Zipps Sports Grill

I didn't take a picture because zi was in a hurry which is why airport got my food to go. I was in the hotel across the street, so walking distance. Less than 5 minutes to my room! (Keep in mind important for later). After waiting for over 5 minutes (I could have come greeted myself from my hotel faster than any employee actually there) to even be acknowledged at the door that has a huge sign saying,"WAIT TO BE SEATED," I finally get told by a Hostess (?) I can just go up to the bar. OK. Go sit at the bar. At this point I just want an order to go because I'm already annoyed. So I sit. And wait again. And wait. And wait. instead I'm ignored by multiple people who I'm trying to politely wait and not bother, but it had to be another 5 minutes. I finally make eye contact with a nice man who takes my order. Says it'll be 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, brings my order and cashes me out. Whatever. It's not his fault, so I still tipped him well because he seemed really nice and sweet. Walk across and uo to my room to find what appear to be 2 day old fries left in a car and then refrigerated before reheated and served to me. So maybe I pissed someone off enough by waiting at the door and not yelling for service at the bar, but really? Your fries cannot be that old and bad without you noticing. So either on purpose or just neglectful dgaf. I did give 2 stars only because the burger was decent, but not good enough to ever go back. And no, I'm not one of those people who would ever wall back into a place to throw a tantrum about fries lol so I just tossed them and welp, that was a waste of $30+

Had an awesome experience thanks to Angela, the newest bartender. She made us some fantastic martinis, and even mentioned they were her first ones at this bar, which made it even more impressive. Great service, friendly personality, and everything came out perfectly. The food was excellent too. You can tell she really cares about getting it right. We’ll definitely be back and hope to catch Angela behind the bar again.

Our server was nice however our wings were horribly cooked both times ! We asked for crispy and the first batch came out undercooked tasting like boiled wings, we sent the wings back to get them more crispy and the wings came out burnt and dry! Zipps used to be known for their wings so it’s very disappointing what the quality is of them are now

Food was good, atmosphere nice, service was par at best. The hostess had a table clearly in front of us that would meet our needs but she stated she could only offer a patio table or she would have to put us on the waitlist. I asked her how long the waitlist was approximately. She said they don't give times for their wait list. So I asked how many are in front of me on the wait list, and she said I was the only one (facepalm). I asked her why she couldn't sit us at the table that clearly would meet our needs? Her response you need a high chair and an extra chair for our infant and toddler. I asked her to check with the manager since that would clearly not cause any issue or block any walkways. We ended up being seated and the waiter was nice but the service was very slow. We made the best of it since it was my son's birthday but I can't say I'll return soon.

Zipps is pretty decent sports bar with plenty viewing options through the restaurant. Had a mushroom and Swiss burger and was not disappointed. French fry’s that came with the burger were petty decent as well! I think I would definitely come back here again for another meal and would not hesitate recommending this Zipps to others! That’s being a winner baby!!!👏👏👏

The staff at the bar makes you feel like you're bothering them by being there. Female manager is rude and condescending. Espresso Martini Drink does not look like the photos and asked why? Manager said that's the size of the pour. What? Spend your money at an establishment that wants you to be there to spend your money. Worst Zipps of all their locations.

The staff deserves 5 stars! The food is horrible. Fries are tasteless and soggy the fish in fish and chips were frozen McFish tenders. The beer menu was more limited than I expected. If this weren't a large-format restaurant near downtown, it'd be a complete failure.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. There was absolutely nothing good about our experience. Went here with 2 other people for what we assumed would be a quick bite before going to an event nearby. 1 hour and thirty minutes later we only got 2/3 things we ordered and everything was old. Server ignored our table most of the night and spouted bizarre rules about ordering drinks. The “focaccia” menu is totally BS. They’re wraps. Know that going into it - it’s definitely NOT focaccia dough. Everyone working there was rude. This place sucks- save your money go to literally any other restaurant instead.

they have the best service especially from the bartender ivana , so sweet and very friendly, and they have the best zaparrita prices right . its gona be an eagles sport bar when the Football season start . its very relaxede vibe, everyone should try it and they won't be disappointed

