Updated review of poor service.
Warm greeting at the start, but the experience went downhill. It was a slow night and I waited about 12 minutes before anyone came to the table. When the server finally arrived, she seemed annoyed and offered no help choosing wine — which I was excited to try on my second day in Lisbon.
A trainee brought the wine with a smile (much appreciated!), but after the food was dropped off, my server never returned. I had to ask another staff member just to get the check.
Then I was asked if I agreed to leave a tip… which was surprising given the lack of service.
The pizza and mozzarella were delicious, calamari was just okay — but the service was extremely poor. I did speak with a manager who apologized, though the experience was already affected.
There are plenty of restaurants in Lisbon that truly value guests — I recommend choosing one of those instead. After two weeks in Portugal, this was unfortunately my worst dining experience.
