Probably best Japanese restaurant in Milano. Skip the tables at the entrance of the restaurant and go to the hidden bar in the back end, there you can watch the sushiman as he prepares your plate. We went with a sampling sushi menu and were surprised and delighted. Perhaps a bit baroque for purist: every single nigiri came with toppings, several with blowtorch cooking and two and three sauces. Dinner is around 50 euro. The deserts were unbelievable.