WON'T BE RETURNING! Terrible and unprofessional experience at this location. First, we were instructed to wait at a table that was not clean. After about five minutes of waiting for someone to either clean it or seat us, we chose to sit down ourselves. I then noticed the host placing her hands on her cheeks in disbelief and exclaiming, "WTF". Following that, she cleaned half of our table, and a few minutes later, another staff member came to clean the rest. After waiting for 15 minutes without any assistance, a waiter approached and asked, "So, are you guys going to order food?" I replied, "We've been waiting for someone to help us for 15 minutes." The waiter then responded in a disrespectful , saying, "That's why I'm asking if you are going to order something." I confirmed that we would like to order, but we still had not received any menus. As soon as the server turned away, he began shaking his head. We felt belittled, disrespected, unwanted, and judged. The most frustrating part was that while we were experiencing this negative experience, the host, who had completely ignored us after cleaning half of our table, was engaged in conversation with other servers and laughing. Her actions thought this experience were from someone who only likes to waste time at their job and does the job for the money.

We were at Zipps yesterday @ 32nd & Shea. They snuck 3 little charges in on us. We ordered chili with no onions, they brought the chili with a 1 ounce cup of cheese and billed us 75 cents for each 1 ounce cup. Very "cheesy" operation, plus the chili was all meat with no beans and fairly tasteless.. We won't be back. Server was good tho.

I had a very disappointing experience at Zips on Central Ave in Phoenix. I ordered the chicken skewers, and when my food arrived, there was a Live Bug crawling around my plate. One of the waitresses promptly notified the manager, Brandon, who initially approached the wrong table that wasn't even part of our group. When he finally came to me, he immediately dismissed the situation by saying the bug probably came in through the window. I explained that I was very uncomfortable eating after what had happened and asked to be compensated appropriately. Rather than being understanding or apologetic, Brandon became defensive and offered no real resolution. I didn't want to argue or escalate things further, so I just let it go. I told him I would be posting a review about the experience, and he said, "OK" and shrugged his shoulders... So here I am. Hopefully this helps others be aware of what kind of service and cleanliness you might expect at this location. Very disappointing. May 25th, 2025 7:55pm

Wings are great, just look at the picture. The service is okay, our server took for ever to check on us. Multiple times she walked by without even looking. We asked for ranch and she brought one ranch even though it was two of us and we both asked. She was training someone else so maybe she was overwhelmed but we had to ask a completely different server to ring us up and then come to find out they don't do tap, had to write the card number down. The location is great.

I stopped in to watch the World Series and grab some food. Normally this location is pretty fast and legit. Today it was extra packed so exercising patience was expected. I was sat in the railing area near the bar which was fine since it had a counter top to hold food and drinks. A server came over pretty quick to take my drink order. I had an idea of what I wanted and was ready to look at a menu. But the sever was gone immediately. I waited about 10 minutes before flagging down a tall gentleman I assumed was the manager to ask for one of the menus he had in his hands. Then I looked it over for a few minutes and was ready to order but the server that helped me initially had moved on to multiple other people. She never came back to ask me anything. So I walked up to the bar to ask how to order food. Another sever came over and took my order after a few minutes. Then the original sever came to me when I sat down and said "You ordered food?" I replied "Not with you but yes I ordered the Cajun chicken breast sandwich." She sat it down and went on about her business. The chicken sandwich had potential but it was dry and no type of secure. I added ketchup and mustard which helped. Overall the sandwich was okay but definitely needs a sauce on the side at least. I come to this location often to watch events and hang out with friends so I was surprised by the bad customer service experience today. Next time I'll just wait for a table so I'm not looked over again.

The service was great and we got a great view of the game!!! Would recommend!!! Got the wings, they were very delicious and saucy

We've been regular customers here and have spent plenty of money here over time, but after tonight, we won't be coming back. My husband was simply throwing away his trash outside -- which happened to be in a red plastic cup -- when the staff refused to let us in. It felt unnecessary and disrespectful, especially toward returning customers who've always supported the place. It's disappointing because the servers here are great and don't deserve to lose tips or regulars over poor management decisions. Whoever's running the door -- the manager with long hair and face tattoos -- might want to reconsider how they're treating paying customers. He's not just turning people away; he's costing the bar business.

I love the burgers from here and the wings are delicious. If going around lunch rush time definitely recommend calling In the order for convenience

The manager with the face tattoo and long greasy hair was extremely awful! Save your money and go ANYWHERE else! Food is so gross and bland and somehow soggy at the same time! And the building was so dirty for it being that slow.

