One of the biggest perks of this spot is that it's dog-friendly, making it a great option for those dining with their furry companions. I visited this location a few years ago, and while the service used to be much better, it has since changed significantly. Now, ordering is done entirely through an app, which makes it difficult to request simple things like water without having to flag someone down.
As for the food, it was just okay. The tuna tartare was overly heavy on pesto, which overpowered the freshness of the raw tuna--unless, of course, the strong flavor was intentional to mask a lack of freshness. On the plus side, the mussels came with a generous portion of fries, which was greatly appreciated. The mussel broth had a very strong wine flavor, which may not be to everyone's taste.
The ambiance was warm and inviting, making for a pleasant dining environment, but the service could use improvement, and the food could benefit from some adjustments. Also, I wasn't expecting cheese on the tuna but it did complement the pesto well, however not quite the best bite with the tuna. While nothing was inedible, it wasn't particularly impressive either. If you're looking for a convenient, dog-friendly spot with decent food, this place might be worth considering, but don't expect standout service or exceptional flavors.
