Good food, cool ambiance at sky deck. We had fewer expectations, and the food was more than good for us. The cheese pita was so and so, but the tzkazki was very good. And I loved my veggie pita. The roasted cauliflower and fried chick peas were complimenting the pita, and the hummus spread very well. The veggies were fresh, and overall, the food was wholesome, and it is a super good option for vegetarians at this place. Other people with me enjoyed their lamb burger and chicken pita, too. So this place can cover both omni and veggies . I recommend this place.

Google
It’s the first eatery on the left as you walk through the door. You order first and can take a seat in their dining room next door. This place serves Greek street food. I wasn’t as hungry and wanted something small and healthy. So I got a side salad for $5. Thinking it’ll be a small plate so I also got roasted broccolini for $9. The plate of salad came out and it was huge! Tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, Romain lettuce and feta. I would have been full and satisfied with just the salad but now I have a full plate of broccolini too. It was roasted to perfection with the leaves being crispy and the stem not so chewy or hard. My friend got the grilled chicken pita and said the chicken was really salty and only ate the pita.

Google
One of the best veggie pita that I have ever had. The pita was nice and crispy but not hard, the chickpeas were air crispy and their tzatziki sauce was on point. This place is a must if you love Greek food. The only thing is that I wish they had falafel on their menu. I'm still thinking about this pita lol highly recommend!

Google
Food is great and the hosts are really nice and friendly! Had a great experience and there was no wait to sit down! I really like the lamb pita dish but it doesn’t come with fries so that was a bummer.

Google
Really tasty breakfast pita- $11. They charge $4 for a side of the feta sauce which does taste really good but it’s a surprising price. I’d return!

Google
Bit of a low portions for high price place. Got "Mary's Crispy Chicken", which was just a cut of crispy chicken over whipped potatoes (as per the menu). Don't think this item was worth it. The Pita dishes looked better though.

Google
the lamb in the lamb pita is really good! tzatziki sauce & pita very flavorful, the pita was quite hard however. pretty pricey ($14) but what isn’t expensive in the sky deck? haha.

Google
The food was good, but incredibly overpriced. 10 dollars for pita and a tiny container of cheese. Check out the kebab shop, it’s much more reasonable and still high quality.

Yelp
This place is small, you ordered at the register. The place is inside the food court. Great customer services. We just go here for some quick food. The fries are good season and crunchy. I like the cheese pita. It's very simple but great. Lamb is good. You can actually taste the lamb and salmon is also great. They also have a bar sitting section and TV that play NFL on Sunday If you go big party, you have to move the table

Yelp
This is yet another new restaurant in San Diego whose name does not give it justice. I thought I was ordering from a food truck, yet I received a dish that had the look and quality of a Greek fine dining restaurant. The quality of the ingredients was absolutely phenomenal! The Lamb Pita comes with the most luscious and juicy lamb meat you can find. The arugula, heirloom tomatoes, red onions, and feta cheese are perfect accoutrements to the dish. The pita bread was absolutely delicious! This is not your standard pita bread, ladies and gentlemen... It was soft, and the care taken to brush both sides with olive oil and Greek seasoning takes this pita to the next level. The Trio of Dips included their homemade tzatziki, artichoke hummus, and spicy feta. The tzatziki sauce here is an enhanced traditional Greek tzatziki with a creamy texture, which was a very tasty dipping sauce for the pita bread. The artichoke hummus was definitely made in-house, as it tasted like authentic homemade hummus without all the preservatives and chemicals. Also, the spicy feta was just at the right spice level without being too heavy or too light. Overall, this was a great experience, and I can't wait until they expand their menu to serve other high quality traditional Greek fare... Excellent job, Costa, Mary, & James!