Nice place, good location, plenty of parking and a lot of TVs. Ivanna was our server, very pleasant and took our order right away. They have some good weekend specials that we didn't notice until after we placed our order. She was fine with making a minor change to the order. I read the reviews and thought I'd bring our group with an open mind. First glance was that the reviews were tough. Well, we did have to inquire with our server on our drinks. She went and checked, came back with them, "problem at the bar." We ordered a couple of apps, they looked good when they got to the table but the fries were super greasy and limp. The pretzel bites really did look good but they tasted like they were slightly burned and the Bavarian cheese was horrible. It was so thick you could caulk your bathroom with it. Too many choices in the area to have just fair service and poor food quality.

Had high hopes... the location is great, good parking options, lovely patio, and great indoor seating with lots of TV's to find your game! Food was ok, dining companion enjoyed his burger, my tortilla soup lacked depth and the chicken was rubbery. My big problem was the service. The host seated us immediately, and our server came by quickly to get our drink orders... almost too quickly. I like it when servers stop by, point out favorites on the drink menu, ask if we want water, and if we're ready to order any drinks. And if not, she'll stop by soon after we've had a chance to view the menu. But hey, I can deal with it. Once we got a drink, we ordered an appetizer. The pretzel bites were served with the yummy cheese sauce, and they were hot and hit the spot. The problem was, as they were delivered she wanted to take our food order. We asked for her to give us a few minutes to review the menu. I always like to have a little bit of time to enjoy my appetizer without having entrées, delivered shortly there after and you have to decide do I eat my entrée while it's hot or stop eating the appetizer and let it go cold. Also, as this is a sports bar, I kind of wanted to drag the time a little bit in order to enjoy the energy and the game. However, once we told her we would delay a little bit to order our entrées, it was almost like she decided that we no longer needed service. I'd look over and see her visiting with the other staff members in one corner of the location, the next minute she would be over in the middle of the bar area, talking to bartenders, and the next minute moving over into the Kitchen area to visit with people. When she did come into our area , she would walk by us almost as if trying to ignore the fact that we were sitting at the table. No eye contact possible. She would take an order from another table, and then walk by us again with her head turned away. I hope it wasn't this, but it felt like she was trying not to look at us so that she didn't have to stop by the table. This happened several times. Finally I got her attention and waved her down to come over and take our order. Food was delivered and we ate and never saw her again. Waters were not filled. Never an offer for a drink refill.. Check was not presented. No questions food, about is there anything else I can do for you? Every time she moved through the restaurant she ignored our table. I had to waive her down and ask for the check, and ask for a refill on my water. When the check came, she sat it down on the table and I had to waive her down again a few minutes later to come pick up the credit card. We had to ask twice for a 'to go' container. I hope patrons in other sections didn't have a similar experience. I have to say, I have never felt so ignored in a restaurant than I did here.

I had a mushroom cheeseburger with onion rings and it hit the spot. Bartender was on top of the service all the way around the bar and the shift change was seamless.

Roaches!!!! We are regulars here, love our regular bartenders. But tonight legit a cockroach ran across the bar straight for me. My boyfriend slapped it away. Not before me and one of the bartenders seeing it. We had just ordered cheese sticks. Which we ate half but felt gross. One of the bartenders kept joking "look there it is!" Which i thought was way inappropriate. When i paid the check i let her know it's not funny. Its disgusting. And we will never order food here again. She immediately shaped up and was like "yes no i agree" Zipps you have roaches clearly running around your establishment. You need to fix it. It's so gross!!!!

Great service at the bar tonight! Had a couple beers and a salad to go. I don't remember the bartenders name, she had glasses and she was just so sweet and accommodating. She communicated well even though they were super slammed for the game. Special shout out to Marcos as well for awesome customer service!

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Waited 35 min after our food had gotten to the table because they forgot a basket of wings. Waited another 20 minutes just to get a refill for a beer and it came after we had finished our food ready to go already. Seemed like we weren't the only ones upset about the long wait for food and drinks. Makes sense why this location is only 2.5 stars, speaks for itself.

LOVE IT! Forgot I was a Bay Area 49er fan sitting in Phoenix, AZ for the 49er's hosting the AZ Cardinals. Haha. GREAT football crowd and I loved the experience. The nachos were so good. Loved the uniqueness of the fried cheese strings in a light crust instead of the usual fry batter. Super amount of seating and all filled. The bar area is all four sides so. If you want to throughly enjoy a great menu and lots of sports fans on game day, I can't recommend this place more.

