10/10! Everything Was Amazing! From The Customer Service to The Kitchen!!!

The parking lot was clean. The attendant was cordial. The server was very friendly and explained my wait time. My food was served hot and fresh. My food was delicious. The french fries were hot and not too salty. The footlong hotdogs are the best!

The line was long but moved. I ordered a 4pc Chicken Tender Combo #10 large with tots. I’ve never been to a Zesto’s that doesn’t serve real chicken tenders. They were hot but chicken with rib meat. They gave me toys but only after I saw they weren’t in the bag. The best thing from today was the large sprite. I couldn’t even eat the tenders and I live 45mins away from this one. 👎🏾 also got a large curly fry half full and large sweet tea spent $22.69. Never again👎🏾

Never heard of this place but was craving a strawberry milkshake and he suggested Zesto. Boy am I glad he did because I had my first strawberry milkshake here and it was 👌🏾. The Chili cheese fries and Burger hit the spot as well after a day of buses and trains.

Went to this restaurant to get lunch and was treated like I was some criminal all because I said I have two orders at the drive through and ask what they make the malts with. The older lady at the window couldn’t hear me so I started talking loud so she could hear me and she made the comment you don’t have to do all that but you can’t hear me. I went inside the restaurant to place the order and at that time is when the staff accused me of calling the lady out of her name. I never called the lady the “B” word at all. They started saying call Forest Park for no reason. As they can see I was not afraid for them to call the cops because of a lady that can’t hear on the speaker. My first time at this restaurant she was rude but I continued to eat there. Not any more I can spend my money in better places. The staff made a show out of this with a lobby full of customers. I would greatly appreciate it if someone speak to the lady and let her know if she can’t hear you just say I can’t understand you. Two of the employees came running out the back door to see who I was how rude was that. It’s ok I will not be back. I didn’t order afraid they would spit in my food.

No stars😒 I attempted to go through the drive thru first….. but it wasn’t moving So i went in, I stood at the register 5 mins before anyone acknowledged me but not before I said something to the employee walking by….. customer service is everything it doesn’t take a genius to realize this Just say one moment please Or if you don’t wanna have a common courtesy Just say someone will be with you shortly Instead of walking by and acknowledging your customer

I pass by this restaurant a lot but decided to stop because my wife wanted food from here. I walked in to find it extremely busy. I stood and looked at the vibrant colorful menu. I decided on chili dog with sweet potato tots and butterscotch ice cream. The cashier was semi-friendly. After ordering and waiting, I finally got my food but it wasn’t complete so I had to go back in. After getting my food home, I was disappointed. The meat had a weird taste and the sweet potato tots were underwhelming. The best food I had was the butterscotch ice cream.

Horrendous service!!!! Stood at the counter for over 20 minutes, with people with their backs to us to place our order. This is, after we stood in line for 5 minutes to get to the counter. From the manager, all the way to the cashier, they all suck. They have no respect for customers standing in front of them. They don't care. They will take a drive through order and fill it and leave people standing at the counter once again with their backs turned to them.