Yelp
This was my second time at Zizikis, and again, it didn't disappoint. Their food is just so incredible and high quality! I was a little sad to see the Yia-Yia pita was no longer on their menu, as that was the best gyro I have ever had. However, they did have a grilled chicken gyro option where I added my own avocado and hummus to make it closer to the Yia-Yia and it still tasted really amazing. The service was quick to bring the food up to the SkyDeck through the mobile order. I can't wait to go back again!

Yelp
Situated right at the entrance of the newly opened Sky Deck, Zizikis has some nice fast-casual Mediterranean going that, while it isn't the best I've had, does a good enough job that I wouldn't mind eating there while hanging out. Their website seems to indicate different offerings from what they have on site though. My take: avoid the burger and stick with their lamb pita. Staff were quite pleasant to interact with. We placed our orders up at the front counter and we wanted to dine in, but seated outside on the patio area (which seemed to be free-for-all, but we found a nice spot). They accommodated us out there without any issues and brought our food out swiftly. We went with their spicy feta + pita spread to share, and I opted for the Greek Burger + Papou's way, while my brother got their lamb pita. ==Spicy feta== The dip had a nice creaminess to it with a slight amount of grit to it, but felt a bit light on the flavor. The pita was unusually more seasoned that other spots (oregano and olive oil on top?), which is interesting but fell short on their texture. Despite a light crunch on the outside, the middle parts tasted a bit stale. ==Lamb Pita== This was definitely a strong choice, as the lamb was pretty moist and seasoned very well. Pita on the lamb wrap was definitely better than the feta dip, equally seasoned but far better on the texture front. The seasonings on the pita worked well to complement the toppings (or is it fillings??). Solid recommend on this one. ==Greek Burger== The weakest of what we had. Fries were average on crispiness and nothing special. The burger itself was just average and the toppings didn't quite work that well together with the beef (probably didn't help it was a bit overcooked to med-well). The beef wasn't flavorful enough to carry the burger and there wasn't enough flavor from the sauce/toppings to unite the burger. The Papou's way addition tasted like a dish of plain tzatziki, so it felt rather out of place. I did end up dipping it with the burger, but it felt like a stopgap measure rather than a genuinely good combo. They're right in the middle of a beautiful locale and have some good stuff, so definitely give them a try, but their menu seems to be a bit inconsistent.

Yelp
Located on the second floor of the sky deck in Carmel valley, along with many other sit down restaurants. It seems like they also had a take out area next door (it had the same name and the same menu but you ordered at the counter). We decided to come here for dinner before checking out the bars upstairs on a Saturday evening. It wasn't too crowded around 8pm and we were seated quickly. We ordered the artichoke hummus, chicken pita, lamb pita and fries to share. My only issue with this place was that it took so long for our appetizer to come out that it came out with our entrees. We were starving since we were doing a later dinner. The food itself tasted great. I loved the flavor of the pita bread. The entrees were huge - about the size of a personal pizza and very filling. No complaints about the price - nice and crispy. Free parking in the shared lot. Lots of other delicious options in this area so will have to try something else when we come back.

Yelp
Fun Fact: they have a mini lounge with a stool set up next door with a smaller portion of some of their menu items - I had high expectations for this Greek place - it's a beautiful restaurant located in Del Mar's Sky Deck that boasts classic Greek street food to dine-casual dining. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken pita. The chicken sandwich was a Rialto pretty good , juicy , and tasty. However, I was somewhat disappointed with my chicken pita. While the pita was hot, fresh, and as delish as a pita could be - the chicken was not visually appealing nor did it taste good. Instead of being grilled, chicken seemed like it was stir-fried in pan and was quite oily. I was hoping to taste the typical geek flavors - olive oil , yogurt , lemon Julie but it was mostly drenched in black pepper. I appreciated the size of the pita, but probably would have preferred to eat a smaller version at the lounge next door. The baklava was homemade and tasted pretty good, though I would have appreciated flakier layers and a bigger scoop of ice cream. There's great potential here, though it fell short on my first visit in terms of value. $17 for a large pita with mediocre chicken is a pass for me this time.