This is your average Sports Bar. Lots of TVs noisy atmosphere the chicken breast sandwich I got was nice and juicy and covered the bun. The fries were not crispy to my disappointment. That's pretty much my short review of the place. It's any sports bar on any corner in the valley and nothing special. The service was nice and so was my server and just leave it at that.

Didn't order for 30 minutes after sitting down. Food took over an hour to come out and was cold and not good. We were there before everyone in our area yet they all got their food and finished it before we got ours. Asked to speak to the manager and she gave us a $10 credit that we couldn't even use that night. Ridiculous service for mid food.

If you order a pizza make sure you order it crispy if you want a firm crust. I was informed by the manager that one your food is on the table they can't take it back to the kitchen. I wasn't happy with the crust and the cheese was hot and melty. Out server was new. Only on the job 3 days. Poor girl. Anyway, good service but unhappy with the policies. Do not eat here.

Chicken or turkey burgers are great with a cold beer. Can get very crowded during sport events. Plan accordingly. Service is hit and miss.

Go somewhere else. Our server seemed irritated to be there. Another server ran over as we were leaving to tell my son he couldn't bring in a smoothie from next door, As we were walking out! Crazy behavior. I'll pray for her. No restaurant should serve mozzarella sticks wrapped in spring roll wrappers. Food was gross.

I would say 1 star is the most I could possibly give. Started off as a good night, servers were nice at first then they became very short and rude. Would not come here again, just visiting Arizona for the first time and wanted to try something new. Horrible, horrible service. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but the way the servers spoke and gave the food was honestly very rude and not pleasant the only reason they even came to our table was because we put a complaint in and even then they were still very passive aggressive. If you don't want to work or serve others don't expect a tip, go work somewhere else. Place is nice though but I guess to get some service you have to sit inside or something, shoot maybe you even have to complain to get service. Overall experience 1/10. Not trying to be a "Karen" but I honestly have to say what I have to say. Also food is not really good. I'd say find something better not worth it at ALL.

Establishment did not take our mobile IDs. Group of 9 grown ass men all over 30 and server did not want to serve me a beer. To top it off they also don't take Apple Pay or tap. What year is this again? Never coming back to this place specially because sever did not attend to our needs. Everyone eating wings and No napkins, no refills, some burgers and onion rings were cold. Overall bad experience. Would not recommend this location.

Excellent Sports Grill, superb service, and great food! Almost didn't come because of the undeserving rating on here. Ignore the haters! We were greeted right away and sat in the middle of the dining room. Marta was our server; she was informative, enthusiastic, and super friendly. The atmosphere is exactly what you would want from a sports bar, with seating available on the covered terrace, open-air dining room, or bar. Family friendly. They have a great happy hour, including $3 pizza slices that are massive. We ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, Reuburger, Spinach Salad, two slices of pizza and the cookie skillet! All were great, fresh and tasty ingredients. Thank you Marta and staff!

I want to begin by saying that my friends and I have been loyal customers of Zipps for years. We go at least once a week and have visited many locations across the Valley. Our usual spot is the Camelback location, which has always been a favorite for its atmosphere and consistent service. In fact, on our way there last night, we joked that we had never had a bad experience at Zipps--until now. What we experienced last night was extremely disappointing and far from the standard we've come to expect. It left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. We believe this location is in serious need of review by upper-level management. Below is a summary of what happened: 1. First, our party of six adults was seated and greeted by a server who initially seemed friendly. She asked how we wanted to split the check, and we explained we'd each be paying separately. Her tone quickly shifted, and she became noticeably short and dismissive. She began ignoring our table entirely. 2. After one round of Zipp-a-Ritas, drinks we regularly order, she returned and claimed we were too intoxicated to be served further. This was completely false and felt unnecessary and accusatory. Everyone at our table arrived sober. One drink is not enough to affect us in the way she implied, especially since we've had this drink many times at this Zipps. 3. We had asked that our appetizers be entered first, but this request was either misunderstood or ignored. As a result, the food was staggered, with some arriving at 9:02 and the rest nearly 20 minutes later. When we pointed this out and suggested something be comped, the server admitted she had made a mistake in the order but still refused to accommodate or involve a manager at our request. 4. Eventually, a manager did approach our table, but instead of working to resolve the situation, she was just as dismissive. She repeated the false claim that we were too intoxicated to continue being served and showed no interest in hearing our side. To top it off, we were brought a single check, despite previously confirming the check could be split, and given a note stating that they would not honor the separate payments. This experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and completely out of line with the Zipps culture we've grown to appreciate. We hope corporate takes the time to seriously review what's happening at this location. The way we were treated last night was unacceptable, and based on recent reviews, it's clear we're not alone in that feeling. Sincerely, A longtime and disappointed customer

