Zizi's Vegan Food Truck

We were so fortunate to find this place before heading to a show at The Fillmore! The people were so nice and patient and helpful with my dietary restrictions (vegan, extremely low fat). The food was phenomenal. I ordered the sub without sauce and I did not miss the sauce at all. It was loaded with flavorful veggies and I scarfed it down faster than I'd like to admit. My husband, not vegan, ordered the jackfruit BBQ and he was very happy as well. I also had a small bite of my husband's chocolate cheesecake and it is what dreams are made of. It took a great deal of restraint not to eat more of it. The food was ready in less than ten minutes and we were stuffed and on our way to the concert. If you're considering Zizi's do yourself a favor and go there right now, you'll be glad you did.

Stopped in today for the first time. Wished. I ordered a plate for later. I got the fried oyster mushrooms with yams and collards. Entire meals was a 10/10! Everything was seasoned perfectly. This just may be my new go to for a quick Sunday soulfood meal 😋

Sooooo good! So much flavor…nice FLAKY crusts on everything 🤤Spinach patties a must!!! Fried oyster mushrooms delicious!!! 😋 Owner was super cool too!!!! If in the area a MUST TRY!!! The carrot cake is soooo MOIST!!!! Gotta get some!!! The cheesecake is a hit too!!!

Delicious made to order vegan food! The chicken salad wrap was huge and filling and the southwest burger was so good with the rice and beans. The Philly cheesesteak wrap is so good that I had it four days in a row for lunch. The quinoa avocado wrap is so light and refreshing and everything has so much flavor. So fresh and the owner is the nicest!

My first time and it was delicious! I had the veggie burger. The flavors were refreshing and fresh. I have added this place to my Favs Eatery!

It's been 26 days since I ate flesh and I'm proud! But around day 21 suddenly I craved chicken. Heard about Zizi's and ordered a "chicken" wrap and the falafel balls. That wrap was slap your momma good. So good I asked the manager are you SURE there's no meat here? I'm sure I sounded like an idiot but my craving was satiated and I discovered my new favorite spot. Would've gotten five stars because the falafel balls tasted AMAZING (I would've loved more for the price, they were so small) I mean soooo good but they certainly didn't look like what I thought I was getting from the menu.

Great delicious vegan food!! So grateful we have this vegan food truck here in our community of Charlotte.. I would highly recommend giving this place a try! 🙂

It’s some very solid food, one of the best that tasted so far on my Plant-based journey. I have been eating here consistently for a month and they hit every time. They are slowly but surely growing their menu. Each one they add is very solid. If given the time to grow it can be a hit. The Cook is very relaxing and nice. She is one of a kind. I also met the owner today and he seems like a chill guy. Would recommend.