Yelp
Where this is located is a completely vibe. I really enjoyed my meal. It had tons of flavor and was just overall delicious. Cale out in no time as well. Quick service!

Jason W.

Yelp
Tried the $16 lamb pita. It was five stars delicious and made with high-quality meat but a bit pricey, then again, everything is in the Skydeck. It was made fresh and served immediately. Seating can also be a bit lacking in the available communal areas especially if you are with a group. If you want to visit the Skydeck, this is a quick and convenient option.

Yelp
Zizikis is up in the new sky deck in Del Mar. We had the tzatziki, feta fries and a lamb pita. The pitas here are clearly homemade and phenomenal. The tzatziki was really good with the pita and would be a great snack any time! The fries were just okay, nothing that makes them stand out. The lamb pita was good with fresh greens and tomato. The lamb was a little over cooked but overall a good meal for the price. The sky deck is nice where you can sit in the restaurant or throughout in open seating or upstairs at the bar and have it delivered to you.

Abby W.

Yelp
I stopped by the Sky Deck for dinner while a friend was in town and after browsing all the restaurants, we settled on Zizikis. We ordered at the counter and took our to-go meals to an outdoor seating area. I chose the chicken pita, which comes with arugula, cherry tomatoes, onions (I passed), feta (also passed) and a side of tzatziki sauce. The pita was fresh and the tzatziki sauce added a ton of flavor. We also decided to get an order of fries to share. Despite the fries being on the thin side, they were seasoned well and again, a side of the tzatziki worked wonders.

Yelp
I had the lamb pita and it was delicious! I ordered it at my table when I was enjoying a drink at Understory. It came in an expected amount of time and really tasted great! They had a few other things that were super tempting- but I hadn't been planning to eat so I ordered on a whim when the pita sounded really good to me. I really love coming to the Sky Deck and look forward to exploring more of the eateries as I make return visits. You can have so many different experiences in one setting which is really great for friend groups who have a hard time getting on the same page. There is a mix of indoor and outdoor seating. Come for drinks and/or enjoy a great meal from Zizikis!

Yelp
Zizikis is a casual takeout spot in the front of the new Sky Deck. You order your food at the counter and then they hand you a buzzer that alerts you when your food is ready. The cashier working the front was friendly and accommodating, especially when I requested to substitute their vinaigrette for the regular tzatziki on our salads because I can't have dairy. My mom and I ordered a side of hummus and pita, the chicken salad and the lamb salad. The meat on both salads was tender and flavorful. The standout for me was the hummus and pita though - the pita was crispy on the bottom but soft throughout, and the hummus was creamy.

Madhuri K.

Yelp
Ordered doordash and had a delicious chicken pita wrap. I am usually wary of delivery and worry the food is going to be soggy or cold. Neither turned out to be true. Would definitely want it again.

Rakhi B.

Yelp
Located inside the new sky deck so plenty of seating area. I got thr chicken pita and kettle chips. It was a big pit and very fresh ingredients. It tasted authentic as well. Love it. The chips were good too..healthy then fries I think. Service was fast and friendly.

Yelp
I came to Skydeck over a month ago to check out the live music they were starting on Fridays. We decided to try out the food from here and ordered a bunch of stuff to share. Zizikis is a fast casual restaurant, so you can order from the counter or at the Skydeck. It was really busy that first night of live music (although I didn't get to listen to any), so they told us to order at the counter instead of scanning for the barcode. Unfortunately they ran out of lamb, so we got the following instead: salmon pitas, chicken pita, kettle chips, hummus and pita, and cinnamon sugar pitas. They also ran out of the ice cream I wanted, which was a huge bummer. I like that you can add different toppings and sauces to your pitas, which we did. The employee will look for you to bring you your order when it's ready. Everything was brought out in to-go containers and neatly packaged. The food was pricey, but delicious and very good quality! I enjoyed everything we ordered and was so full afterwards. I hope they have lamb and the ice cream for me to try next time I'm there.