Service by Marcos and Marta was exceptional! Salads, the blue cheese dressing and wings were amazing! We sat at the bar and not only did we get exceptional service, the bar area was not too noisy. Great open air, ambiance. I don't know what y'all were talking about in the other reviews. My hubby is a foodie and he loved the wings!

It was packed when we showed up at 2:00 on a Saturday but there was still enough room to sit at a high top in the bar area! My food was delicious, I got the "cado" burger with chicken and it actually had two grilled chicken patties on it. It was more than enough. Even with it being busy, we still got our food quickly. Also-love that there are happy hour specials on the weekends! Scored a "zipparita" for only $5! Love this place and will be back!

Every time I ask for crispy French fries and every time they are not. Have given this place too many tries to get my order correct. Won't be back.

Could not be seated as a couple, minimum 3 people, even though there were several open tables. There were also tables with 2 people. We are regulars at Zipps, not anymore.

It's hard to decide which is worse, the food or the service. If you order a focaccia sandwich you'll get a wrap. They clearly don't know what focaccia bread is and apparently enough people haven't told them what it is. My wrap came with stale, cold onion rings that were also flavorless. The wait staff didn't seem to care one bit that the whole thing was inedible. If I was waiting tables, I would have asked my customer what I could do to make it better but they just walked away. I didn't feel one bit guilty for leaving a crap tip. I could see if this was a one-off experience but I've eaten here a few times since my team likes to go here for drinks. It never gets any better.

The service here is terrible. I asked the manager when we arrived if he could accommodate a larger party of 20. As he tried to push us away because they didn't have room, I some how convinced him the empty tables slid together would work. He advised we would have 2 separate services and I was completely ok with that. After I helped clean the tables with the nice hostess to try and speed up this process it was all down hill. We had one server approach us at about 10 minutes in who took our drink orders. She explained she wasn't our server but that we would have someone shortly. That waitress was definitely too busy. It took us over an hour to get a food order. The food was decent enough, but because of the service I will try and find an easier place to go with a large group.

When you go to this location, they have the volume up so loud, you would think you're at a concert. Zipp's is trying to be da clerb with the fam at this location. It's not enjoyable to sit with company and try to have a conversation. When I emailed them about this, I received a response from their "marketing" person Tiffany stating that due to the gym being right above them, they HAVE to turn the music up that loud to drown out the sound of weights being thrown around. First off, I'd be willing to bet that you cannot even hear the noise. Second - they are across the street from a couple of tall buildings where the sun, upon setting, the glare bounces off the windows and blinds anytone sitting on the patio or inside in the front. I advised installing shades to help with the glare. The response was that they "can't" due to the rules of the complex. Based on these responses from some twit that probably just graduated from college, this company is not going to receive a DIME from me. I'm going to sit wth my friend, drink water, let her enjoy her Zipparitas (which by the way, y'all put so much tequila in those I'm surprised you haven't been sued for dram shop laws), and I'll give the server a tip b/c the staff is actually amazing. I'm just not interested in contributing to Tiffany's salary.

Showed up for lunch at noon, was seated right away even though they were quite busy. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad, I did get the smaller lunch serving instead of the full order. Salad was good, enough to fill me up, Buffalo sauce might be a bit spicy for some. Service was good, first time at this location.

This place is dumb as shit! They cut you off for no reason. I won't ever waste my time or recommend my family or friends.

Such a fun place. First place visiting any location and the wings were freaken AMAZING.

