Everything from service to food was mosy enjoyable. Starting with the service which like for the Hotel is superb. So a big thank you Xin & team for serving us, for your advice & for the conversation, which made lunch all the more pleasurable. As for the food I found all the dishes & sauces to be freshly prepared, masterly executed , well presented but more importantly tasty with full of flavours. Prices are all competitive including some great wines. I enjoyed seeing some superb Spanish reds as part of their wine lists. The dinning tables and ambience are great. You feel special, nice and private but you also know your eating in the company of others. Not to go into too much detail (see videos etc.) but we tried a very tasty Japanese pork with honey, a pure breed of black pig. This was followed ny a minced duck tartare lightly fried. The spinach tofu in wild mushroom sauce was also sublime paired well with the seafood fried rice. We also really enjoyed the wild flower jelly. The restaurant has been going now for over 15 years so congratulations to all the kitchen & waiting team for maintaining such high standards & for making the cuisine accessible to a wider audience.

Decent quality dim sum for lunch. Easily beat HK’s at comparable prices. Server Candy was very attentive and spoke good English to my guest. One thing I appreciated was that you could make the dim sum order by 2 (or 4) pieces, instead of the customary 3, to suit your party. Would love to come back for set dinner sometime. Stayed at Four Seasons upstairs, made a call to concierge for reservation past 10pm. Restaurant called back next morning for confirmation. Great service. Better make a reservation before coming. I saw people turned down as walk-ins.

Visited 07 Aug 2024 I had my doubt at first if paying over the odds for Michelin Cantonese food. But this experience didn't disappoint. I went with 2 of my colleagues and i suggested if we could go ala carte so as to try ad many dishes without feeling overly bloated or sick in the stomach. They were kind enough to split the meals up into 3 and allow us to have our own tasting portions which worked really well. The pigeon was tender soft (im surprised because cooking pigeon isnt easy). The desserts were also tasty while not being overly too sweet.