Martha H.

Yelp
Quick and fast service from these guys , also really appreciate the free coupons they send you when you have points or have visited. Also wanna make note of the lamb . For sure the best thing on the menu if you get it with rice and Tzatziki.

P C.

Yelp
Had the trio dips appetizer and lamb pita, great suggestion on mixing two of the dips from the nice girl who took our order. We sat at the bar with a Harland Japanese lager and the wifey had a a blood orange mimosa and we truly enjoyed the all of it! We thought we should share our experience.

Yelp
Food with poor quality meat and very pricy for small portions. Service is ok Ambiance is the only pros for this place .

Yelp
Zizikis Street Food is the first eatery to open in the Sky Deck. You can't go inside yet. There was a nice young lady taking orders right outside. Stone owl guards the entrance while she grabs orders from the kitchen. Lamb pita was made with a fresh pita. Pita was fluffy and the flavor was amazing. Goes on my list of favorite pitas. Lamb was tender and had a delicious seasoning on it. Arugula and tomatoes were fresh and very high quality. A little pricey at $12 but amazingly delicious. Salt and pepper chips were fresh kettle fried. Very crunchy and tasty. 2nd visit I tried a salmon pita. Salmon was delicate and flaky. Delicious fresh flavor with minimal seasoning to distract from the salmon. Pita was fluffy and had a freshly made aroma. Great tasting pita. I loved the food at Zizikis Street Food and look forward to trying more items on the menu and the other eateries when the Sky Deck opens. Young lady taking orders provided excellent service and was very friendly.

Yelp
Zizikis Street Food is the first vendor to have opened at The Sky Deck above Jimbo's in the Del Mar Highlands Town Center. They took a risk during the onset of the pandemic to continue building out their space within the facility while the other dozen tenants put a pause on such activity. As a result, the neighbors of Zizikis will not begin operating until near the end of May. The menu was posted on a window and featured pitas, salads, a burger, sides, and desserts. My selections were a Lamb Pita and a side of Hummus. Several chunks of grass-fed, free-range lamb were placed on a freshly baked pita round with arugula, red onion, and cherry tomatoes as accompaniments. A small cup of tzatziki sauce was provided on the side. The meat was cooked nicely although I wish there were more pieces for the price. For the hummus, it was average for taste and creaminess. I do like the outside patio setup which I believe might be a shared balcony space right at the top of the escalators. There was an open fireplace, sofas, chairs, and high-top counter seating to enjoy a meal and the scenery. This area will be buzzing after all the businesses have begun operating and the weather continues to warm up.

Rose S.

Yelp
Agh. Unfortunately, this place hasn't been consistent and some visits are delicious, while others are disappointing. It feels like a gamble coming here for $15+ entrees that may or may not be good. On our latest visit, we ordered for pickup and the order was incorrect and they skimped hard on ingredients. My veggie pita had 4 slices of cucumber, and not much of everything else. I was still hungry after finishing it. It sucked I paid extra another day for a side of cucumbers and there were like 15-20 slices included, so there's no way that someone should've made and sent the pita out with 4 of them. So disappointing, and feeling cheated by this place.

Agnes D.

Yelp
This is by far one of the best Mediterranean restaurants i've tried. If i can give 10, i would! The staff were attentive and helpful. This was our first time here. It is located inside the SKY DECK, above Jimbo's. Plenty of parking available. I ordered the salmon salad, and initially, i thought it wasn't going to be filling, but it's actually a nice amount of veggies/ the salmon slices could be bigger, however, by the time i was done, i was full. I typically don't finish salads, but this was so fresh, that my plate was clean! The feta cheese that they use, i had to ask our server because it was the best feta i've ever had. And i was able to eat a lot, and didn't bother me. Come to find out, it is organic, made of sheep and goat milk. Hubby ordered a chicken shawarma salad... and it was equally perfect. The chicken definitely was a bigger portion; the flavors of both the chicken and salmon were just perfectly right... not too overly seasoned or salty. WE will definitely be back!