We had a work lunch at this location, 9 people total. It was not great. First the good things, we were seated right away, and drinks arrived shortly after. After we placed our food order items started arriving sporadically, a side salad and an entree, food runner comes back with 3 more entrees, etc.. one item was wrong & one person still waiting. Item comes back wrong again. We all finish eating and the person with the "wrong" item still hasn't received his food. The food runner was very polite and kept trying to get it right. The item was something with no ranch and the kitchen kept making it with ranch. I had the honey balsamic salad with chicken, the chicken was hard & dry, not worth the extra $3. It's bar food though so maybe a burger or wings would've been better. The waitress never came back to check on us after taking our order. No one got a drink refill or any other service. We waited for a while for a check, she came over and said ready for the check. We paid and left. Not great for a work lunch. Maybe more of a happy hour place for bar food, drinks and a game. Our first time at this location, we'll stick with the other ones.

I've seen this place and finally had a chance to try it. I had heard great things about their wings! We were welcomed and seated right away. It's the vibe you would expect from a sports bar and lots of seating. The service was great, I hate I didn't get the name of the lady helping us because she was stellar. I had the golden wings - BOMB , try them at least once and the green chicken chili egg rolls also very delicious and I will be going back soon!

Food is very good and they have a fun cocktail program. All the sports are always on. Service was slow but our server was nice.

Shocked to see such low ratings. I took my family here maybe two weeks ago and enjoyed everything. Service was great, food and prices were amazing for the quantity and the drinks were quick, cheap, and well made. Def will go back. Hate how patio tables don't allow high chair to sit close to the table but other than that I will be back.

Came on Sunday afternoon so obviously there's multiple NFL team fans here trying to watch their team. Not only did they have a blow out playing on multiple TVs but literally the game with the fewest fans. Manager wasn't trying to budge saying the channels are preprogrammed... we all know how TV channels work.. you can change them. To top it off the San Diego Padres are playing the AZ diamondbacks who are fighting to make the playoffs. They have an IRRELEVANT MLB game playing on multiple TVs as well instead of local team playing at HOME smh. I get trying to pre-plan sections for teams playing but if people are there spending money on drinks & food the least you could do is accommodate the customers & switch ONE tv to it. They definitely need to rethink their approach for being a "sports" bar

Was refused a table because it was 2 of us and apparently their March madness policy is to save tables/booths for larger groups. Ridiculous! They had several booths open.

The wings were cold and the pizza was okay. The Zipps margaritas are really good. The service was okay.

Zipps is not my choice for a working lunch but nonetheless, it's hard to beat the variety of their menu; burgers, salads, sandwiches, focaccia, pizza, wings, pretzels, etc. Service has been slow every time I've gone but I've attributed (some of) that to our group of 6-7 and the lunch rush. Similar to others, we waited at least 10 minutes to get seated although there appeared to be tables open. The lunch special is decent; half a sandwich and soup for ~$9-10. Salads are a good size portion, but aren't special- you could whip up better in your own kitchen. Focaccia is not focaccia- it comes served in a tortilla/as a wrap. The grilled chicken sandwich was bland and there were no condiments- I had to ask for mayo. The peanut butter burger appears to be one of the better menu items. Have realistic expectations (it is a sports bar) and if that's your thing, then Zipps is okay.

This place is a joke. They refused to sit us, party of 2, because it wasn't a bigger party. Yet they had multiple booths and tables open.

Refused table due to march madness!!! I am not eating dinner at the bar or standing up!!! Come on zipps!!! Do better!!! However, came to the one on Bethany Home...I guess they get my business now!!! They want my business!!!

I've heard several complaints about this Zipps on Central but it hadn't stopped me from coming here. S/o to the manager for it being the first and last time I go to this location, Rey wasn't accommodating whatsoever. My glass broke, I hadn't had a sip or touched it at all before and was told I still have to pay for it. I had mentioned I was a former employee to one of the servers, the manager Rey's response was "you know the rules." Coming from a former employee, I know better and as a manager you, Rey should do better.

Our server seemed to be the only one taking tables while several other employees stood around and leaning on a trash can talking to other employees, meanwhile our drinks are empty and our food never arrived. I asked for a manager and let him know we noticed our server is the only one doing any work we would like a refill and our food please. He told us that we just had to wait on the kitchen for our food (which was 2 cold cut club sandwiches, a slice of pizza and a focaccia), and as for the drinks he will let our server know. He never offered her help or had anyone else just standing around step in and help the single employee running all the tables. As a life long restaurant employee this is the poorest excuse of a manager I have ever seen in my life, with out a single apology for what we experienced he only provided excuses such as each server has a section of tables they are responsible for, yet this particular server was all over the restaurant. Our chicken wings were delicious but it's not worth the lack of service. This all being said: sadly we won't be returning.
