyed my latte.

Google
This was a super cute place! I got the cookie butter and Ferrero Rocher. Both were good but I wish they had more dimension in flavor. I’ve had ferrero rocher gelato several times and this wasn’t as rich as any of them. My friend got the lemon basil and it was DIVINE. If I go back I’ll definitely get that! But overall this was a really cute shop and the atmosphere was great.

Yelp
Zero Gradi is known for their viral twist off croissants and i knew I had to check them out when I visit Dallas. We got the raspberry and pistachio flavor and the biscotti flavor. We also got the ferrero rocher flavor. The girl helping us was so friendly and nice. Also the place was so chic and modern. Saw a few people there with their laptops working. All the flavors were amazing. The raspberry and pistachio was definitely my favorite. Highly recommend

Yelp
Stopped by on the way to the Perot museum for some coffee and treats. It's a cute, airy shop with coffee beverages, pastries, and gelato. I was the only one there the day before Christmas Eve so service was quick. I got a cafe latte, a pistachio and raspberry croissant cube, a ferrero rocher croissant roulette, and a cannoli. The raspberry, pistachio croissant was more of a pistachio butter which was unexpected but surprisingly really good. The ferrero rocher was rich with a hazelnut flavor and crunch and topped with a ferrero rocher chocolate. Both were delicious and unique in their own way. They didn't have too many options but what I tried was solid. Definitely worth a stop to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Yelp
Awesome gelato place! We went on a Sunday so they didn't have a lot pf pastries and cakes available. I did try the mini tarts and they are delectable. It was the mini pistachio and the butter crunch. Staff was very accommodating. Cute place to stop by after a museum visit!

Yelp
It's a cute little gelato and desert shop that is OK. The gelato flavors are quite simple. The vanilla bean tasted really delicious! I tasted a few others, including pistachio, which is typically my favorite. I wasn't a fan of their take on pistachio. It is a lot more nutty, definitely an acquired taste. I prefer pistachio to be a little bit creamier with a soft essence of the pistachio nut itself. However the employee was so lovely! We also tried a little sweet potato pastry with marshmallows on top. It was OK. I think I just really wanted this chain to be overall is better and exciting.

Yelp
Was on a gelato hunt after trying it in Europe and this place meets all the flavors which are rich, nutty and good textures. This place is on par with flavors and taste as botolino's. Has multiple locations and must try if you are in the area.

Yelp
HAVE AGAIN: Chocolate gelato was some of the best I've ever had! Truly delicious. ALWAYS have this again. NOT HAVE AGAIN: The vanilla gelato was good, but not needed with the chocolate.

Yelp
a cute small gelato shop downtown. Not too many flavors, about 6 or 7 with 3 additional sorbet flavors. I got the cherry cheesecake and coffee which were both really good. My boy got chocolate and cookies and cream. A small comes with 2 scoops which is just enough. They also have coffee which I'll try next time.

Yelp
I came in just for a quick coffee after having no luck at a place nearby and this was perfect. The staff person brewed me a fresh batch of drip coffee and steamed some oat milk to add to it even though I didn't ask for that. It was delicious and just what I needed.

Yelp
Everything here is so good. Reminds me of when I was in Italy 10 out of 10. Staff Is also outstanding.

Yelp
This place is amazing. They have delicious pastries, great coffee. Super cute! Now available at Frisco. Totally recommend this place.

Yelp
BELOVED fan of croissants, and have came to Zero Gradi in last few months and I fell in love with their croissants! that being said....I havent visited them in awhile but went in recently and it was SO HOT IN THERE! no a/c, in this texas heat? The croissants looked almost flat and sat on. thought they were just a having an off day and purchased my favorites anyways, got home and found a GREY HAIR in my plain butter croissant. was absolutely DISGUSTED. WONT be returning, quality has gone down tremendously.

Sammo C.

Yelp
Zero gradi is so good! I hope they open on Saturday's since I work during the week and it's hard to visit. The croissants are must haves. They have a pistachio cream filled croissant and it's heavenly! It's very walkable to Klyde warren and the DMA and a quick walk from a trolley stop. Definitely worth a visit

Yelp
Gave 400 Gradi a less than flattering review but man, Zero Gradi is a real winner! Excellent, excellent pastries, delicious savory Danishes, tasty Gelato. Overall, a really great addition to the Downtown/Uptown area. So good that I'm even going to give 400 Gradi another chance. For now, head to Zero Gradi if you're a little bored of Bisous Bisous, and are craving some quality baked goods.

Yelp
I had a coffee cant remember what flavor but it was good! I was mainly looking for a cruffin/muffin/croissant type deal but they were all out. The service was good and the ambiance of the place was chill.

Yelp
Cute dessert spot near 400 Gradi. The shop has gelato, coffee, affogato, and pastries. The nutella donut was tasty and my friend really liked the gelato she got. Parking is validated for up to 2.5 hours in the adjacent parking garage.

Yelp
Cute sleek pristine dessert bar next to Mendocino farms! Come for the gelato- nice creamy Italian flavors and they can line your cone with chocolate- amazing. The big brioche bun - this one is a commitment to eat, lemon cream pie croissant - unique and really tangy, nutella sugar bun- pretty dense, and origin tart- has a layer of chocolate mousse and some faint notes of coffee, very decadent. Come through- lots of cute desserts.

Meryl J.

Yelp
This dessert shop has it all! Unique and delicious gelato, great espresso drinks, so many pastry options, and crepes too! The service was fast and friendly. The space is clean with plenty of room to sit down. We loved the fast and friendly service. There is complimentary parking in the garage next door - don't forget to ask them to validate! I also like how they can split flavors per scoop. The serving size is generous and in my opinion well priced. I tried the caramel pecan and cookie butter and my husband got the Ferraro Rocher and amaretto - all the flavors were great! Espresso was husband approved and I liked my Nutella latte! Will definitely be back. Actually the husband has already gone back!

Yelp
Reason for 1 star is that I checked the website before going on a Saturday morning. Website said they open at 11am. All good. Walked 20 mins to get there and they were closed. Sign in window says closed Saturday and Sunday. Update your website! Will I go back? Probably not.

Yelp
So many good desserts with a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend the sausage and onion danish, almond blueberry croissant, and the lemon and basil gelato. They had a DJ playing warm Italian music, and they were sampling out many of their desserts. Cool place.

Perry L.

Yelp
Soooo good. The people are great and patient. Love me some chocolate. So cutesy and prettyyyyyy

David E.

Yelp
I just had a vanilla gelato and a waffle cone. The texture was like eating a beautiful sweet vanilla cloud. Not too dense at all. Some of the best ice cream I've ever had let alone in Dallas. Of course this place is going to do great because they are the same owners of 400 Gratti, which is a wonderful Italian restaurant next door.