Candace K.

Yelp
This place is such an understated, hidden gem, tucked in the busy Skydeck hall!! Their salmon pita and feta fries are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Flavor, quality, freshness, portion size - they hit 10/10 for them all. I don't know how they get so much flavor packed into their food but I know I'll keep coming back for more.

Kandyce C.

Yelp
WOWOW definitely the best Greek food I have ever had! i ordered the salmon pita and French fries and the tzatziki alone was so rich and flavorful. The customer service was amazing ecspecially Nat she worked the register. I loved the fresh arugula and fluffy pita bread it was everything you could ask for and more i work right next door and order something every shift it's just so good!!!!!

Ellee W.

Yelp
Above jimbos in the new section of restaurants and bars. The menu is pretty simple but everything there is great. We ordered the trio platter and the butter cake. The butter cake is served with walnuts and a sweet almond butter. 2 items that are a must.

Joshua Z.

Yelp
Zizikis is a Greek restaurant situated at the Sky Deck at Del Mar Highlands. Great environment, friendly staff, decent food experience, and no long wait times. Prices are higher than what you'd expect from other places, but the bigger dollar sign is reasonable considering the environment and surrounding restaurants are fancy. Though, there are a few catches to the food and on professionalism. My friends and I came in a party of 13+ which may be pretty overwhelming to some restaurants, but the employees here at Ziziki's were friendly and patient the entire time. The lamb pita was amazing! Nicely grilled and cooked - not over cooked inside and was crispy outside. Loved it. The two things I would ding for the food is that the fries were horrible as they were stuck together (I'm questioning how the fries were heated and cooked...) and that the lamb quantity was a bit low from other Greek pita places I've been to. Aside from those, I'd still say the lamb pita itself was a pleasant experience. I cannot vouch much for the other food because I've only tried the pita here, but my friends did not like the salad. Overall, Ziziki's has a lot of potential and can be a big Greek restaurant here, but it lacks professionalism considering the fries I got. I'm willing to check out this place again some day, and I hope this place gets better!

Roz E.

Yelp
So, we have been anticipating the opening of the Sky Deck and this is the first place to open. We decided to give it a try. The menu is pretty simple. You get to choose from chicken, lamb, salmon or veggie and whether you want a pita or salad. We opted for the chicken and lamb pitas. The flavor was good, but I think for the price, we were expecting more, like maybe a side salad, rice or fries/chips. Then, to boot, they charged for utensils $0.25 each. Seriously? I really want to like this place, but I can go to another Mediterranean place close by and get more bang for my buck.

Kristina L.

Yelp
Not pictured- trio hummus and pita bread. Took two friends here on a whim while visiting Sky Deck. What a great choice! All dishes were simple but delicious! The spicy hummus in the trio (not pictured) was fantastic! The feta utilized is a great quality with a wonderful taste. The pita bread is brushed with maybe some olive oil and seasoning, very yummy. My friends both had chicken pitas (not pictured) and they were HUGE. Both really enjoyed them. My salmon salad was good, nothing out of the ordinary but very good. Our waiter Sean was courteous and played along with our humor. Everyone working we came across was very friendly and sweet. Oh and the lemonade and Arnold Palmer were also delectable! Give them a shot!

Maggie S.

Yelp
Love the pita and hummus!! Very fresh and yummy. Fries are to die for also Add their tasty chicken to anything!

Kari L.

Yelp
AMAZING veggie pita. The best I've ever had. Incredibly fresh, high quality ingredients. Pita delightfully crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, without being dry or too bready. Perfectly fried cauliflower. Incredible sauce. So flavorful. I can't wait to get one again when I'm back in town

Vishal D.

Yelp
Pretty delicious pita and hummus, reasonably friendly customer service. Craved some of their fries so I'm glad we could use the QR code to order food from upstairs. Food was flavorful and fresh. Prices were reasonable. Would recommend.

Vidya P.

Yelp
Have to admit that their menu seemed a bit smaller than some of the ones in the Sky deck area. That said, the flavor of the food we got was great! The food portions were reasonable, I suppose. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients. The space also seems smaller than some of the ones in the area, but glad we can take the food and relocate to the top floor.Service was good! Overall, would recommend.

King B.

Yelp
Awesome flavors. Had chicken rice bowl amd lamb pita. Both were legit. Also - best fries I've had in ages. Def recommend.

April G.

Yelp
Very tasty and fresh! Was healthy and much better than I expected. Plus the attendant was extremely friendly.

Liz R.

Yelp
I am a huge fan of greek food and this was one of the best greek salads i've had in San Diego. The best part was the chicken which was perfectly flavored and the house made tzatziki which was thick and creamy. The ambiance of Sky Deck is also great and there are plenty of places to grab a sweet treat after. The only downside is if you choose to grab drinks in Understory, the bar in Sky Deck, and order your food from there, they add a service charge. Other than that, I would highly recommend Zizikis, but eat at Zizikis instead of the bar to avoid the charge.

Kristine T.

Yelp
Came here last Sunday for lunch. Very excited for the sky deck! This was one of the only places open during lunch. SERVICE - Ordered with the cashier and then they brought your food to you. FOOD Hummus and Pita Bread - The hummus was creamy and the pita warm. A nice combination. Lamb Wrap - The meat was well seasoned and the toppings were plentiful. Lamb Burger - Very juicy burger and it had a ton of flavor. We would absolutely get this again! Kettle Chips - Seasoned with a lot of different spices which we enjoyed. The food was good but a bit pricey for the portion sizes.

Seetha G.

Yelp
We stopped by on a weekend evening and of course the place was packed given that this is one of the few restaurants at Skydeck that is open for business. We ordered the lamb burger (absolutely delicious), the lamb pita (open style) and ordered a second lamb pita to share for my littles. Since they did not have a specific kids menu, the person taking my order said they can make it kid friendly and cut it up, which I mistakenly assumed would be to cut a pita wrap in half so it could be shared easily. When we received our food, it was quite disappointing to see the "kids style" lamb pita turned out to be some strips of well marinated lamb with a bunch of pita cut up into tiny bite sized triangles, with a side of tzatziki (With none of the fresh greens and cherry tomatoes in the regular pita) ....clearly there was A LOT lost in translation! It's quite the pity as we were quite excited about finding a great new dining option where both my husband and I enjoyed our meals but the menu did not cater to kid friendly portions. And it was both curious and disappointing to see that for a restaurant which delivers such flavorful healthy meals, "kid friendly" meals would automatically meant omitting fresh greens. There was a significant wait time (25+mins) to get our food, but had found some great outdoor seating. I guess I'd wait until their menu hopefully expands to include kid friendly portion sizes before my family can dine here again!

Alex P.

Yelp
So, let me just start by saying that I am Greek and I've grown up eating Greek food all the time. I haven't found a really good Greek restaurant in San Diego, and Zizikis is the closest I've gotten to a good Greek place. Their food is super authentic and delicious. I highly recommend it! However, their options are quite limited, mostly just meat. Last time I went, someone I went with was vegetarian, and since there was no option for them, they had to just get a salad. Even despite that problem, they get your food out fast, and it's hot and delicious! If you're ever craving Greek food, I recommend Zizikis!

Darla C.

Yelp
The hummus was amazing! And it came with warm pita. We absolutely loved it. And the service was outstanding! Would definitely go back but I'm visiting from Hawaii.

Audrey M.

Yelp
Yum! This is a new place within this food hall in Del Mar highlands. It's fresh, flavorful and they deliver your food to you wherever you are sitting whether it be inside the food hall or outside. We both ordered the breakfast pitas with a side of tatziki sauce and a side of chips. It's one of the best pitas I have tasted. The pita was light, crisp and buttery. The filling was smooth scrambled eggs, thick piece of bacon and a yummy arugula type salad. We will definitely come back.

Orlando C.

Yelp
Stopped by today. They went out of business. CLOSED PERMANENTLY. Security guard said the space has already been leased by another restaurant.

Holly C.

Yelp
I'm not sure what took me so long to finally try this restaurant but wow, it is amazing! Food, quality, ambience, service... everything was superb! The moment I walked up to order I was greeted with a warm welcome. The staff was very attentive and patient and offered wonderful recommendations. We ended up ordering the following for my small family to share... feta fries - yum!! I may even say they're the perfect fry... simply seasoned and battered for extra crisp. Came piping hot and not greasy! Oh and the dip is divine and of course who doesn't love a good feta. If you like spicy, you'll love to add the spicy feta dip! Broccolini - okay if you like broccoli, you will absolutely love these. I may be a bit of a broccoli snob and they are now in my top 3 for best broccoli. It's roasted so the florets are so crispy with a slight char and the stalks are perfect texture, both crunchy and soft. I wish I could make it this good at home! lamb pita - We added the pickled onions and hummus and it was so yummy. It was also big enough to split! I like how the ingredients were so fresh and the flavors were well balanced. There's a lot of arugula too so I felt like I was getting a balanced meal haha. Also, it's a perfect lamb if you've never had lamb before. So tasty! Lastly, the ambience was wonderful. It's so nice be able to order and pay up front but still have a beautiful sit down meal (especially if you have little ones and need to eat quickly) I'm looking forward to coming back again and trying the salmon!

Yelp
Absolutely unreal food here. The menu is kept simple but everything is incredibly fresh. This isn't a place like Daphnes where you think you will come get a mediocre gyro. The food here is high quality and you can tell from the lettuce all the way to the meat used. One of my absolute favorite items that I think might not get enough attention is the breakfast pita. Add the spicy Hipiti (do not sleep on the Hipiti...I order this every time) and avocado and you'll never have to eat brunch anywhere else. The staff is incredible and always willing to make sure your meal is just right.

Yelp
A friend picked up some pitas for us for a nice picnic at a park in Del Mar. Not having seen the shop itself, I can't comment on that. I had a chicken pita and it was placed in a circular foil pan with a lid and plastic utensils were provided. Because of the steaming as a togo order, I decided not to eat it like a pita taco and use the utensils provided. The chicken was super tender and moist. The tzatziki sauce was just the right creamy freshness. My favorite part was actually the pita itself. Garlicky, thick, but soft, it was tasty. Good thing for the fork and knife because it would have been a bit greasy to hold. I just wish there was more quantity to the price point.

Yelp
The restaurants at the Sky Deck continue to disappoint! For the prices that these restaurants charge you'd expect better (and more) food. This time we decided to try Zizikis. Granted we only ordered a chicken salad but wow, that has to be the worst $15 salad I (we) have ever had! It is literally leaves with chicken on top and not that many leaves. The chicken itself was just ok, the rest of the salad was tasteless, boring and shy of decent ingredients. If it's a game of spot the feta then you're in a for a treat. And this is a Greek Restaurant, how can they not even throw in some Pita with their salad?! If you want a good salad, take a short stroll to Sammy's, at least you get what you pay for. We won't be back unfortunately!

Yelp
I have been getting their pitas here once or twice weekly for a year. Chicken, salmon and lamb pitas are all delicious and you can taste the quality ingredients. The pita bread that they are on is over the top fantastic. The best I have ever had and has me coming back again and again for a quality, healthy, tasty meal.

Yelp
Great take out Greek restaurant just as you enter the Sky Deck in the Del Mar Highlands shopping center. The lady behind the counter was very nice and friendly. The wait was not too long to get our food after we placed our order. The food itself is very good. Nice, delicious authentic Mediterranean food.
